The 10K does not include any income for the first quarter of this year either. They acquired ScaleCars in November of 04...and thus could only report on 1 months revenues. And they have added DriversDigs as well. I do not see any glaring deficencies...assets should be more now as well with DriverDigs inventory....revenues will be higher with both sites running. All in all....not to bad for a fledgling company just out of the gate. $1 mil in losses were attributed to the gaming section that they have now divested themselves of. I think if some good news comes along...it should move some. I think 1st quarter results will be a better indicator of whether or not this company has any legs IMO.

Nope, we'll see .04 today I strongly believe. The MM's are lined up to push this to .04. We'll see very strong resistance then. I'm guessing that todays HOD will be .04.

MotorSports Emporium Adds Marco Andretti to Its Impressive List of Sponsored Drivers Friday April 1, 12:44 pm ET ScaleCars.Com to Be Featured on Andretti Racecar
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 2005--David Keaveney, CEO of MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP - News), announced today the details of a sponsorship agreement with Marco Andretti.
The 18-year-old son of Andretti Green Racing co-owner Michael Andretti and grandson of Mario Andretti, both racing legends, will feature the ScaleCars.com logo on his driving uniform and racecar.
Andretti drives for MJ MotorSports in the Star Mazda Series. All 11 rounds of the championship will be featured on Speed Channel on a tape-delay basis, starting with the opening round at Sebring on Sunday, April 24, at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. All events have multiple air times, with most having initial air times on Sunday afternoons.

Andretti will also be making his Menards Infiniti Pro Series debut April 3 in the Menards Infiniti Pro Series Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. Marco, who won his first professional driving championship in 2004, will be behind the wheel of the No. 26 Vonage Dallara/Infiniti/Firestone, which has been entered by Andretti Green Racing. There is also the possibility that Marco will run more IPS races in 2005. All 14 races in the Infiniti Pro Series will broadcast on ESPN 2.

MotorSports Emporium 2004 Annual Results Accelerate Company into 2005 Friday April 1, 9:55 am ET New Direction Increases Working Capital, Reduction of Debt and Increased Shareholder Value
David Keaveney, President and CEO commented, "Our objective from quarter to quarter is to improve shareholder value, increase the financial results and to take advantage of new business opportunities. Since my tenure as CEO, late September 2004, my management team has accomplished a significant turnaround in operations. We reengineered a solid business platform based upon opportunities within the popular motor sports industry while discontinuing an unprofitable business. We reduced debt by $220,361 and reduced accounts payables (AP) by $47,729. Given the short period of time to accomplish these tasks our results were exceedingly favorable."
From the periods ending December 31, 2004 and September 30, 2004 net working capital increased by $175,364 while only increasing the loss in shareholder equity by $44,819. During the same period the stock price increased from $.0017 to $.004 (a 235% increase). From September 30, 2004 to March 31, 2005 the stock price increased 2,000% to $.0355.

Results of Operations
Because we acquired the assets of Scalecars in late November 2004 we can report only one month of results. Total revenues for the twelve-month periods ending December 31, 2004 and 2003 were $22,168 and $0 respectively (an increase of $22,168). Total revenues generated during the twelve-month period ending December 31, 2004 was comprised of retail sales and web based orders generated at ScaleCars.com. The increase in revenue during the twelve-month period ending December 2004 was primarily due to the acquisition of certain assets in the die cast model car industry in November 2004. Total revenue generated by the discontinued operation for the twelve-month periods ending December 31, 2004 and 2003 were $90,435 and $94,981 respectively (a decrease of $4,546). MotorSports Emporium divested from the gaming industry in late December 2004 and changed its corporate structure and business model to better reflect the motor sports industry.
The operating expenses incurred in 2004 include expenses from discontinued operations in the amount of $1,129,225. During the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2004, the discontinued operations segment incurred total expenses of $1,230,217.

Sounds good everyone, anyone know if Andretti recognized Driversdigs after the race? Andretti is probably going to be a special driver in the years to come and follow in the family's winning tradition. We've got a good one here.
