I recently bought into IPHE.PK and I have a couple questions I was hoping someone could shed some light for me:
1. When can we expect Audited Financial?
Our last fiscal is at pinksheets.com. Our fiscal ends AUG 31, we'll be engaging an auditor shortly to audit our last fiscal, expect to have that complete in OCT.
2. When can we expect OTCBB uplisting?
We will file after we have this year's audit. depending on SEC commnets should be by year end

In order to make a run, a big take down is necessary. It will attract many bargain hunters. When so many of them come here to compete for the limited shares available, the pps will rise very fast. When the pps jumps up a lot in a short time, it will get great attention and more investors will wonder what's going on and join the rally. This is the way the MMs play their game. Don't fight with them, it's better to join them.

We keep pinskheets.com current. Sometimes they take a day or so to post updates. We do plan on issuing more restricted shares to the company that is working on our OTCBB filing. We are 2.5 years old and have had some 144 stock become freetrading.
