Hey Homer, checked around, looked at stuff, etc etc, ya know. Anyways WTF? this stock had an OS of 192mm in late may of this year. It was trading at .04. The OS has doubled but a merger occurred. Shouldnt this be trading at least at .02? Just wondering. They cant dilute much more so i ask again WTF??? Thanks TMAN...

lol....I wish it was 02, but selling shares and not much interest killed it. It's about time this rebounds considering the OS and A/S are waaaaaay too low for a stock at this price!
CEO stated to me in an email that the OTCBB uplisting is still the plan for this year, and the 500m A/S won't be increased anytime soon.

Ahhh, typical day here in worthless IPHE land. Gap for no reason at all, hold our pathetic gains all day, then the dumping begins which brings us right back down to where we started on Friday.

Ya, it was nice to see for majority of the day, but it's back to the same bs as always.
I wish we would get some fawkin news already. I'm sick and tired of holding this worthless company that does nothing. We barely trade and when we do trade, its all dumps. Company don't give a sh!t for us shareholders, damnit. Worthless POS

So Chip finally returned an email. Nothing worth wild.
Kevin, as we have news we will make announcements. We are working hard on executing our business plan, more acquisition, becoming a reporting company. We will put news out as it becomes "news".
