Brand Williams, if you are watching a live
feed, around middle of day, you should be
able to buy below .034 per share. It would
be of no surprise to watch IBZT dip down
to .033 before this day is over.

I am not encouraging you to buy. I would
not expect prices on IBZT to change for
a very long time. If anything, average
share price will fall a bit more.

Only good factual news of sales and
revenue will increase prices. I do
not expect Schilling to release any
good factual news for months.

There should be no buys on this stock until a bottom can be found.

Tell me a reason to buy at .0348 when I think I could get it for .03 or less in a few days...Barring no news comes out before then. Will not base my investing on supposedly news that may come may not and no idea for sure when. Not to be exact anyhow. If I was wanting to invest in it, still up for grabs on that

If you watch the stock closely, there will be a low that brings buys in aggresively, watch for that. To me that is the best sign of a bottom.

Opiate, seven to ten days back, Schilling
indicated keyboards are not yet being
produced for retail.

My guesstimation is it will take two to
three months before confirmed reports
of sales are returned allowing Schilling
to present good factual news on revenue,
assuming keyboards do sell well.

My concept of good factual news is a
report which contains hard numbers
for sales and revenues, free of fluff
and filler.

IBZT closed right at the price I indicated
earlier today. My projection is continued
falling of prices, but very slowly, in
lieu of news which excites investors.

Metal 777, thanks for the offer but I really
don't need a fan club. I gave up my moniker
of Cleofatra years back and we have decent
air conditioning these days. No need for
fans anymore.

"...Ken Schilling is currently featured in an
on-line interview at PrBroadcast.com"

Neo, you and other readers need to know this
is a paid promotion.

Usual fee ranges from twenty-five-thousand
to thirty-thousand for this type of promotion.

It is not an interview but rather a carefully
scripted and rehearsed recording. Only those
questions which Schilling wants to answer,
are asked. It is a fee based promotion.

Take all interviews of this type, with a
healthy dose of that grain of salt. You
will only hear that which is planned
for greatest positive spin impact created
with generous usage of Slippery Semantics.

Who pays for these promotions? Investors.

A casual note of addition.

If you want to benefit from a paid promotion,
pay attention to what is not discussed. There
you will find real truths.

I agree with Purl cant go by that promotion. I still fancy IBZT to do well with their virtual keyboard. If that happens they can dig themselves out of the hole they are in.

I am not sure why others have not commented
on this. Each morning, IBZT is manipulated
for a higher opening price. This morning,
as with all mornings save for last Friday,
a buy for a moderate amount at price in
the range of five percent to six percent
higher than previous close.

It is very clear IBZT stock price is being
manipulated to keep prices up, artificially.

Today's gains are purely investor excitement
over the paid promotion. Investors are
typically feeding on each other. Today's
prices will not be supported for long
being artificial in nature.

but with the news comeing out soon it may just keep it self in the upward direction. and also you make people being enthusiastic about a stock sound like a bad thing. am I wrong or when there is more buyers then sellers the price goes up, so be it a fluf pr or a go dancing with a ibzt sighn on wallstreet if people like it and buy the price goes up. for all I care ken can fluff me all the way rich and I dont mind.

Investor excitement is just fine.

Investing in a bandwagon, is not.

Neo, I invest in value stocks, and rarely
in speculation stocks. IBZT, just doesn't
excite me and I keep finding and seeing
all kinds of danger signals.

My observation is no other will provide
negative news nor warnings about this
stock. I feel it is inappropriate for
others to pump this stock, solely,
without providing a counterpoint.

Investors need to weigh all facts and
opinions to be safe. One sided pumping,
this is not a safe decision maker.

Lots of nice people here. Some are being
misled, some are being led to losses.

This causes me concern.

Neo, take a look at this thread:

WELLSTONE FILTERS INC (WLSF)

This is what can happen when a stock
is pumped with no valid foundation.

Take a look at USGA, same circumstances
with investor losses in the millions.

USTT, a month back, a person dropped in
here and swore USTT would hit 3.00 per
share by this month. Still at the same
price, suffering dilution as well.

APBH, once pumped and dumped. None were
responsible enough to mention serious
dilution to take place, and a reverse
split is coming; 100 to 1 reverse.

IBZT, all pumped up then hit with intense
dilution which continues and will continue
for a long time; new debt is being made.

At this board, people expect, I expect,
posters will provide a well rounded
presentation which discuss both positive
and negative points.

Dilution has stopped. Only ~3% of the intended convertable debentures are remaining.

What is risky would be any company claiming great oil finds, or ways and techniques to seep deeper into the earth to flush more oil out. If anyone is familiar of investments through the 70's, 80's, 90's and apparently now, claims of those type have been around ad nauseum, and are ongoing. They are no more than short term plays, and chances of any success beyond a short term pop is very unlikely.

Also risky would be any company with a product, service or promise of new media that is not patent protected nor market protected. Larger market players make it very hard for a small start up to see the light of day.

As for many people's obsession over the O/S, I have stated previously, and it still holds true that O/S is only 1 of many factors determining stock price. At last count SIRI has 1.07 billion O/S. They have lost ~ ($225 million) in the last 2 quarters alone on low gross sales (~$6 million). They face XMSR, who launched 1 year before they did, and the newly announced digital radio market. They closed today at $2.99/share.
Any share repurchased with expected generated revenues, along with an increased demand for the stock (which is already at high levels of demand) will quiet any O/S concerns.

From where we are this moment and through the next 4 to 6 weeks, activities should answer all concerns any may have.

In the business world, what has been accomplished over the last 2 1/2 months has been very positive. My belief is that over the next 4 to 6 weeks, we will not only have our answers, but something rare to see.
The possible media exposure within the next week, CeBit in 2 weeks, retailer and other industrial/consumer announcements through this month and next month, delivery beginning after April 1st (end of naked short selling), make for exciting components and a very strong share price run. Be well, Bo

If these people want to invest in IBZT .Stop telling thme what to do .IBZT will do got at some point .Watch people by december of 2004 this stock IBZT will be doing good.Purl you spend some much time basher this stock. If you know so much why aren't you on a beach drinking a mixed drink counting your money. You talk some much like you know everything. The price of this has been dropping steadily for weeks---it may go back up-- until it does you need to be respectful of other peoples opinions.Price shows fact--simple--
