PSU90 Member	posted January 23, 2004 14:43 Ski....Level 2 only shows us the set up of the MM's as far as bid/ask. We cannot see every individual order waiting in line. Only the MM's have that ability (I think I saw it called level 3 somewhere). I have an Island viewer with Ameritrade but the current version of JAVA program that it uses is buggy. It errors out at the moment and the way to get it back working requires rebooting. Oh well. For example LGMB owe MJ $500K and they trade at .25-.30, is that justified? If there's enough interest and excitement, I can see PGHI go as high as .50 on news of fundings, new DC, name change, new site, etc. Now the question is that will it stay up after the run? We'll have to wait and see! This stock will run on speculation of future profits. If .25 is too high, there are many stops along the way... .10 .15 .20 all of which everyone here will be happy to see! The only publicly traded company in our sector would be NFLX. Check out their P/E ratio. It's 369! and market cap is 1.9B! Slow rise is better then a quick jump for long term investors. .30 next week is probally not going to happen. .30 in the next couple months is more likely. I do not take offence to this because nobody knows me and investing is an emotional thing especially when it seems that we are not doing so well with the current priceing. It is difficult to get to a computer when you are not on home ground so that is the reason for my delay. i am back at my hotel now and have been given the facts I need to take back to my group in order to come up with an offer. The reason for this is that I am not the only one in my group but only one of ten so all of us have to come to an agreement before I am ready to make an offer. I cannot go into details before things are put into place because there are optional ways of funding projects. The best offer I can make will be determined by my partnership and my lawyer who will print up our offer with the proper conditions in order to protect the investment. I personally was impressed and believe that everything should be a go. The only thing I can say right now is that I had purchased the personal placement shares. There is a restriction in the number of parties allowed to do so and there are just a couple of spots left. One of the options which will be in the offer is additional funding through the personal shares. Once the number of holder are complete then that option would have been closed. You can always aquire more shares through this manner but cannot be added after there are no spots left. In any case I will be comming home tomorrow and going over all this with my group and will have an offer by the end of the week. I will try to answer your questions but cannot talk about anything which has not taken place as of yet.
