Franchise Capital Corporation Announces Meeting to Finalize Details and Closing Date for Acquisition of Aero Exhaust

MURRIETA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/11/07 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN) today announced that at a meeting with senior management of Aero Exhaust, the two companies reviewed the details necessary to close Franchise Capital's acquisition of Aero Exhaust, Inc. and reached agreement on the terms of the transaction.
Franchise Capital has been positioned to serve as the public vehicle for Aero Exhaust (www.aeroexhaust.com), a leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner. The company achieved fully reporting status in May 2007.
Steven R. Peacock, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital Corporation, traveled to Aero's corporate offices in South Jordan, Utah during the week of September 3rd and met with Aero Exhaust CEO Bryan Hunsaker. Mr. Peacock subsequently met with the Board of Directors and a major shareholder of Aero Exhaust.
