Launch date for the new site is anticipated to be next month as equipment and pricing is being finalized. In an unrelated announcement, Marketing Manager Mark Wolkos announced the addition of Michael Ambrose as a full-time Web designer/developer. MSEP looks great! We had great news today and the 10Q should be out sometime between the 22nd of Feb and the 31st of March. If what David says is true, the report will be sooner than later and should have some great numbers. The bashers of ths stock all want to bring up the Ten Stix 10Q report which is completely irrelevant. Don't listen to them, this is a completely different company with a different agenda. IMO, the recent news dispels any doubt that this company is on the way up. Three great websites, a new web developer, a driver sponsorship etc. This is only the start of good things to come. Stay strong, stay long and we should all ride MSEP to some good profits! ECP

Today's high shortly after the PR tells me that many eyes are on this stock. .03 would set new ground for this stock in 2005, I look forward to you being right on this one! I believe that we will see higher PPS numbers when the PR's are supported by sales numbers and earnings (10Q).
1-$5M in sales in 2005 (as projected by the company) will be magnified greatly by even the smallest earnings generated. I look forward to PPS jumps as you do. I will continue to hold a large position in this stock. I am trying to decide if I want to hold or buy more at this point. After all, where else can you double your money in less than 30 days but in the .ob and .pk market.

THE COMPANY THEY ACQUIRED ACORDING TO THE 8K FILED ON 12/4/2004 Motorsports Emporium Inc., through its operating subsidiary, Scottsdale Diecast, Inc., purchased the assets of ScaleCars, Ltd. as a point of entry into the motor sports industry via its premier website: www.ScaleCars.com. The company has a 2,800 square foot retail showroom in Scottsdale, AZ and an Internet store that averaged $276,000 in annual revenue for the past three years.
What a catch a company doing revenues of less then $300000. In this industry the price to sales ratio averages .63. The company has set a wide range for revenues. They say they will be from $1MILLION to $5MILLION! That is to wide of a range to take a company seriously IMO!
Even if they meet their highest projection of $5MILLION then a price to sales ratio of .63 puts the value at $3.15 MILLION. Plus its an OTCBB stock and most OTCBB stocks have lower PE, Price/Sales, Price/Book, and Price/Cash then the average for the industry.

No offense, but I think that it's a distinct possibility that the CEO of MSEP knows a little bit more about this company than you or he wouldn't be purchasing millions of shares. This thing has been steadily rising for the past two months. Not trying to stir anything up, but it's the truth. Remember, CEO's sell shares for various reasons, they only buy shares for one reason. MSEP long and strong!!!!!!

If you read the forms closely all of the CEOs insider buys are just conversion of debt to stock at a discount

Subsequent to the period covered by this report, on October 25, 2004 the Company entered into an Executive Employment Agreement with its President, CEO and CFO, David Keaveney ("Keaveney"). The initial term of the Agreement commenced on October 25, 2004 and it shall continue in effect until October 25, 2005. Why is it when someone is against a stock it is bashing! Everything I have posted CAN BE BACKED UP BY DOCUMENTS! I agree it has had a great run but IMO the run is over! You will learn that almost no OTCBB stock is worth holding for the long term.
Here is another interesting fact I found: The CEO's wife is a director and a Secretary for the company. I wonder how much she is getting paid? I can't find the info.

I don't think you're bashing at all osubucks30, in fact I welcome all comments. I'll tell you this much though, MSEP'S run is far from over, nobody is selling, how could it be? I'm sure we'll see dips from time to time just like any other stock, but that's healthy and part of the process. This isn't your typical daytrade stock, this is going to be a big money maker long term, so I really don't look at it like it's on a "run". In fact, I feel the same as you about most otcbb stocks, but I'm telling you right now, this is a great company with a very brilliant CEO with more potential than 90% of the other stocks being discussed on this board. I'm holding three stocks right now long term, MSEP since .011, GTEL since .128, and NEOM since .11, love them all. Best of luck osubucks30 and thanks for your input. GO MSEP!!
