Of course it will be lower in 3 months. long term for a day trader is three weeks. im almost at 200% gain, but im still stayin in this one till the time feels right. GO MSEP! hope you all made a college fund on this one. hAPPY tRADING!

Here is why it I do not think it can go much higher. They have at least 120 MILLION common shares O/S and 2,500,000 Series B Preferred Stock outstanding. The series B preferred stock can be converted into common shares at 100 to 1. So the owner of the 2,500,000 series B preferred stock which translates to 250,000,000 common shares. Add that to the 120 Million already outstanding and you get 370,000,000 shares. Plus they filed an S-8 on 12/16 for an additional 70,000,000.
So actually the dilutive shares outstanding in the company is 440,000,000 common shares.
Multiply this by .07 and you get over $30 MILLION. The company is not worth that. This may continue to climb but eventually like all other stocks that climb on speculation and pumping it will fall.
So I am not saying it will go down in the short term I am just saying 3 months from now it will be substantially lower.

The bashers are just jealous. One guy said it would be lower in 3 months and has no idea what hes talking about. No proof. A stock price is totally seperate from what a companies making, stock reflects interest of the public in the company. The facts are facts. This stock is up over 1000% in the last couple of months. I've made over 100% gain. So stop bashing and get on the boat. This is a strong uptrend. The company has great things going. The website just came up and they have deals with some of the best racers in car racing today. No one knows what the companys worth you should just be caring about if the stock is good or not and that you can profit from the stock. And this one is good and you can profit from it.

I continue to be heartened by the momentum and strength of MSEP...several people close to me entered the fray today and all are seeing green. Like I've told them--make some money going short if you want or hang-around long for what I believe are greater rewards. Osubucks you are free to state your opinion with your set of 'facts.' It's all cool--However, I can tell you after speaking to Mark Wolkos the other day this company is no 'paper tiger.' It's not my nature to divulge all of the specifics of our conversation but let me just say market cap has exponentially increased from rather humble beginnings. The company has some shall we say 'nice looking books'according to uhmmm some independent eyes...Recent history ought to keep minds open to the fact CEO and management team are not without right connections and vision...aka Herta and another new income stream today driversdigs.com--surprises yet to come!

Howdy folks, been away from this board for awhile but I'm still holding ALL my MSEP shares. I'm working on a 4 bagger right now and I'm convinced I'll be hitting a 5 or 6 bagger by the end of next week. So this stock is doing well, and guess what, with a good performing stock comes a few bashers who missed the boat but want to get on so they need to sink the SP. Be aware, they will throw a mess of numbers at you, pull up old SEC reports that have nothing to do with the company and will completely discount any good news the company has going for it. Ignore them, hold strong and don't let the MM's shake you.
I am fairly new at this whole game to but one thing I am is meticulous. I have done my DD, I have read ALL the SEC filings and I am convinced that there is very little wrong with this company. Sure they are in their infancy but guess what, Microsoft wasn't built in a day. So to all the bashers who missed the boat and are now on the sidelines, give this one a break, let it grow and see what happens. Unless you all have a crystal ball, don't tell me MSEP will be lower in 6 months. Heck if we could predict the future we'd all be millionaires on a beach somewhere. If you're pissed because we are all making bank and you are stuck in a cesspool like CMKX (which by the way, the SEC halted trading on it today), you have no one to blame but yourself. To all the loyal shareholders, this one is a huge stock! You will be happy! Go MSEP Eric P.S. If I'm wrong, I'll be the first person to say so on this board.

i don't understand this stock. the website is not that special - only 5 or 20 items available. i get a feeling there is nothing special about this stock. please convince me otherwise before buying in. i'm sorry, i just don't see it. yes, i could have bought at 0.02 and would have made money so far, but back then you don't know the future. like evrything it's a gamble. i am glad the people in it are making some money. don't get greedy.

This is a classic momentum play. People are blindly putting money into a stock. People are buying because it keeps going up but at a certain point the money will stop coming in and the stock will reverse. It happens all of the time on the BB and PINKS.
People tout the potential of the stock but here are the facts. The company they bought scalecars.com had revenues averaging $276,000 in annual revenue for the past three years. Now they launch driversdigs.com which you can buy all of the inventory for less then $10,000!

This is definetly very overvalued at the current price but people throw money at stocks for no reason without logic. So in the short term money may be made but I would be worried about buying it on the high. Although they probably won't release a 10Q for months so the speculation and pumping will contine.

man we had a great day today! i finally got in...not where i wanted to but its okay im in. i got in near the HOD but still was in the green. GLTA and get in now because the company looks great and should keep going up up up and away!
P.S. thanks to everyone on here! im only 19 and have been reading all these threads for about a year and they have helped so much! and i finally decided to get involved so i can keep learning. reading some of your posts have helped me alot so keep it up!

OSU, More items will come, you have to give this company a little bit of time to grow. What do you expect, MSEP to be MSFT or EBAY in three months? Rome wasn't built in a day and neither are good companies. I have spoken to a few people who have invested in this company and I have read more than my fair share of posts about it and the common theme through out is: yes we all know the company is small but it's growing, the management is exceptional and very shareholder friendly, and they have big plans to build the business and bring in revenue. Why can't you get past the past and look to the future? I'd be interested to know how many shares of this one your have? Do tell. Eric

OSU, So you completely discount the Jan 6 PR where they said they would add new products and generate revenue. The goal is earnings reaching 1M - 5M.
"The company's strategic objective is to increase gross revenues to $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 in 2005 by adding new business divisions, improving its competitive advantage, expanding its current customer base and offering new and existing customers more products to buy and enjoy."
And even if it was debt conversion, they have two great websites that will help them generate revenue and more in the works. How many of us had to borrow money to start a small business? Give them a chance. Oh and you didn't answer my question, how many shares do you own? Eric

So revenue of between $1-$5 MILLION makes the company worth over $10 MILLION. That is just a ridiculous etimate. How can you take a company serious with that kind of range. I can't wait til the 10Q comes out.

OSU, all I'm asking you is to give this one a chance and answer my question (shares???). Sure there will be some retracing with this company but it continues to form new support levels, the management continues to be honest with the shareholders and continues to work very hard to build a profitable company. If you don't like MSEP, then you are entitled to your opinion but I fail to see why you are posting here if you are going to say nothing but negative things. then you are jumping to conclusion about OSU, ecp.... it doesn't matter how many shares he has... you claim to be meticulous, and you have given your stamp of aproval, i'm curious again. is that all of the shares owned by insiders?
