Still holding here..green as well...but damn, this is getting old real fast...I think whatever happens over the next week, will be dramatic..one way or the other.

i got bashed and told my posts are worthless at good ole ihub when i said it was going down. if they get what they are looking for then it will go up, with validity, but that could be a year away. WTF knows. until then we will see this reset, then I might be able to brag about being in at .009 or even .02.

1.) There never was audited financials to begin with. Nor was there ever a plan to ever get them.
2.) They were not what the company played them up to be. The possible delay may be another attempt to have yet another firm audit them and to announce that would cause more problems than to just stay quiet about it.
Either way, this is BS, and Petar is a lying conman.

the bottom will drop right out very soon, IMO the gradual decline will speed up. they need to report what is going on ASAP.

For a wording change in a translation of the audit this is ridiculous. It appears as though a company who deals in Dubai cannot even speak the native language. How do they intend on conducting business there.
I have been in this stock since it was LFWK and had a lot of hope that it may actually get somewhere, but now I am getting really worried.

at this point it's not really a matter of believing in your DD, it's a matter of protecting your investment by using all your tools. Charts are a MAJOR tool. Riding free shares is the only way to play this IMO. perhaps buying more at the lows - but without news that would be pointless IMO. good 'ole pinks eh?

Ya time to protect investment greens with this stock Sad to see its not going anywhere. But ohh well, green pastures on other stocks, so time to make money elsewhere.

Hey SLJB Gang ! Have not been here in awhile.
I am in since summer & patiently waiting.
Regarding Petar and supposed excuses.....what do you guys think about the thought that Petar and co. do realize that there is going to be a huge sell-off of shares once the PPS reaches near .50 or so......
Do you think it is possible that they are figuering out a strategy on how best to counter the effects of the sell-off......set up DFIX and OTC uplisting ?......Wessal still buying ?
Lets face it, everyone who was fortunate to buy SLJB in sub-penny land, and, have well over 1 mil++ shares.....they will sell in a split second once they approach $500,000 or more profit.......in a split second !
As Steve Sulja said back in August ( when Wessal announcement for buying 25% for SLJB ), the most important factor for them is protecting their investment.......
So, perhaps the delay is their plan for "what happens after the A/F's release" .
Just the A/F's release alone.....many have speculated would drive the PPS to .40++ and more than likely start the sell-off.....possibly the SAME day .
I don't think Petar and the guys are dummies, and, I don't think they are crooks. Face it, would Petar risk Kore and Consultech on a scam ? Would Steve Sulja risk his family busines on a scam ?
I don't really think so.
So, as painfully as it is.....we must all wait or sell if we can't wait.......
I do think that something is going on behind the scenes that we are not privy to...
If it were the case to set up the timing of the AF release, to reduce the selling after...I still don't find that comforting.
Things were said, and time frames were not met, more than once. If someone just kept their mouth shut (like about the 23rd of September), people probably wouldnt be so worried at this point...but when given delay after delay, it starts to make you wonder.
I do think those same things...like Petar and Steve wouldnt be ruining their lives like this...among other things, that just point in the direction that this is not a scam. But at the same time...we were also told on the 25th of September we were in for a slight delay, but nothing to worry about....well, here we are, over a month later...
In my book, all delays are used up, no more excuses allowed...the next thing we hear is the pr about posting the AFs...if not, this is all BS.

Intriguing posters from another board.....one lives within 30 miles of Petar and has visited several times with him ( he is steadfast in his holdings of several millions of shares ),
...another flew into meet with Petar a couple of weeks ago, and, says that they are very confident that Petar is a straight arrow,
....another poster PM'd mee that his son works at PWC and has verified that they have done part of the audit work......he has been adding to his position these past few weeks ( over 1 million shares ).
So, as much as the average joe ( like me ) is suffering with "lack" of knowledge, I can only go where my DD has taken me & use my God given gut and logic feelings.
I don't have a million shares, or any where near it.....but, it is no less important an investment to me.
And, as unhappy as I am with the lack of communcation since September.....I am still holding on a little longer.
Many anticiapte some communcation by tomorrow.

Some type of information will be as better than nothing at all. Petar has provided many things to consider and is definitely keeping the investor community on the edge of their seats, but at some point in time the absolutely must do or say something or the entire investment community wil becoming unwilling to believe in the management group of this company and inspite of what they say or do the stock will go nowhere.
Once the have established the trust of the community they must work hard to maintain it. I do not see they doing this any longer.

Just a rumor... I saw someone say that IH is saying that the AF's will be released very soon, as in today... take it for what its worth... but things are going crazy over there. This is second hand info tho

Don't waste your time thumbing through it. We don't even know if any of it is true,...just opinions by other posters that's all.

These are the 1st audits for SLJB. The figuers for the last year have already been posted since July.
Don't you think that Petar and co. reviewed the numbers BEFORE they handed them over to PWC or KMPG ?? That would make sense.
There is no surprise here. The audits numbmers will be same or slightly better than previous posted on their web.
It is only AFTER you establish with the SEC that you will submit financials every qtr that you can get caught with bad numbers....and you must post.
IMO, they know damn well what the 1st years numbers are, they are verified by the auditors and stamped, and, there is something else going on .
Despite what everyone thinks......there has been continued strong support for keeping the PPS above .10 these last 6 weeks.......if everyone believed that this was another cheap pinky, SLJB would have tanked a long time ago.
this is not your average pinky and you cannot hold it to the same criteria.
At IHUB, it has been estimated that the longs hold over 70 million shares. That is WAY beyond average.
Yes, there is the delay, and, even the most ardent supporters are getting a little miffed, but, there is still a very strong risk/reward ratio here that is holding everyone together.
As posted before.....you think Petar is in a rush to post the A/F's whereby there could/would most likely be a madd sell-off the SAME day ??
Estimations of PPS acending to .40++ the day the A/F's are released.....you think a penny investor with 1 or 2 million shares are going to "wait" to sell and get there 1/2 mil to $1 mil$$$.......??
No, I am sure Petar knows damn well what is going to happen once the A/F's are posted, and, perhaps devising some way to counter the effect.
There is a fine line between maintaining credibitlity and doing things to ensure the value of the company.....
IMO, they are in a little bit of a dilema now.....if there is no NEW money to gobble up the sell off shares ( like OTC / DFIX / or Wessal), the PPS will also fall quickly.
I happen to think they are trying to find a way to limit the effect of the pending sell-off that will happen very quickly.
Not critical yet, but, getting there.
