Sanswire Technologies Announces Registration Business Wire - February 03, 2005 16:43
ATLANTA, Feb 3, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sanswire Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has received confirmation from GlobeTel Communications Corp. (OTCBB:GTEL) that a registration statement has been filed with the SEC to register the shares associated with the Asset Purchase Agreement between the companies.
Per the Agreement, GlobeTel has issued 26 million shares of its common stock to Sanswire Technologies. The shares will be distributed to shareholders of Sanswire Technologies that are eligible to receive the special stock dividend once the registration statement has been declared effective by the SEC. The deadline to file the registration statement was extended by an agreement between the parties.

I hope you're right gmh. I hope to get in next week. Hoping it will pullback a penny or two. I missed the boat when it pullbacked from the previous 0.175. Then again, what's a couple of pennies.

Cruz, I just want to repeat what I said many times, I'm in for the long term on GTEL, because like any other stocks, GTEL most likely pull back again a little here and there, but will be a winner LONG Its IMO only

no guys, this stock is different.... people are holding on and believing in this one. i hate to fall in love with a stock but I actually think it will be 3 or 4 bucks if they did not have an astronat and nasa i think it would be rise and fall but i think this thing is just going to keep climbing.
