How much money have Schilling and Perkins
awarded themselves? Is it a half-million
per year for each? Need to search SEC
filings for the exact amount claimed.

Ten-million shares since January, isn't
that about three-hundred-forty-thousand
dollars for the first two months of this
year based on an average price of .034
per share?

That is a lot of pocket change.

Still over two-hundred-thirty-million
shares to be dumped. More pocket change?

Took a quick walk through SEC filings to
find some numbers. These numbers will
inherently be inaccurate with my not
having carefully added up numbers from
a good number of filings, just a bit
of fast mental number crunching.

Looks like Schilling and Perkins are each
taking home somewhere between one-million
to two million dollars per year.

Anyone have more precise figures?

as it has been said many times all of that is irrelavant any way...that is proven buy the stocks that have more o/s then ibzt at much much greater prices....and the volume is there with this one driving it higher. and as someone else said on another posts talking about indicators...in penny land alot of the things you would look at to determen if a stock will do something are not useable.

Our family financial status is unrelated
to IBZT stock, yes?

I would disagree. A CEO who generates over
six-million dollars in losses each year,
usually is not paid a million a year.

Within an SEC filing I came across a
comment by Schilling no officers would
receive any compensation until their
company became profitable.

What I see is two individuals pocketing
a lot of money, after generating high
losses for a number of years, along with
indicating their products will be great
revenue generators although their track
record indicates one-hundred-seven percent
cost for sales, a significant loss for
each product sold.

I also see continued dilution for a very
long time, looks like for the next six
to eight months based on the rate at
which Perkins is dumping shares.

Bottom line is it looks like Schilling
and Perkins are pocketing a lot of money,
investor's money, and offering nothing
in return.

well I guess thats your weird perception of the situation but im pretty sure alot of people made alot of money on this one already..... and it just got started. the volume of people watching this stock and just foaming at the mouth for a pr is incredable. and that alone supersedes what ken does with the companies soon to be pocket change.

they got where they are just cause there was a hint of potential profit in the air around them and now on the presipis of there greatest year as far as revenue, ever there are a few people who are convinced that suddenly, because of things that have been around for ages, they are going to crash and burn,,, now (of all times) not when they werent making any money, but now when they are! alil koo koo i think

PG said..."A quick glance indicates about ten-million inside shares being sold since January with another two-hundred-thirty-five-million yet to dumped on the market."

From June 2003 to Mar 2004, Ken Schilling, and Mark Perkins COMBINED have sold 53,602,000 shares totalling $776,444 in value. Here's the link to that info: http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/invsub/insider/trans.asp?Symbol=IBZT

PG, can you give me the link, or source, where you found the fact that these two guys are going to "dump" their remaining shares on the market?

Tasharruf, yes, form 4 filings. Those provide
a general notion of the rate of dilution by
inside selling, and how much investor money
is ending up in the pockets of officers.

A high rate of inside selling suggests
inside sellers have no confidence in
the future of a company.

Comparing their 10Q filing numbers to how
much money officers are skimming off stock
sales will provide a guideline on a ratio
of much money is being used for capital
outlay for the company and how much is
simply being pocketed by officers.

I would expect at least eighty percent
of stock money to be rolled over into
the company to fund it, perhaps ten
percent for employees, five percent
for whatever and no more than five
percent for company officers.

There are quite a few form 4 filings which
suggest dilution will continue. I do not
know the time requirement for filing a
form 4 nor have any notion when the next
will be filed by Perkins. You could attain
somewhat of an idea of frequency through
comparing dates of filings.

Do you know where this money is today? Based
on dates you presented, those two have pulled
at least a million dollars out of investors
over a full year.

"...found the fact that these two guys are
going to "dump" their remaining shares on

My comments pertain to Perkins.

A presumption is made, based on his long
history of dumping shares including very
recent dates, he will continue to do so.

Another presumption is Schilling is also
dumping shares like Perkins.

Lot of money, possibly millions over the
past few years have flowed into their
hands. Anyone know what happened to
all that money?

Based on the amount of money it costs for a new technological product to garner such media attention as the virtual keyboard has, it is my PRESUMPTION that ALL of the money Perkins and Schilling have made from selling their shares, has went back into iBIZ Technology. Of course that is just my presumption.

while we are presuming

does anyone understand that this company up untill the upcoming sales of the keyboard and blue dock have not made any profit and in fact they put them selves in debt getting to this point..... so now here they are all there work is culmanating into the great break through where they will for the first time be bringing in a profit... but in order to make it across the line the just might need a few bucks to hmm lets say do some things like get some delivery trucks to deliver millions of there products... really I can think of worse problems! and where exactly would you get that money from if you were them. a bake sale maybe... of coures they need a little money by selling some shares ... its common sence.... it takes a lot to make things happen on this scale and i am not shocked in the least that they did what they did... I dont know about alot of big companies and what they went through to get where they are but I do know that the creator of starbucks was broke due to several failed buisness attempts before he finnaly made it big.... basically things need to be done to get things done, and they are doing it!

Tony, Ibiz purchased a license agreement
to produce and market the VKB keyboard
technology, as did many other companies.

Neo, I am interested in reading your
analysis of the Ibiz 10Q filing today.

Yep.

You watch it. If you are thinking about
taking profits or cutting your losses,
this is about the best time.

Prices will be pushing downward, most
likely, by tomorrow afternoon or during
the day on Friday.

I could be dead wrong but performance
over the past couple of months suggests
this stock is headed nowhere.

why would that be the case every thing is looking up for this... the show starts tomaro and shipping news will be coming in the not to distant future... and what in the previouse 3 months tells you this wont do good.... the chart has a little dip in it because of the delay in shipping and penny investers are usually inpatient but the chart over all is great.

I would delighted to watch participants
here at All Stocks make good money on
IBZT stock and I sincerely hope you do.

It would please me to be dead wrong.

My feelings clearly lie on the negative
side of this. Important to remember I am
basically a fundamentalist looking for
value stocks with relatively slow growth,
with slow growth for me being thirty to
ninety days, which is short term for most.

I just cannot turn up anything positive
about Ibiz save for news releases which
are mostly hype and fluff. If I found
something positive, I would certainly
jump in and share this information.

My major concerns are Schilling's past,
not keeping his word, pocketing what
looks like a million dollars and
these constant excuses for delays
in product delivery. All adds up
to a major red flag warning.

the delay is so understandable if you think about it... this is bigger then they ever imagened and they are trying to catch up.... i mean what an amazing accomplishment for ken... to start your own busness as a joe nobody and then after doing every thing possible to make it in his field, 25 years later hes on the brink and it must be shoking to even him. "it finnaly happened" is what he must be thinking.. so now they are in go mode..doing every thing they can to keep up with a company that is now in such a demand they have never experianced b4. give them a break a delay in shipping with such a demand does not seem to me to be out of the ordanary. and so what ken made some mistakes in his past...who will cast the first stone?
the point is every thing is resting in the future... i mean we are in penny land rite...either they have no past or there past sux.... but if you belive in there future, you go for it and that is what the investers are doing with ibiz.. seeing the potential and hoping on board..

I am 40 not 25. I've been reading all your posts, good or not. You are inspiring! Right now I'm stuck with my shares at SCWAB. They are killing me with trade commissions. I want to transfer to SCOTTRADE.But I don't want IBZT to go up during the Settlement date.

Go IBZT!
