BTW, I think I may have figured out the math. Apparently they had an "option" that you could invoke as a stockholder to be exempt from any reverse splits for 12 months. Maybe some people did that and so only the shares of the people taht didn't do it will get reversed so the O/S won't reduce that much.

And the SEC can't do anything about it? Has anyone ever reported them to the SEC? That's a scam/criminal, if I ever saw one!

You missed AGHC for a 1/30 R/S. Don't they hafta file a pre-14C? I didn't see one anywhere.

I saw that post today after the fact. Doesn't do me any good at this point. I watch the pending list for pre-14C's so I can dump the stock early before a R/S becomes effective. I thought by law they have to post a 14C before the effective date of the split. I guess not.
