P.S.
Did anyone notice that jump from .012 to .015 at 11:27 am Friday, 851,000 shares? Was that the MMs trying to start a run?

Just thought it was pretty weird, coming from out of nowhere like that.

Don't trade EESO - unless you believe that
it will get 5X for you. All pinks are just
too risky - most of them are dilutive.

****
The following is reprinted with the permission of the Cincinnati Enquirer. Monday, February 5, 2007 Big O confident in ‘Fade Away’ By John Eckberg jeckberg*enquirer.com NBA basketball great Oscar Robertson erased most of his hardwood competition with a fadeaway jumper. These days he hopes to erase spots, spills and accidents on clothing with a shot of another sort: an enzyme-based cleaning product called Fade Away. The wipes, to be sold exclusively in bigg’s stores for $3.99 for a 10-pack, face tough competition from a trio of products from global titans: Procter & Gamble's Tide to Go, SC Johnson's Shout wipes and Clorox's Bleach Pen. But Robertson, 68, never worried much about com-petition back when he dominated on basketball courts, whether he was driving into L.A. Lakers guard Jerry West or into the wingspan of Wilt Chamberlain to launch his patented fadeaway. And the former Univer-sity of Cincinnati, Cincin-nati Royals and Milwaukee Bucks star isn't sweating it now, either. For one thing, he has bigg’s, a division of Minneapolis-based Super-valu Inc., signed for six months of exclusive sales of Fade Away. Robertson will appear at the grand opening of the region’s newest bigg’s, 9600 Mason-Montgomery Road, on Tuesday, 3 to 5 p.m., and Wednesday, 6 to 8 p.m., to promote Fade Away. After the bigg’s agree-ment expires, Robertson says there is no limit to the appeal of his pocket wipes for hotel chains, airlines, restaurants, discounters, con-venience stores and grocery chains. “We can compete with anybody,” Robertson said. “We’re not loaded down with layers and layers of vice presidents and man-agers, a corporate jet.” Robertson is producing and distributing Fade Away through his Fairfield-based company, Orchem. Robert-son launched Orchem, a specialty chemical manu-facturing company, in 1981. Robertson graduated in 1960 from UC College of Business and retired from a Hall of Fame NBA career in 1974. Now he also is president of ORDMS, a document management firm, and has interests in banking, real estate, construction and media. He is also the owner of OR Meats, a meat brokerage company based in Cincinnati that distributes meat products to govern-ment agencies. His new Fade Away wipe is just one way to use his company's enzyme-based approach to stain and grease removal. Enzymes are molecular-level catalysts that convert stains or spills from organic materials into a water-soluble substance that evaporates from the material. Robertson thinks the environmentally safe and nontoxic wipes could one day be included by high-end clothing manufacturers when-ever a men’s or women’s suit is produced. “One to a suit,” he said. Casual dining restaurants, fast-food eateries, three- and four-star restaurants, hotels, banquet facilities - all should be interested in Fade Away, agreed Randy Miller, grocery director for Milford-based bigg’s. Here’s why: “The product works,” Miller said. “It does exactly what it says it does. Yesterday I was in a meeting. I got a spot on my pants and had one in my briefcase. I pulled it out and wiped that stain away. It’s unbelievable.” Sales are good so far, Miller said. “There’s no advertising or marketing behind. People in the store see it and buy it.” Ken Munson, 58, Orchem vice president of sales and marketing, came to the company out of semi-retirement after selling his Montgomery-based company, Quality Life Products. He wants to see Fade Away in every businessman's briefcase - every businesswoman’s purse. And that’s just for starters. Munson says the Fade Away sales target is a big one: $10 million in annual sales by 2010. Another application - a sack of the enzyme that hangs from manhole covers and drips into sewer lines - has already saved the city of Fort Wayne, Ind. from $200,000 to $400,000 annually. Rather than needing a truck loaded with a pressure washer, the enzyme works in the sewer flow to clean sewer lines. “Instead of two guys and a The Enquirer/Leigh Taylor Basketball great Oscar Robertson’s new product, Fade Away, is a wipe that removes wine, coffee and food stains. It is sold at bigg’s.
New cleaning products on the way Fairfield-based Orchem (Oscar Robertson Chemicals) plans to make an impact on the household cleaning product sector with at least four new cleaners in the year to come. Products under development to be rolled out to grocery stores, warehouse shopping clubs and convenience stores include: 􀂄 Rebound: A mold and mildew remover. 􀂄 Slam Dunk: A degreaser. 􀂄 Big O: An all-purpose cleaner. 􀂄 Foul Shot: A pet-stain remover. “I’m heading out to Las Vegas next week for the NBA All-Star game and to meet with the president of MGM Grand,” Robertson said. “Fade Away and some of our other products should be at every hotel in America.” truck that costs $103 an hour, all I have to do is send one guy out in a pickup truck to swap out the bags," said Jeff Morris, superintendent of sanitary sewers for the city of about 200,000. Small-sized player Orchem employs 25 full- and part-time employees and brings in less than $10 million a year in revenues. Compare that to the stain-removal product revenues of its publicly traded competitors: Cin-cinnati-based P&G at $72.2 billion and Clorox Co. at $4.7 billion. About 30,000 consumer products hit the food and drug markets each year, but only a fraction make it, said Rich Swanson, principal at Swanson Group, a Chicago-based strategic marketing and sales organi-zation that helped bring Fade Away to bigg’s shelves. But the growth of towelettes has been explosive in the recent years. Packaged Facts, the publishing arm of Rockville, Md.-based Market-research.com, found that spending on towelettes grew from $127 million in 2000 to $198 million in 2004. But those wipes did not necessarily have stain removal capabilities. Another important marketing tool for Fade Away is Robertson himself, who was honored at a ceremony at halftime of a UC game last week with a five- minute standing ovation for being named the College Basketball Player of the Century and for an induction into the College Basketball Hall of Fame. “The Big O is a big name not only in Cincinnati and Milwaukee. It’s a name that has appeal across the U.S.,” Swanson said. Other variations planned Besides stain-removal, varia-tions of the product (which is manufactured in Fort Wayne, about 200 miles north-northwest of Cincinnati) include: 􀂄 Environmentally safe clean-ing of surgical instruments with hospital-grade disin-fectants. 􀂄 Fast-food kitchens that need a detergent to cut spilled grease on floors and counters. 􀂄 Municipal sewer systems across the nation that need a cheaper way to clean pipes of sludge. Still, the Fade Away wipes will be the best play for Orchem. “We joke that just because Oscar is not dribbling on the basketball court anymore doesn’t mean he’s not sometimes dribbling on his shirt,” Munson said. I appreciate the perspective that the article brings, that the cleaning product industry is VERY COMPETITIVE.
Thankfully, EESO is not just a guy pushing some towelettes.
The CEO seems to have a very broad vision for the application of these several products, which involve other major industries, like agriculture and metal salvage.
I do agree; don't bother unless you expect 5x return, which I believe it will exceed by a lot, but not sure by how much or how long it will take.

By the way, does anyone know what the story is on the big rise & fall of their PPS in Feb.?

Yes and this....
Greetings EESOers-Here are my EESO visit Results

1) News with Shell/Marathon Oil Convenience stores is HUGE(with over 130k stores with in the U.S.)

2)While I was there today visiting Jared received an Email Via black berry stating that the Bottling Machinery is just about finished. This means that they will have an actual piece of machinery that will bottle and label the products right there in that warehouse! The line will be very easy to use and only takes two persons to run...the margins on this are huge! Bottling machine will go right where the Fork lift is in the pics below.

3)Jared actually spilled coffee on his shirt as I was there and used one of his products to take the coffee stain off and I really saw that it worked....I felt like I was in an infomercial.....lol...but it was real!

4)He still has Private investors-No reason to raise O/S- This is unbelievable in pinky world but true to date.

5)The Fertilizer in the utube video really doesn't stink! and in the U.S. you do not need EPA approval to sell it.

6)In the future they will post Audited Financial on there web site!!!!!! For shareholders to view.

7) He gave me a bottle of Windex style product and I got out on my way home and sprayed it on my windshield...I must say it worked really well.....I would not be able to tell the difference in there product and windex...which is good IMO.

8) He also gave me some Front Loader Cleaner for our new LG Front loaders- Will get results later on that product.

9)African Products that were sent out took up a whole Ocean liner crate..those are like the size of a SEMI ...4 different Products.

10)EESO is going to have an open house as soon as the building in complete for all shareholders to come visit freely.

11) Float will be determined soon per Jared...he is going to start figuring those numbers.

12) This is the real deal folks....The Margins on there products are huge....Financials should be steller....I see .10 easy....I moved my Sells UP....UP.....UP

IMO the stock showed strength today, again refusing to go lower than .011 on EXTREMELY LOW VOLUME.

We should have some news from the Trade Show soon.

I bought more today * .0114; now averaged down to .0155.

Agreed buggy. I'm pretty happy with today's trading--third day it hit .011 and bounced off. We spent most of the day green and the chart is improving day by day. The narrow range we traded in should finally chase away the flippers and day traders--an important event for any future breakout.

People with buy-ins under a penny should start to get impatient and up their bids. Meanwhile, we should be "all systems go" on the chart by Wednesday.

I thought it was bidwhackers on another play until I actually looked at some of the fundamentals and then I went "aw ****!" averaged down and got out. This play I still think it is people playin it as a regular pink but the more I look at it the more I like it. I'll be keeping a lil in here to see how things work out.

Hi, Kermit. You got a good view. In fact, the first
signal of turning around happedned yesterday
with a huge rush in the last half hour and
the extreme light volume yesterday. I expect
an EOD run this afternoon. The rising of pps
with small volume at bottom is also very
bullish. Cheers to all who got in.

It's up to the MMs - they have total
control of the range of pps ea day. When
there are more sellers, they will
walk it down; when there are more
buyers, they will push it up. This
is the consolidation period, so the
MMs will try to make it very frustrating
and scaring, so they can keep the pps
at bottom to get more cheap shares.
When they have collected enough shares,
they will let the pps rise one tick
a day to make the chart look good
for next run. When it's time to make
a move, they will suck up all the shares
between 13 and 17 - a big jump will get
a lot of attention, and all traders and
players will be shocked and chasing the
pps up. So don't watch the pps movement,
just set some targets to sell your shares.
Don't blame bid-whackers, don't blame
the ceo dumping for this one - people
are checking with TA every day.

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Celebrates Earth Day and Waives Shipping Fees

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO S. Jared Hochstedler announced that in honor of Earth Day, EESO will be waiving all shipping fees for online orders that total at least $50.00.
Hochstedler commented, "This is a great day for EESO. In what other business does the world actually take a day to talk about our business and the products we provide? As you all know the environmental issues are important to me and I am passionate about doing our part to provide environmentally friendly and sustainable products. I am pleased to offer the free shipping through 5-1-08 so that everyone will have a chance to take advantage of the offer. The E-Commerce site activity has exceeded my expectations and I am pleased with the activity that is being generated."

Hochstedler further commented, "Our Indianapolis show begins on Wednesday, April 23, 2008. We will be sharing a booth with Brewmaster. This Exposition brings together Petroleum Marketers, Suppliers, C-Store Owners & Operators, Truck Stop Operators, and Car Wash Operators. From the results of the Expo in Michigan I am full of anticipation for this week's activities. I am also looking forward to meeting as many shareholders as possible so please be sure to stop by if possible.
"I would also like to update our shareholders that Phase IV concerning the hazardous waste is moving along nicely. We have narrowed the search down to several candidates for the purchase of our first prototype to process the hazardous waste by-products and related fluids. There is an estimated $7.5 billion (USD) spent each year dealing with the hazardous waste. Our testing has shown that by the use of enzymes the final waste can be broken down into environmentally friendly forms and actually sold thus taking a huge expense and creating a new revenue stream for the scrap yards. It is estimated that just in Fort Wayne alone there is over $29 million (USD) spent on this problem. Final announcement of who will be our partner in Phase IV should be settled soon," stated Hochstedler.

The company would also like to confirm that as of April 22, 2008 the outstanding share count remains at 223,716,398 commons shares issued and outstanding.

0.0145 - up 21%.

Thanks, Homer, for posting the PR.

Even without this PR, the trend is
up, after yesterday's bottom:

http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=eeso&sid=0&o_sym b=eeso&freq=7&time=3

Many traders and players will be chasing
the pps up, after they realize the uptrend
is clear later this week.

No buyers: most buyers are waiting at sidelines
for the pps to go lower; they will get in only
the chart looks bullish.
No sellers: the pps is too low, they will hold
their shares to go up to the fair market value
of 0.12 or better.
What will happen in the next few days?
The MMs will control the pps so it will
be up one tick a day for severy days. The
chart will look bullish, and the buyers
will believe that EESO is a good one to play,
because it looks bullish. This run will be
bigger than last one because the share holders'
price is much higher, and the MMs will bring
the PPS up so they can unload their shares.
So last run is just a warmup for this one.
Watch it. Study the chart of WNBD will help
your tading decision. So just set your targets
to sell. Don't watch the pps movement everyday,
don't blame the bid-whackers, don't balme
dilution. Everyting is under the comtrol of
the MMs, just play along with them. Good luck.

is a great resouce. Without Ihub, I may not get
into EESO at all. I certainly will not know much
about EESO. Pleas be fair to Ihub members.

Jared wants the big deals- He wants the agriculture niche in his agriculture spray which he does not see anyone in the US having right and to land the bigger industrial deals(supplying large companies with supplies). I would not be surprised to see him start helping some farms in the U.S. with the odor problem and that will give us some good press. Otherwise, I think they will push for private label deals. Outside of that he is getting closer to getting a partner for scrap yard product. So he is thinking of a multi-product approach.
