"The principal purpose of the Reverse Stock Split is to make the Company a private company. In light of our current size, opportunities and resources, the Board does not believe that the costs of remaining a public company are justified. Due to the limited liquidity and low market price of our Common Stock, we do not realize many of the benefits normally presumed to result from being a public company such as enhanced stockholder value, enhanced corporate image, access to capital markets, the ability to use stock to attract, retain and incentivize employees, and the ability to use stock as currency for acquisitions. The Board believes that it is in our best interest and the best interest of our stockholders to eliminate the administrative, financial and additional accounting burdens associated with being a public company by engaging in the Reverse Stock Split and taking the Company private."

Would this be a good buy before the reverse split? The stock is at .0001. Have never followed this stock before.

I would never buy into a stock just before a R/S.
Many folks get trapped into a stock at .0001 levels and once the reverse split happens, many will sell the stock and try to get some of their money back.
