oh, and btw, thank you glassman and tex for the posts last night - very informative. I can't say that I completely understand all the scenarios that can play out through using PIPEs but I know more than I did before.
Also, I'm not sure I'm clear about the theory about the loan and their actions being intentional and the possibility of this being a "well thought out" endeavor. My main question would be "is this good for us or bad for us?" I know 10 mentioned that it looked good - but I'm not following why.

Still holding strong and long. I've been in this sense avrg. buys .08, so its all profit and found monies. However I would admit that I would like this to move on to the next stage. Still hanging and swanging waiting for the ranging.

Good Morning! I hope the other FHAL thread doesn't drift too far in case we need it. I quoted 2nd hand info on the possible new symbol to be used today.
Someone on ihub quoted someone on fhalboard. com who said they talked to Rufus. We'll see! Too much speculation lately but, as we have seen before, some of this pans out.

Im holding as well, but also worried about the bashing that will take place today.
The theory that rattled us all last night is just that, a theory. But, its a feasible enough theory to cause massive confusion today. This morning would be a good time for an official update but im not holding my breath. It doesnt have to be a 10k, just a tid bit of info whats going on. Rufus? Hello?

the more the ceo delays the transaction or even keep us uninformed ( he could have at least put out a PR saying why they are late ), the more he keeps promising things and not doing them on date, the the less credibility this whole company has, the more the price will drop each day till it tanks at some point. He needs to get this together, at least a PR...

I'm not worried about this. My brother who is a fellow shareholder in FHAL, gave me some really positive news yesterday(that I know is true). I will speak to him and see if he wants me to post it. No worries. Do your own DD.
