This is ridiculous. hahahaha I guess it's hard to find their "friends" in the Middle East after their partying this week for Ramadan, to get those financials squared away, ehh?

So how long would it take a paper boat to get here from Dubai? I used to make some pretty good ones when I was little.

You could prolly go around the world 2 times in that thing, before they would release those AF's.

OMG,
DON'T YOU GUYS KNOW ANYTHING AT ALL ?
THE METHOD OF GETTING THE FINANCIALS TO US IS VIA MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE !
THEY WERE DELAYED DUE TO A SMALL LEAK IN THE BOTTOM LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE BOTTLE.
ACCORDING TO THE IMAGINARY CONVERSATION I HAD WITH THE 4TH CEO OF THIS COMPANY
IN THE NEXT PR THEY WILL INFORM US THAT THEY USED A
BIKE KIT TO REPAIR THE LEAK AND EVERYTHING IS BACK ON TRACK (UNLESS IT RAINS).
WE SHOULD HAVE THEM BY NO LATER THAN 2010.
THAT IS IF NO OTHER LEAKS/ DELAYS OCCUR !
LMAO
************************************************* DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A JOKE ! I REPEAT.. J O K E ! *************************************************
P.S. WE ARE NOT HOLDING THE PPS UP.
THE MMs HAVE AN AGENDA AND
THEY ARE THEY ONES KEEPING THIS ONE AFLOAT.
THAT IS WHY IT HASN'T TANKED YET.

While there is an awful lot of hooey attributed to the work of evil short sellers, I wouldn't go so far as to believe certain posters who insist penny stock shorters are a mythical beast. To my ears, these short deniers sound alot like John Gotti claiming there is no Mafia.
The truth, as always, lies somewhere in-between. There is a fairly large group of short sellers who operate on the penny stock market. Some are institutional in the form of hedge funds, some are individuals working their own account. They are usually quite intelligent, and truth be told, they can spot a scam a mile away. This is what attracts these shorters to certain stocks. Naturally, shorters want the lowest risk possible, because their liability could be very large if they're wrong. As a result, they tend to do alot of homework on a company before taking a position. Sadly, they often engage in more critical due dilligence than many starry-eyed longs.
You can get angry when possible shorters appear on your board, or you can be wise, and listen to what they have to say. Short sellers were pointing out the flaws in CSHD and CMKX long before those stocks were halted by the SEC. Shorters are not always correct, but if you feel any of the claims have validity, you might consider getting out of some or most of your position at some point. Defensiveness, "team loyalty" and irrational faith have little place in investing.
To some extent, the decay (in the form of shorters) would not have set in had there not been a welcoming environment. There are exceptions, of course, and many worthy startups are killed in their infancy by shorters. Shorting as a hedge fund strategy is increasingly popular, and shorting on the Nasdaq was at near record levels in September.
But ask yourself this: do you want to dig in your heels for a fight, or do you want to make money?
I have personally decided not to fight the shorters. In the medium or long run most will win, and I don't wish to take on a new cause or battle. This is not a fight of good against evil, it is first and foremost a game of protecting one's capital. Short sellers can do incredible harm to a stock's PPS, and there are very few weapons that can be used effectively against a concerted short attack. Naked shorting is another issue, and the practice is illegal on the books, but until REG-SHO is updated to have enforcement muscle, most companies are helpless to prevent it.
Of course, a genuine short squeeze is a delight to see, and a wonderful opportunity to profit, but they are not as common as we would hope. If I were to see a definite sign a hedge fund was being squeezed, I would jump on gladly, as I welcome any opportunity to wrest some cash back from the funds that have been draining the sub-cap market for so long.
Who is a short seller? You can look at someone's posting history, and you will soon see a pattern. Here are a few posts from the CSHD board that might give an insight: _________________________________________________

mutjin, you really must be a dumbass if you cant even read the headline of an article, no wonder you fell for this scam.
Where in the world do all of you idiots come from? I honestly don't think I've seen a more stupid group of investors in all my life.
True road kill, the buzzard will pick your bones clean... I will cover my short at .05 I don't want to be a pig. LOL _________________________________________________

Petermic, very few people fully understand what the OTCBB markets are about, please show me one arb deal where the common little guy makes anything, let alone 1000%
And yes, AGIS was a great short, once a year type of opportunity. _______________________________________________

Wasn't FA the main guys saying AGIS was worth lots of dough, buzz?
Man that was a great short. Slam dunk, right there in the filings for anyone to read.
Even then no one would believe us. What is it about people? __________________________________________________

The one time you let your guard down...
The autum leaves... take a drive and stop at that road side town and pick up a half gallon of that cider. The best. Especially with a loved one.

Sounds like fun Wit. We have some family up in West. Mass we like to go tubing with. It's awesome up there. We were also just up to Cooperstown and went to one of the mills up there that was great, but...I think Cotoctin Mountain in Maryland still has the best apples.

that was a nice write-up about Emaar and the buildings going on there. Hell if our company here has ANYTHING to do with that expansion, that would be great. But I am not counting on it... we're still a pinkie.

I always hate this phase of the hype. Once they have realized they can't keep putting off results, they just clam up. I am surprised at how well this price keeps hanging in there. That is the only reason I haven't bailed totally.
