I take it the title for this board is referring to July 5th of 2008 or it 2009,2010,etc.? Made great bank on SLJB last year, but I thought this puppy was dead. Did they find the AF's and tape them back together? Oh that's right, they should be out any day now, right, right?

When are they just going to give up? I truly believe that the majority of this was a scam.

Okay, Okay... everyone needs to settle down now. I called Turner/Stone and they told me there was an engagement letter. No money paid to complete an audit yet. That's all, no big deal folks. This is not outside the normal timeline for audits to take place. Turner/Stone is engaged and they do recognize SLJB as a client. Now everyone relax.

Not to 'rain on anyone's parade' , but.....
An 'engagement letter' is just that.
They were basically still saying that the audited's that all of you are waiting for or,...thought were coming a month ago,.. probably are no where's near to being done (that's IF they're going to be done at all),.....let's not forget the last time....
Not to mention,....no money has changed hands with them as of yet by that post. Don't expect Turner/Stone to start anything for them without any kind of deposit. That should have been the 'tip off' right there.

I heard recently that Turner/Stone have agreed to complete the audits within two weeks of receiving all documents. Now it's just a matter of getting those documents back from investigators.

My guess is that that's true for one or both of the following reasons. One, it's on the grey shets, therefor not subject to pinksheet.com's "ratings" or 2, they are not currently "promoting" the stock.

BTW- that poster you're speaking of was one of the biggest pumpers responsible for the first pump & dump scam. {I'm guessing he has ties to the company}.
I can't believe some of you guys are still listening to him. I guess you gotta lose every 'last dime' before ya *get it*.
Caveat Emptor = "Let the buyer beware".
