You forgot one of the most important things which very few of the investors on this board are doing...which is............GET A MEMBERSHIP @ VEEGEEZ.COM

If you're in it for the long haul...20$/month is a small amount to pay to help this company grow.

I knew that Magoo was a fraud, I was reading his posts on the BLYC thread and he was saying EXACTLY the same things he said here for PGHI!

"Oh I'm gonna play with the MM's, let me buy three thousand gazillion shares!"

StockguyDD, wanna give me crap again for doubting Magoo?

Some of you that know me since the RB know that I can be rude to some losers, but I always smell them from a thousand miles away!

Anyway, forget about Magoo, we're gonna be rich so who cares!

Voluntary disclosure...

I bought an Xbox a couple weeks ago just so I could sign up with Veegeez. Well I finally signed up Thursday night. First of all, I really like the customer oriented approach of sending emails to inform us when our games our shipped and sending zipped instructions for each game.

What I didn't like was the way the current web site functions. It's terrible. Every time I would add game to the queue or update my queue it would error out. I would have to hit back on my browser every time. However, it did accept my choices.

This is yet another reason why we need the new web site. Previously, I thought it was just the aesthetics that were bad. Boy was I wrong. We desperately need the new web site! It's a good thing it's coming soon. The only reason I'm continuing my membership is because I'm heavily invested in VeeGeez and I know that management has great plans.

If I were just a customer that just ran across the site... I'm telling you right now that I would not have continued.

I'm not trying to scare anyone here. I'm just telling you the facts about the current website and that it is the major reason why our PPS and subs have not yet soared. If anything, this should give you reassurance that when the new web site is released you will be holding shares of a very valuable company.

On my other computer at home, every time I navigate from web site to web site, I get pop ups. A lot of pop ups. And most of them are NETFLIX. I hate pop ups. But that company is booming. Brand recognition is a great asset. Perhaps a similar marketing approach could benefit GAMEZNFLIX.

End of the month is the official timeframe to look for. Right now they are mailing the shareholders of record and will then finalize the change process.

In the meantime, there are many other things coming as soon as this week. Buckle up!

The name change is already official. I have on my calendar that the symbol will change on 9 Feb. Thats an estimation based on when the letter was sent out to shareholders and the 25 day wait.

Ok this is my last post about Magoo so that people can be more alert in the future.

He could very well be a type of basher that first tries to gain you trust by making you belive that he has Millions of dollars invested in the stock. Then next thing you know he pulls a quickie on you by saying that management has gone bad or something and makes you sell out after he shorted on you. Of course you think to yourself "hum that guys has Millions in the stock, maybe he's right!"

Live and learn!

Looking for a very strong week. With the details outlined in the S-8 and all the talk on the boards - We are certain to attract several new investors.

I certainly would not be surprised to see the new webstie up and operational this coming week with a few significant PRs. Just my opinion.

I don't mean to add to the contraversy.

As people go to other Doctor's for a second opinion, I think we need someone else to confirm with JF that he did not meet with someone on Thursday or Friday about millions being invested. I think once we get a second confirmation then we will all know what to think...as a FACT.

Just my $.02 take it or leave it

Either way though, PGHI will be soaring and we will all become MUCH MUCH MUCH more wealthy. I'm planning on grabbing me an X-Box in the next couple of days, and subscribing to Veegeez too!

Haha "LATE FEES SUCK!!"

Can someone please post an up to date candle chart? I am going thru the learning phase of tech analysis, and I don't have access to a decent charting site. The only ones I have come across, the really decent ones, charge a fee, and I don't really have the funds ... yet. I am reading books like crazy, losing sleep due to studying, and trying to bring myself up to a level where I can start really contributing around here. There is SO MUCH to learn! And SO FEW hours in the day!

Enuf rambling. Thanks in advance to whoever honors my request for the chart.

trader01, I transfer money to my Ameritrade account via ACH electronic funding right from my checking account. If I put a request to transfer money in by 5pm, I have it available to trade with the next business day. This has worked quite well each time I have done it.

My opinions on Magoo...

I don't think Magoo is either a hypster (someone who posts BS to try and drive up the share price) or a basher (leading us all on and then saying he found out really bad news).

The reason I don't believe he is either is that he never really pushed anyone to buy or sell, he pretty much just told his story. What I believe is more likely is that he is an investor in PGHI just like the rest of us, but wanted to make himself seem important to the rest of this board. We've all got a pretty good thing going here and tommy has been around since the start and holds the most shares I know of. Magoo probably wanted to be one of the "big boys", hence his story.

And sure, as an investor I'm sure that as an added bonus he felt that his story would help boost the share price as well.

Well, I'm glad most everyone has taken the right attitude of, who cares. We have a good company with a bright future whether we have a million-dollar plus investor or not. I'm sure JF was not counting on one.

I'm in the PPM and who knows how many other people are. People are starting to subscribe and I'm sure we will double or triple that number when the new website launches (that's when I'm subscribing).

I guess we should feel flattered that someone was even compelled to make all that up. So IMHO... hypster/basher? No. Wannabe "big timer"? Yes.

Looking forward to February!

Thanks guys! If I am reading the chart correctly, PGHI formed a DOJI on friday, after 2 down days. This could be the completion of the handle (the handle of the THIRD CUP!!!) and could be the signal for a nice up surge on monday or tuesday. This is my first attempt at deciphering a chart. If I have misread it, someone please let me know. I really want to learn as much as I can so hit me with all you got guys!!

For all of you who have VeeGeez memberships:

When the new site comes out, make sure you test it out and let them (VeeGeez) know if anything is not working. When I talked to them, they said they will have the website out ASAP and add things later, depending upon customer feedback. If these problems (haveing to use your back browser) occur with the new site, we need to nitify VeeGeez, so that they can be fixed

Been reading these forums for a long time, and found the whole thing with Magoo to be very interesting. If everyone is doing their own DD like they should be, what Magoo does is really not that relevant. I've researched PGHI for several months, like what I have seen and have an investment in it. I don't have a huge amount, but enough to be happy with it. However, Magoo had nothing to do with my investment, and no one else here did either. Yes, I've read the posts and there were some good comments made, but I chose to invest based on my work. If anyone out there is believing everything that is posted and investing based on these posts, you might as well go out, start a fire, and start burning your bills, because thats how much money you'll have left eventually. You must be careful what you believe and know that if you really want answers you can 100% believe in, you need to find it out yourself. Also, I can't believe the many posters who supposedly have "everything" they can scrape together invested in this stock. Yes, I think it will do well, but be intelligent in your investing. No good investor invests every penny they have in one spot. Think about it! Well, enough reality check. I do believe we have a good one here, and wish everyone the best of luck. I'm back to lurking.

I do apologize for posting the article. I really thought it was already out on Billboard.

However, John knows that every time he sends anything through his distro list it gets posted on the boards. Like I said, that was not my intention but it was going to get posted regardless. John knows this.

Once again, I am not using this as an excuse. I didn't want to be the one to post privelaged information. I have much more info than this that I keep to myself and John trusts me with that information. I would not want to ruin that trust.
