It's most likely dumped by a new investor who thoght the stock would run right away. When the stock did not go the way he wanted, he was mad and called names; when the stock dropped a few ticks, he got panic and sold at ask. This game is not for every body -- if you can not take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. I believe IPHE will run like PAIM, it just needs more time for consolidation and will run in several legs.

You can't blame the newbie for dumping. I have just to save some of my initial investment, and I haven't dumped and lost it all because of that "feeling" it would rise again.
I still think of myself as a new investor sometimes. I've been around here in pinky land for a few years and find that there are several things that still bother me:
1. A stock that should go up, but get's the shaft due to unknown dilution. I end up holding a worthless bag.
2. Scumbag promises (e.g lying CEOs).
3. Stocks that drop for no apparent reason (e.g manipulation).
This one has a decent A/S and O/S and there has been minimal dilution. Also has nice news, recent pinksheets filings, plans to uplist, and decent rumor that'll run it again.

A big take down for a run: 0.0017
In order to make a run, a big take down is necessary. It will attract many bargain hunters. When so many of them come here to compete for the limited shares available, the pps will rise very fast. When the pps jumps up a lot in a short time, it will get great attention and more investors will wonder what's going on and join the rally. This is the way the MMs play their game. Don't fight with them, it's better to join them.

lol....I wish it was 02, but selling shares and not much interest killed it. It's about time this rebounds considering the OS and A/S are waaaaaay too low for a stock at this price!
CEO stated to me in an email that the OTCBB uplisting is still the plan for this year, and the 500m A/S won't be increased anytime soon.

I dont know. I am sure the a**hole has a great explanation like the dude with cshd did. Mine are still in my account. Its kind of an eyesore especially after they left and showed back up like a bad penny. At least the POS chip is still around and hasnt headed to the bahamas with our money. TMAN...

Ya, I'm really surprised he responded, but that still means nothing.
I had a POS once that got halted, they put out a bs pr explaining they were working with the SEC to resolve the issue and that was the last time anyone heard from them

So wtf, some brokers are saying if Chip files some paperwork, we'll be trading again, but I don't understand how considering we were revoked and our symbol was deleted!!!
Does anyone have any idea? I feel we are all screwed whoever bought into this pos.

I wonder and I am not pumping this POS but when was the last time the SEC just revoked a companies stock, without cause, without notice without any warning? Usually they suspend trading then if cause is warranted they will pull the plug. Hell even usxp is still trading and look at that fiasco. Something dont make sense but what does in these pinks. lol. TMAN...

oh...I see now...the .pdf-- revoked for no filings under various 13 clauses...
will ask around. I'm stumped at the moment, but *do* notice they were piggyback-eligible... Maybe they should've filed that 12g thingee (or whatever)...you know what I mean? The one in which you formally declare non-filing...

I do know that prior to the delisting, the CEO filed some sort of financial report to the SEC, but I never had a chance to see it. Unless the report was total bs, I don't understand how they could revoke us.
Thanks for your help! Will search some more and see if I can dig up anything but according to the CEO who hasn't been upfront with us so far, a 'PR' is forthcoming which i can only 'assume' will address these issues. Under what symbol will this PR is beyond me. As of now, this is a tax write-off.
