Just reading some of the msg's from earlier and thought these dates might be of interest for GTEL investors. Nothing significantly new, but I saw a couple references to events that are happening at different dates.

GlobeTel Announces Completion of $1.8 Million Private Placement Thursday January 27, 1:00 pm ET CEO TIMOTHY HUFF: Additional Placement Accelerates Current Growth
PEMBROKE PINES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2005-- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (OTCBB:GTEL - News) today announced the completion of a $1.8 million private placement with a group of institutional investors. CEO Timothy Huff commented, "The financial community continues to recognize and support GTEL in all its areas of development and business growth by their increasing investment in the company. We have worked long and hard over the past year to successfully develop our products in all of our business divisions, achieving significant revenue growth and market objectives. We are increasingly able to capitalize on the foundation of all our business ventures such as MagicMoney, MagicPhone and Stratellite projects."
GTEL recently announced that the company has signed a Letter of Intent with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) that will create the framework for creation of a Space Act agreement between GTEL, the developer and provider of the Stratellite, a High Altitude Platform (HAP) Airship, and NASA Dryden Research Center. This commitment will expedite the development and deployment of the Stratellite for both commercial and military use.
GTEL also recently announced that the company has added former astronaut and Space Shuttle Commander, Rick Searfoss, Colonel, USAF Retired, to the Board of Directors of Sanswire Networks, LLC, adding his expertise to Sanswire and also to liaise with NASA.
Huff finished by stating, "This placement, which had significant demand from institutional investors, will allow us to more aggressively go after the share of the markets we are in. We continue to take the necessary steps to deliver growth and value for our shareholders and achieve exciting new milestones and successes for GTEL in 2005 and beyond."

I never see a penny without insider selling. there are very few i find with insider buying. usually in the penny world the insider in trouble buys trying to encourage stock buying and in the penny which flew from .01 to .17 you see profit taking selling for founding employees who are getting poor salaries. So usually in my humble opinion the buying and selling by insiders is kinda reversed from the nysx/amex/nasdaq

I got out this AM at .174 after a buy in at .103. Hoping to catch a flip today because I really like this one. Just another way to accumulate...LOL

Friends, I do not jump in and out of any stock, just because it goes down a little. I'm a long term Investor and just watch. I only get out on really bad news
As defined in Rule 203(c)(6) of Regulation SHO, a “threshold security” is any equity security of any issuer that is registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act, or that is required to file reports under Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act (commonly referred to as reporting securities), where, for five consecutive settlement days:
* There are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more per security; * The level of fails is equal to at least one-half of one percent of the issuer’s total shares outstanding; and * The security is included on a list published by a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
A security ceases to be a threshold security if it does not exceed the specified level of fails for five consecutive settlement days.
this means that someone has sold a lot of shares that they have NOT delivered...
