Really PGHI has done nothing yet to VG's, yah maybe some advertisement(test the waters) but that is about it. The site as it stands now sucks, and this is why the low number of subs(guesstimate).

Remember, it will be a whole other ballgame soon. I can't wait to see sub numbers in six months. -

I know as much as you guys about the subs but I think you are way off target and here is why. On Dec of 2002 they had 400 subs when PGHI acquired them. Shortly after they lost a small amount. From Jan 2003 to Oct 2003 the company reported the growth at 35-40% month over month. Not just 35-40% but month on month. This is huge. Also, from Nov till now the company has grown at the rate of about 25%. I provided the numbers, now figure it out. I would say we have 7,500-10,000 as a low ball and if you calculate the numbers we should be north of 10,000 subs before the end of 2003. The percentages I provided are facts provided by the company as well as 400 subs in Dec of 2002.

Marty, you are right on target. The website IS the business. Until the new website is up, we have not crossed the start line yet. The engine is running but the race has yet to begin. Patients everyone.

I am going to be trying to pick up some more shares this morning to round off my holdings split between my group and even up the shares between us.

You might see some buying pressure this morning as I will be takeing some shares out of the hands of the MM's.

Can't say that I like what has happened the last day or two so I am going to put some pressure on the MM's and average out.

Good Luck to all

joe, I'll go w/your numbers. I don't think the "appearance" of our site has twit to do w/ subs. Gamers seek good service, good prices...good selection..that's all. VeeGeeZ offer both. Now on the other hand, investors may be more attracted to a polished site so I still look for a nice pop when the new VeeGeeZ is published.

good luck. been here since august '02

Magoo, what has happened in the past few days was the completion of the cup, now as we head back towards .06 we will be completing the handle. From that point we should expect a breakout.

Give 'em hell Magoo!

I have a copy of the PGHI profile sent out on 11/26/2003. This is not confidential information so I don't think anybody will mind. It will also provide numbers for people here and future investors something to work with.

I agree and disagree with your above statement. Yes to "people" seek good service, good prices, and good selection. VG's has all three - Perfect!

Now, "...appearance of our site has twit to do w/ subs..." If I wasn't vested with PGHI, I would have never subscribed to VGs, just based on the first load of the webpage. No way in hell I am subscribing to this. I would have joined gamefly.com. Remember, many people judge the book by the cover. Having a website as the sole source of retail is all about appearance. If it simplistic, has ease of use, and is attractive, you will gain return customers.

This was just my personal feelings on web site presence and why I would opt to buy or not to buy from the retailer. - Marty

Joe, if you have the PPM please review it. You will find that the subscriber numbers you have for your base of calculations is wrong. The PPM supplies a number as of December 2003. - Marty

Read the info below and tell me I'm wrong about the sub numbers.

Point Group Holdings, Inc., of San Diego, California, has established itself historically as a holding company dedicated to
acquiring up-and-coming companies, and “fulfilling entrepreneur’s dreams”. Their formula is simple: find those emerging
companies with the most potential, take them in as wholly-owned subsidiaries, arrange for the necessary funding, and provide
executive level management assistance to make their business more viable. Bringing these up-and-coming entities into the Point
Group “family” also gives them their best chance to reach certain milestones–previously unattainable–that they have set forth in
their business plan.
Point Group currently owns and operates three subsidiaries:
AMCORP GROUP, INC.—The elite team of business professionals/consultants that President, John Fleming, has gathered
over the years, from his successful participation in numerous private and public companies, now utilized to provide quality
professional services and executive level management assistance to Point Group’s subsidiaries.
NATURALLY SAFE TECHNOLOGIES, INC.—A company that develops, markets and distributes a variety of consumer
products. Season’s Greenings, Botanical Chi and Odora comprise the current product line, and all three have tremendous
potential specifically as products that are marketed via direct marketing, the Internet or infomercials.
VEEGEEZ.com—Provides video game and DVD rentals, via the Internet, for a monthly fee to customers. Veegeez.com is
based on the same model as NetFlix.com–the leader in internet-based DVD rentals.
Business Summary
Veegeez.com – Video Game & DVD Rentals
Point Group Holdings’ newest subsidiary–Veegeez.com–could significantly shape the future of the corporation. Due to the recent,
tremendous success of NetFlix.com, and its Internet based DVD rental system, Point Group is looking at their newest addition to
be the necessary catalyst to move PGHI to a much higher market cap value.
Commencing operations in June of 2002, Veegeez.com LLC was formed to take advantage of (1) a rapidly growing video game
industry in the U.S., and (2) to capitalize on the already proven, successful formula of renting DVD’s through the mail established
by the “Netflix phenomenon”. The domestic video game industry has exploded over the last few years with the proliferation of
Sony Playstation II, Microsoft’s Xbox and Nintendo’s Gamecube video game systems. In fact, recent estimates put over 18 million
game systems (of the Playstation II generation) in U.S. homes.
Veegeez has experienced steady growth since their coming out in 2002. They had approximately 400 subscribers by the end of
their first calendar year, and have grown at a rate of 35-40% per month since utilizing only standard Internet advertising channels.
Since being acquired by Point Group Holdings, the success potential of this “Netflix challenger” has increased dramatically. In
addition to the necessary financing and management-level assistance Point Group will deliver to Veegeez, the following immediate
improvements are underway or being considered:
THEY HAVE INCREASED THEIR VIDEO GAME RENTAL INVENTORY BY 37%
THEY HAVE AWARDED A CONTRACT TO BUILD THE NEW WEBSITE, AS WELL AS RETAINED VENTURE DIRECT WORLDWIDE TO
RUN A SOPHISTICATED MARKETING CAMPAIGN
TO IMPROVE ON THE EXISTING BUSINESS PLAN, POINT GROUP HAS DECIDED TO MARKET DVD RENTALS ALONG WITH THE VIDEO
GAMES, AND ARE CONSIDERING A POTENTIAL NAME CHANGE TO BETTER MARKET THE COMPANY

Well, if 400 at the end of 2002 is correct, AND their 25-40% increase per month is accurate, we should have at least 5k subs.

400 x 1.25^12 = 5820
400 x 1.40^12 = 22677

Those are the low and high estimates. My gut tells me they don't even have the low estimate.

Now, mind you I DO NOT have the PPM info (thus the most recent numbers), so I am only going with the stated estimated growth. If someone would like to share the latest base # of subs they know are factual, I'd be happy to see them.

I hear yah. But I don't know what to tell yah. I am looking at totally different numbers based on the beginning of December 2003. Really I wasn't saying that your calculations were wrong, dead on. I am saying that I just don't see VG's subs at 10,000+ . You can't go by that forward looking statement anyway. We shall see in the near future who is right, and I hope it is you Joe! -

Yes, this is understood for obvious reasons.

But the subscriber base is the life blood of all operations of VGs and soon Gameznflix. Soon the numbers will be able to be seen. -

Mobile video ads...

Mobile video has quietly emerged much more rapidly than many in the industry predicted, spurring a raft of mobile video ads as operators try to pick up valuable 'early adopters' that generate significant revenues per user.

This report scrutinizes a number of mobile video campaigns from a range of different operators, delivering insights into the successes and failures of each TV ad. This will enable readers to draw on the experience of others, and thus avoid the costly pitfalls of unsuccessful ads, as well as improve their chances of producing successful mobile video advertising by replicating some of the features that work.

This kind of knowledge is essential, since this is an entirely new category of service, and the experience so far of creating ads for mobile video is limited. The aim of this report is to provide the best possible base from which to build a mobile video advertising campaign.

For example, one avenue could be to generate brand awareness through sponsorship of video clips. Many mobile phone users would quite happily pay to receive a funny video clip of, say, the “Eye of the Tiger” Pop Idol reject, sponsored by Nestlé, or Kylie’s latest single – brought to you by Coca-Cola.’ And then there’s the viral marketing element to it – if they find the content compelling enough, they’ll then happily forward it to their friends at a minimal cost."
