A reminder to readers, this is the end result of becoming a druggie, of doing drugs. This is _always_ the end result.
See the electric meter mounted at an angle? The city refused to send their meter reader into the backyard because of the pit bull. Additionally, the boy became so paranoid, he refused to not lock the gate, always refused to unlock the gate.

You have no idea. Neighbors would call us at least twice a week. We make a point to give our phone number to neighbors so they can call if there is a problem. We are very mindful of home owners around our rentals. We do not want to bring problems into a neighborhood. Doing so is very disrespectful.
I prompted them to call the police every chance, call the fire department, code enforcement, even gave them phone numbers. Anything to get rid of these people without having to spend three or four months in court, while they are rent free.

I'm suprised you guys let this go on as long as you did.. Seems the damage to the house and property is significant and more than enough to legally evict them.

I need to post a picture of my big boobs in here somewhere to annoy a boy.
Once a nice, not perfect, but a nice storage room about twenty years old, behind the garage.
Not a clue why he tore out part of a wall.
He also tore down part of a short fence which divides the yard from a garden area. Looks the steel posts we set in concrete, were too much for the boy.
Red line, a tub from a washing machine in which he would burn wood.
This is why they were always evasive about allowing us into the backyard. We have to ask permission to enter the property, even the front yard. That is the law. Exception is an emergency, like a fire or known flooding from plumbing.

Of course, they have no clue we are talking about them, here on the internet. Again, readers, this is what will happen to you if you do drugs.
Garden area. Red arrow points to where a lily pond once existed. We installed that pond for a couple who elected to be married back there. This is how beautiful this garden once was; marriage ceremony quality.
Use to be flowers, spices, lily pond, walking stones, lots of shade; a warmly inviting area.

You can see the door he installed in place of our beautiful split window door. Big door at the bottom to allow his pit bull inside.
Just to your left of the door, you see the walls badly stained. Couple days back, there was a bed mattress there for the dog to sleep on. It was all eaten up and spread everwhere. The stains are from the pit bull laying against the house.

Oh come on.. You know of course we are all going to go crazy trying to figure out what it was.. He was a speed freak so I'm sure there is some vampire style art and such.. Perhaps he built it as some sort of pseudo demonic coffe table.. something to impress his friends while showing he was "hardcore"

building with Carter? i happen to think that's one of the few decent charity programs becasue they usually require people to get involved in rebuilding their own lives instead of just giving stuff away..

Perhaps that's what I meant. I don't think much of Carter's presidency, but he's done some good since then.
