LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 8, 2005 -- JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp.("JUPITER" or the "Company") (Other OTC:JPHC.PK - News) announced today that the Company in addition to working diligently to close its pending acquisition has begun making preparations to regain its listing on the OTCBB upon filing of its annual and quarterly filings. The Company sees a re-listing on the OTCBB as an important step for its plans as it believes the OTCBB will provide a larger audience for the Company, especially considering its pending acquisition.
The Company expects to execute and subsequently close its key and previously announced acquisition of a telecom services company in the next few business days. In and around this same time, the Company will, upon filing its financial reports, commence the process to regain its listing on the OTCBB.

What makes you believe that this pinksheet really intends to come off the pinks? This same PR is posted by 100's of pinks this year alone. All claiming they are getting there financial's together so they can file. Yet does anyone know of one that has fulfilled it's promise?
Well guess its good for a quick buck on the hype if nothing else. Maybe this one is different but it is getting to were no one believes these companies anymore and the hype just isn't what it was in the past. Penny investors can only be told this so many times before they stop listening. GL

Jupiter was already listed on the otcbb... they simply didn't submit paperwork in time and got delisted and released a series of pr's saying that they were working diligently to get relisted. That was probably two or three months ago. It's not surprising that they will be listed again on the otcbb and that those who gave them the benefit of the doubt will make some money.

Jphc will be at .0040 very soon!!! They will pay a dividend in Vxbx on Oct 8th. They plan on taking over a company which has great potential. They plan on getting relisted. Jphc will fly in the weeks ahead.

personally I am tired of hearing about this company they are "closing" on "soon". If they are going to do it then do it otherwise quit saying it.

You all need to go to yahoo.com or to the website of Jphc. This stock is going to fly. It just takes time for a penny stock. All penny stocks go up and down. If you want to make money look at Bhwk and RNVO and GLBT also.!!!!

JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. Announces It Has Signed Agreement to Acquire Macro Communications, Inc., a Telecom Services Company Generating Approximately $12,000,000 in Revenue Annually Tuesday September 13, 8:15 am ET
LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 13, 2005 -- JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp.("JUPITER" or the "Company") (Other OTC:JPHC.PK - News) today proudly announces it has signed the definitive Agreement and Plan of Acquisition to acquire Macro Communications, Inc., a US-based telecom services company that is generating approximately $12 Million in annual revenues. This acquisition, which is scheduled to close next week, will add significant revenues, cash flow and assets immediately to JUPITER'S future financial statements. ADVERTISEMENT
Macro Communications, Inc. ("Macro") is a facilities-based telecom applications service provider located in Atlanta, Georgia. Their lines of businesses include: Prepaid Calling Card Platforms, VoIP Connectivity, International Gateway And Arbitrage Services, Enhance IVR Solutions, Co-Location Services and Universal Point Of Sale Activation Services.
The executed definitive Agreement and Plan of Acquisition will be filed in a Form 8K with the Securities and Exchange Commission shortly.
A key to this acquisition is that it will not only bring large revenues to JUPITER but it will serve as the VoIP back end for VOXBOX World Telecom, Inc. and the planned rollout of its VOXBOX service across the US. JUPITER currently owns a minority stake in VOXBOX.

JUPITER is also pleased to notify its shareholders that the audited Financial Statements of Macro is near completion and will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission shortly.

The dividend that will be issued out in October for this stock. We will get the VXBX, is it based on how many shares you own on that date or how many you owned when they made the deadline? Any insight would help me.

I was holding 3.3 mill of this stock. I just jumped out with this gain today. Will I still get my VXBX dividend? I was in when they made the deadline.
