CVSU HAS NOT PAID EVEN $10 DOLLARS IN THIS PROGRAM. THEY HAVE CREATED A NEW WEBSITE THAT I FOUND OUT YESTERDAY SONGWI.COM AND COPIED OUR BUSINESS PLAN WORD FOR WORD LIKE THEY DID ON THE CVSU WEBSITE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION.
THEY CANNOT USE OUR BOARD MEMBERS AND OUR DOCUMENTS FOR ANY ACTIVITY ON WALL STREET.

It was my intention that during an aquisition phase such as this one ANYONE involved in LOIs, contracts, etc can not discuss the details of their relationship with the aquisition until it is final. I know of one person that knows the original FHAL officers personally and they aer under a gag order and are standing by it. So, my point is, if this really is Dr Mensah he is potentially making a huge mistake, not that his alleged lunch with Kapone wasnt already a huge mistake. Again, if if if.

If AISS was not on board with Rufus he would not have AISS on the old or new website... This is by far the craziest play I have ever been apart of, it reminds me of episodes of the muppets:) LOL

Crab...I had assumed that HE was doing the Financials for FHAL...HE isn't...I am unable to find WHO is...and I am pretty darn sure they are needed...ANYONE???

Our current company is 100% cash and no debt, so it is a good acquisition. The combined company will be a major, if not the major, in the Southeast in terms of K-12 software.
ANYWAY, now I REALLY need CSHD to be the real thing so I don't HAVE to update my resume'

I was told this by someone who knows the original Fronthaul officers. During this phase of the merger anyone involved in LOIs and such must keep quiet until the merger is complete. I dont know this to be fact, i just know that he told me the Fronthaul guys will NOT speak on this issue until its "complete".

Well, seeing as how I am now in this situation, I was told as long as the 8K etc. is filed, then it is not insider....ours won't be effective until Dec. 31st

The audit report will be issued by the due date which is September 30. I have been engaged to audit Conversion Solutions for the period covering July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 not Fronthaul.
