Well I think there was some things I didn't like but overall it was good. I didn't like the way he put down shares holders and really don't think he answered O/S. He repeated float over and over but float is not O/S and if he owns 53% of O/s it could mean the O/S is over 19 billion. Who knows he didn't answer that and it will make for some very interesting rumors. He did put to rest the wh o owns what. He gave a good outlook besides not coming off pinks soon but I had said that before.
Thats what will happen here, the basher will take the things that weren't answered and turn this into a bad cc wheather it was or not. Ric IP: Logged |

could someone Tell me how you come up with 1.90 i come up with .53 5 billion dollars divided by 9.5 billion shares. someone divided 9.5 by 5 but that is backward. we are looking at .53 folks

The way I see it through these years: 2 years ago there was a wave of investors, PPS rose and came back down. Some stayed but most sold & went away because there was nothing happening. March/April of 2004 there was another new wave of investors, including myself that now see all the progress of QBID and want to hold long because of the "Potential". Probably the reason why we're not seeing .0001. It's not worth that at all now!! Some sold and went away (but keep peeking in) but Most have stayed and held on. There will definetly be another wave of New Investors and it will cause the PPS to rise again. I am kind of seeing it now in regards to new investors, but I'm talking about really noticing. Probably when advertisers and another carrier is confirmed or maybe even the turn of the new year. Either way, there will always be someone new finding QBID. It's a matter of time when a huge percentage knows about us and when QTN is HUGE. Just be lucky you're here reading this. Good luck and enjoy. IP: Logged |

maybe somebody could clarify this. can't get past the numbers. 9.5b float--frank said 6b --restricted institutional (security against agreements) 15.5b o/s buyback 1b = 2% of 50b a/s (60% complete)--rene said frank owns 53% of o/s = 8.215b--frank said 8.215b + 6b + 600m = 14.815b 15.5b - 14.815b = 685m ???? am i missing something??? I'm sorry but you need to take investor 101. Float does not include restricted shares or shares owned by the owner. Float is only shares available for sell on the open market. O/S does include this info but he said float not O/S. Ric

None of this was bad. I knew the O/S was larger then some was stating. Were did you think we got our financing to buy satelite rights, Gay oympics, equipment to run a studio, buidings, rent, and payroll. We are a pink with little ways to raise money except to increase O/S. Look at so many of the pennies right now doing dilution to raise capital. Its not a bad thing per say. We needed money. I was pretty mad when I found out I had a second unscheduled meeting to goto, but it doesn't look like much was cleared up except who owns Q, which we pretty much figured out on this board when it came up. Just my humble opinion.....but....this just might be the first penny which should, could and for my part, is considered an investment. I like parts of the cc but don't think enough new information came out. I accept the info as a positive step mainly because of the difficulty in puting all this together. If everything had always gone perfect the PPS would be so high now that most posting here couldn't afford QBID or wouldn't take a chance in this company. I'm accumulating as my available money allows me and will hold till 2009 like Couch P suggest. I think we'll see 2 bucks some day. I also predict it will be sold one day to a big player but that won't happen until all of us are rich and gone on to other sub pennies looking for the next Q. It's all about potential here with this stock. Lots of great people post here and still see a few bashers as always. Thanks for the great ones and the rest of U should move on to something you understand. I've been lurking for the past three months cause I get tired of reacting to so much speculation and negative bashing. I'm still learning stocks but have figured out posters already. I agree this is still a good investment for the price. This is looking hugh. I do think Frank did mean 5 billion in 5 years was Market cap not real asset value. Making pps somewhere around .30 in 5 years which I can live with that. It does bother me how some concerned investors got bashed earlier though. I remember (not me) a good poster in here mention the 50 billion A/S and was bashed to no end. Guess what, she was right. I don't see why those that ask some serious question are called basher but those who make extreme statments on the other end can get by without no questions or if you do then you are a basher. To be honest, I think U4 is the only basher we have had. And not everything he says is wrong. I think we have others who want answers before the risk there money. Ric IP: Logged |

Whiz, exactly! I can't take reading about these O/S, A/S numbers. IT DOESN'T MATTER!! I know it's nice for a conversation, or to figure out, but the PPS will move NO MATTER WHAT! Especially because it's a pink sheet. We should look at "not getting off pinks" as an advantage. Someone with more knowledge of big exchanges can express the negatives of it. I know 1 negative is that a Big Exchange stock going up 100% in 1 day are very slim!

Well I do think O/S and A/S do mean something in the long term and how high this pps can go. But, I agree it has no or not much effect in the short. As I stated earlier. We should have predicted an increase. We need money to run a business. To that end we needed it or our investment would be worthless if we never go on air. Sunny, Tip, everyone , good evening. The cc could have gone better, but it definitely could have gone worse. I personally don't think it was something that will move the pps, in fact I think the pps may fall to around .0028....IMHO...but it will/should definitely recover and rise as carriers, etc. are announced. Tried to buy 783,334 (to put me at 2 1/2 million) at .0032 but never filled. I'm hoping, for my sake and several of you, that it falls a bit so we can buy more before the steady rise. And I apologize in advance, but I don't want the pps rise in '06, '07, or '09...I want it in '04/ early '05. Just keeping it real.
