His mantra of saying "they are selling shares" is about the only thing he has said. only one other post offers any substance and that is of one of the shipments but he offers no means of verification. Something easy enough to look into though. I ran out of posts right after I replied to one of his, and he answered with nothing but more saga.

Why would you want to trade your way out. Everything is at least in the open.

M; Look, you’re obviously a very new trader, or worse, you think you’re investing in a company. If you’re looking to invest your money, this is not the place.

It will come but it takes a little time.

M: While you are waiting, traders are trading stock for profits with little risk. You need to be liquid. EESO is diluting, why buy when the company is selling shares? This will continue for at least another two weeks.

If you didnt do your research and now feel worried about your investment, get out.

M: I do not do research, I do TA. Research is a waste of time and money. Research develops a connection to the company, who cares what they sell or do? Traders just want to make money of the increasing PPS.

This company will go to places it has not been to yet in my opinion.

M: You might be right, but while you are waiting, traders will be making money while you money sits there growing mold or worse losing value.

I have bought from .017 down to .0029. I'm long and know that it will come back.

M: I disagree, you’ve made a huge judgment error, and now you like the company because you have to, plain and simple.

Bashers go away, sell and be happy in your own little world.

M: The concept of “bashers” is ridiculous to me. Honestly, I’m only posting to help the less experienced save their money and face reality.

----------------------------------------
Simply back to reality, remember.... it's a pink, be prudent. Even if EESO is 100% they are pink for a reason. To get from point A to point B. Every pencil sharpener will be paid by the shareholders imo. I like it, and I like todays action. I thought .002 would be a pretty good base - even with a punch to .001 but it didn't hit. Could be ready for a bit more.

News for 'EESO' - (Enzyme Environmental Solutions Announces Midwest Distributor Agreement)

FORT WAYNE, IN, May 16, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company (in keeping with its contacts in the Convenience store industry) has finalized the agreement to be a distributor for all of the Midwest for Potencia Energy Drink.

Potencia Energy Drink is an up and coming rapidly growing supplier of the only energy drink directly targeting the Hispanic market. Potencia has distribution agreements and supplies all of the major retail chains in Mexico. The Hispanic energy drink market is exploding in the United States as well as in Mexico.

Brian Weber, Co-Owner Potencia Energy Drink, holds a Bachelor of Science and is a former NASCAR race car driver and team owner. www.potenciaenergydrink.com

Weber stated, "We have created a very nice synergistic alliance with EESO. They have a great footprint in the Midwest Convenience Stores and we have a very strong footprint with the major retail chains in Mexico. As Jared and I discussed how we can assist each other, opening our distribution networks and sharing warehousing with each other allows for a very efficient way to open new markets for both companies."

"Brian Weber and I were in Mexico recently and as a result I am looking forward to releasing further contract information in the coming days. As mentioned earlier our fully automated bottling machine has been delivered and we expect it to be operational no later than weeks end. I hope these recent events will demonstrate my desire to build shareholder value. I trust all shareholders will be pleased with our results," stated Hochstedler.

Hochstedler further stated, "I understand that there is some misunderstanding why I am pursuing the C-Store Beverage business. For those that do not understand, obtaining shelf space in the retail market is the key to success.
Once you have an in to the shelf space it becomes a matter of placing items that will sell the best. The C-Store industry, with the help of Bill and Owen, is becoming a huge opening for EESO product placement and in my view it does not matter whether it is enzyme based or otherwise. I said from the beginning I am focused on sales."

This press release contains certain "forward-looking" statements, as defined in the United States Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. It would be nice to get their statement in reference to projected revenue per month/year as well.

They hopefully announce that soon, too. Maybe be too early today after just announcing the agreement itself. Now the business plan needs to be developed.

Watching the charts, resistance .006, .0065, .007. I picked .002 - .003 as a decent base and it held. The 200 MA is the hurdle to jump over at .0079. I set up a couple indicators that I like to watch when I track dilution, money flow, acc/dist, and flip through a few others also. If EESO does break their dilution into stages you'll see it in the charts as the selling pressure gives way to allow the buying pressure to move it back up. I've seen some say they'll let it get to whatever price before they dump more but who really knows? We had a nice bump back up on Friday but it will take more than one day to say the first stage is over. Always a gamble even playing the charts when there is dilution. The fundamentals put together with the charts to make your decisions is key - but this is pinky land and they need the money to move forward. That's why they're here. A finger on the trigger to cover the original capital and then do it again on the next dip. Either way - good luck. http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=EESO&p=D&yr=0&mn=1&dy=13&i=t45354838418&r=1401

If you were thinking of taking a position, today would be the day to do it. EESO hit the double bottom and bounced off well EOD yesterday. Next day or two should be green.

The ceo changed the OS sooner than he
promised. The investors have lost confidence
in this stock. It's good for flipping now.

No problem, Surfer.

EESO used to be gold before dilution;
now it's just another pink. Never trust
a ceo of a pink has become my golden rule.
And never play after the predilution run
is my second golden rule. If you know how
to flip, EESO is a good one - get in at
21 and get out at 29. I will not
comment on EESO anymore. Good luck.

There are so many possible scenarios behind what is going on with EESO, but try this on for size:
Kistler is behind the doing of the dirty work of increasing the OS almost on a weekly basis. I believe that one of his missions is to be a "sacrificial goat", to absorb the blame for the dilution, since his reputation is already shot anyway.
Trouble is, Jared's once-spotless reputation is now suffering too.
The "transparency" is gone. But these guys are not just playing this by ear. There is a definite long-term strategy, and the stage we are going through is just one well-thought-out part of it. Else why would Jared have agreed to pay BK so much for his services? He also had to be aware of all the respect among stockholders at stake, which he had achieved for avoiding serious dilution up to that point. The stock obviously could have done well without BK, as long as Jared would have continued with his "good-guy" PRs, and just borrowed some money from the bank.
BK proposed a plan to Jared that would EVENTUALLY bring much more value to the stock than if Jared had continued without him. Only time will tell what the other details of that plan are. Here are some possiblities:
There may be sales contracts pending or already active, that are deliberately being kept under wraps until the OS issued climbs to, say, one billion shares. After the good news is revealed, and the PPS explodes, the total value of all stock issued will be much more than if the share count was back at 330,000,000.
Kistler will resign, pushing the PPS even higher. Case in point: his recent departure from PINR doubled its price, the same day it was announced. With him being the scapegoat for the dilution, etc., Jared's previously damaged reputation will be restored, and that will push the PPS even higher. The dilution will just be chalked up as the mistake of hiring Kistler.
Of course, all of this is just conjecture, with maybe some wishful thinking thrown in.
Another, much more terrifying possibility is that Jared was just duped into allowing Kistler the opportunity to buy enough shares at giveaway prices to achieve controlling interest in EESO. Kistler then could make himself or his brother (or is Duane his father?) CEO, as he did with ADCS. [Wall Bang]

Can someone please help me understand what is going on with EESO? Since the company's merge back in February, they've been steadily making new contracts and new business. There's several other contracts pending, and the company seems to be branching out into other areas. Why does the PPS keep going down and not up? It seems that it should at least stay steady.
