Is not this kind of old. I have know about it but due to its age I figured it of no need to bring up. It does not mention anything about the new products because of the age of the report. The new 10K sounds to me to be up beat! This is the 10KSB report! That was talked about by Ken! Some people have said that this is a short term negative (this extention). I disagree, because this happen because of the acquired company Synosphere. Which is great for IBIZ! Let the MONSTER Eat!

Another nice piece in TODAY's (Feb. 2) CEOcast Newsletter:
Will history repeat itself? Last week we initiated coverage of iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTCBB: IBZT), an emerging manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants and hand-held devices. We noted many similarities to Calypte Biomedical, which surged 15-fold in price soon after, once it reached an agreement with its convertible note holders that had been pressuring the stock for months. Last week, IBZT announced that it had entered into a settlement with its convertible noteholders, which will likely remove the overhang that has hampered trading in the stock. Now, investors can focus on prospects for the company’s Virtual Keyboard and the future launch of the Blue Dock. Sales for the $100 Keyboard, which provides a full-size QWERTY keyboard, have been robust since it received strong media attention at the Consumer Electronic Show. The stock rose 58% last week, ending at $0.0586.

IBZT closed at .0411 today. Be careful to not mislead readers. Doing so, is inappropriate behavior.
I am projecting a closing for IBZT under .04 per share tomorrow. PGHI should close under .08 per share, tomorrow.
Both stocks are being heavily diluted.
Never buy, sell nor hold based on my opinions. I could wrong. You could lose money or not make as much money. Perform careful research. Make equally careful decisions.

Easy enough, Neo. With E*trade, you can use their "pro" level software, which is a live feed with level two. Catch is you have to make a minimum of twenty-nine trades per quarter to have this for free. Under that minimum, you have to pay ninety-nine dollars per quarter.
However, your gain in profits through a live feed, more than meet that fee; you will make a lot more money than that ninety-nine dollar per quarter fee.
For us, month of January, thirty-three trades. No problem for us with an average of one trade per day.
A live feed pays for itself many times over. You can spot the best buy prices during the day, and the best sell prices. However, you have to be willing to sit in front of your computer, for hours at a time to carefully watch prices and trends. Idle time, this is used to research stocks and monitor stocks on your watch list.
Another benefit, is you can watch the "size" of sells and buys, to gauge if you can fill your buys in one day, or make your sells in one day, both to avoid stacking commission fees from one day to the next.
Today, an example, I sold LQMT at 2.82 per share, just barely, about two hours before market close. Bid was 2.81 but I had a hunch there was enough volume to support 2.82 per share, and this happened. However, I sold two-thousand shares in one-hundred share lots over ninety minutes. Single commission fee but that was cutting it real close on the timing. In this case, I gained one penny per share over the current bid price.
Some sells went through at 2.83 and 2.84 but totalled less than eight-hundred shares. At those prices, I would not have sold all two-thousand, leading to multiple commission fees for a next day trade.
E*trade, pro level software. Very nice, commissions are always $9.99 when you trade twenty-nine or more per quarter.
Other online brokers also offer very similar deals for less money. Read the fine print though, some charge more for penny stock trades and don't tell you this upfront.
I really like E*trade, excellent customer service, earn interest on your cash and usually fast execution through CINN Market Maker. Pro level, though, is limited to a maximum trade of ten-thousand shares. This is not good when you want to buy millions of shares.
Look around, there are a lot of good deals out there. Be careful to read the fine print.
That price you see, you personally, you are looking at fifteen minute or more delay in actual trading time. When you are squeezing out one last penny, that delay makes a big difference.
You really should not mention IBZT stock around me.
Did you notice their photograph is highly doctored to make their laser board look a lot better than it really is? Such a cheezy doctored photo, scale is way out of whack and perspective defies gravity.
As an opinion, and only an opinion, IBZT is a classic pump and dump scheme. Nothing illegal but this is what I see taking place.

Many folks trade IBZT just because they think they can make a fast buck. These people really don't care what the company has for a future. The only future they see is what happens "between the bells". So when you say "Why would anyone sell" it is incorrect. The real question is "Why would anyone trade" because that is what these people are, they are traders. I don't think there is anything wrong with the normal trading of stocks but there is something wrong with a person expecting something for nothing. This is where many of IBZT's bashers come from. These basher/traders entire world is made of desiring no risk and lots of gain in a short amount of time. Basher/traders are the essence of the P & D. They can't say enough good or bad things about a company. The companies real value is meaningless to these traders. They really believe that the only thing that matters is what happens bell to bell. There are a lot of these manipulator traders out there bashing and pumping. I think most of these traders believe that they are real investors but they are not. They are just people interested in manipulating something to make a buck. These same people would recoil in shock if someone attempted to manipulate them or their world in order to make a buck but they have no problem attempting to manipulate millions of other peoples worlds.
There is investing and then there is manipulation and the difference is basically your intent. Your intent can be measured by what you say. People who are pumping today and bashing tomorrow are casting some very bad bread on the waters. If you are a trading hypocrite why not change your life today so you can really sleep at night. You could still buy and sell "bell to bell" but forget the manipulation thing. Your life will be better without it.
Good luck to all - and let's try and get back to civility.

Bart, perhaps my attitude is related to you and others deliberately slinging personal insults at me?
Those insults ranged from referring to me as a basher, declaring I am an abusive mother, making fun of my physical looks and a number of sexist remarks.
I have a problem with people who resort to such childish and petty tactics.
Closing bid and closing price, are quite different. I am surprised you do not know this difference.
Give some thought to treating others with respect. Just maybe they will treat you with respect.

Taken from ibiz website, VKB looks like their euro operation.
Mr. Schilling further commented, "The planned capital structure in iBIZ Inc. has allowed us to enter into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Endeavor Input Devices, a subsidiary of Endeavour Capital AG, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland with operations in Tel Aviv, Israel. EID designs and manufactures virtual technologies and will bring a myriad of new innovation to iBIZ Inc. EID has begun mass production on its VKB Virtual Keyboard ( http://www.vkb.co.il/1.jpg ), which projects a fully functional keyboard on to a flat surface. The VKB interfaces to a variety of devices such as PDA's, Tablet PC's, Cell Phones and other devices, which are performance enhanced by data entry from a keyboard. No larger than a disposable cigarette lighter, the VKB is truly the most innovative keyboard product to come to market. Endeavor and their products will continue to enhance iBIZ Technology's road map of innovative PDA and computer accessories".
EID will provide cross distribution with iBIZ Technology as EID will sell and distribute iBIZ branded products in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. iBIZ Technology Corp. will maintain the sole and exclusive distribution rights to EID products in Asia, North and South America.

B! Great post, that should solve some questions! This confirms we are world wide. Great! If we were to sell as they say 100K in the US. just think about the world! Today is a normal day for IBZT up earlier. Now if we do not continue our orther nornal with a slow sell off in the afternoon! We must break that trend and today would be a good day to start it. Eat MONSTER Eat! We must get the volume over 200M on a non news day to do it I feel! But, that was a great post B!

Also in his interview with CEOcast, he assured that high worldwide demand may make it necessary for production by one or 2 manufacurers in far east. Again, a great problem for any company in any industry to have.

Hi....I'm new here in this board..and new IBZT-shareholder (from Germany). I've heard about the CEBIT ...and IBIZ new virtual keyboard...and I think it's a GREAT product with really BIG BIG potential for many new products ...not only keyboards.
My question is...do anybody know if there's already an agreement between IBIZ and SIEMENS ? ...because sometimes ago I've heard about it and it was also on TV that SIEMENS had a new virtual keyboard with LASER and this keyboard should be used maybe for cash-point dispenser to make them safe for possible destruction.
