Yup, OS is huge but those who got some at 0001 were lucky enough to dump at 0002 for a nice double. Other than that, it ain't going anywhere.

Great point, Homer. SMAS was my biggest mistake. A stock with huge O/S is very hard to move, and has great chance to get R/S; DDSI was a typical example. I will stay with small floaters.

you need to really dd this one. great product and plenty of national exposure coming. also there is no CD. or no shares sold by the company since summer. the T/A is NOT GAGGED unlike most pinksheet stocks. they actually put out financials!!- http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById?id=11728
And a very low float and outstanding for this company. a lot of co's have run to .01 with 10x more outstanding. jmo-this will go to .00's quick once the TV. exposure starts-G/L to all!! Share Structure (as of November 8,2007)

SMAS is a great company with real business. However, they need more funds to expand their projects. More dilutions and R/S are expected. Check the thread of UCOI. It's the same situation 4 months ago. Just stay away from stocks with huge O/S. The best you can do is to get in at 0.0001 and get out at 0.0002, while you are waiting for the coming R/S.

great email from the CEO just now-----------------Bobby,
Thanks for getting in touch with me again. Yes, the TV shows are still on; we are very excited about it.
We do have news coming out this week. We are pleased with the volume from last week, are working on a variety of fronts to continue to move the stock forward.
We do not have any plans for a reverse split. Our goals now are to improve stock volume and price per share, while simultaneously we continue to grow the presence, revenue, and fundamentals of the actual core business of the company. For the health and value of the stock, we are working to build all these variables, to create a strong company on all fronts for the long-term, including become fully reporting and up-listing next year.
Thanks again for your interest,
