NOR retreated as did the entire sector, but remains a strong buy.

NOR remains a Strong Buy, it is my suggestion to continue to buy in at this
point. NOR is still a cheap play and has plenty a juice left. I have just
adjusted a target to $4.50 in the very near
term due to the strong up-trend
and increased volume.

the
best possible play in this sector, with relationship to the SARS virus.

NOR is a buy now pick, had a nice move to the upside, until some profit
taking came in but still finished higher. I expect NOR to get to $3.00 to
$3.50 range near term.
