What could that guy possibly be waiting for??

I don't know guys,...I see absolutely no point in continuing to hold these back from everyone especially if they've been 'all set' as PV has previously said, then to say today, and continue to hold them still through the night......

If you read back through the PR's. "give you the greatest return in stock market history", "Financials out by 15th", these are all reasons to buy a stock. If the individual made you feel comfortable enough to buy a stock, and then lied about the fact, thatís coercion, and fraud. He can be sent to prison for the fact, or at least brought up on charges. Let the night play out before you string the guy up. It still yet may come.

Like everyone here, I'm in this for the money, but I gotta say, this has so far been the ultimate up and down ride in the pinkies for me.

Now, in a way we may end up being winners no matter how the AF's turn out (if they're ever released). Finacially we may be winners by having the PPS go up if the AF's are good and if they're not good or not released, then maybe we'll all be winners in a sick and twisted evil torcherous way when we read about the fate of the SLJB Board of Directors. HeHeHe !!! [Eek!]

Posted: Wed Nov 15, 2006 6:29 pm Post subject: If no AFS today, security fraud & class action lawsuit?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sulja Bros twice iterated that today was an "absolute deadline" and the "date-certain" for the audited financials.

There's still time to make good, but if the AFs do not appear today, I think we're looking at securities fraud and a class action lawsuit.

Who's with me?

count me in. the only thing i would like to see more than Petar going to jail would be AFs coming out. I hope he goes to jail in the US cause canadian jails are probably weak. as for a class action lawsuit depending on what happens tomorrow i may be in the market for a good pro bono attorney.

if they don't come out, should we still sell if we want to be apart of the class action lawsuit?

hmmm, good question d0lph1n. I plan to hold a day or two, if they are not released tonight... but really, I don't want to even think that way right now.

Just release those damn things [Smile]

i would agree that there should be more to pappy's life THAN SLJB not THEN, but it should definitely be a pretty big part of Petar's life given that he is the CEO and he has put his neck on the line with his statements. But I am pretty sure that the entire post is made up because nobody over at ihub (where i first saw the post) could provide a link to it. a few even went so far as to claim that they had talked to petar and promised him they would keep the site a secret.

yes, another stock to learn from. and the signs were all there, and lots made money too. and yes there is action shareholders can take. and from what I have seen there are those already putting it together.

Wit, just to do some DD on this chat, I wanted to see if the IP addresses corresponded with a locale that was indeed in PV's region, and at least, the IP looks to be in the Windsor area [Smile]

http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=142.46.130.1

So it looks to be a real chat, at least from my perspective, didn't want to say that person was lying, but wanted to make sure for myself, and anyone else who may be skeptical now, lol
