I know there has been several threads here on SLJB over the past year. However, we are drawing very close to the July 5th OSC hearing date. If anything it might run on anticpation, enough to make a quick buck or so. And it really has a low share count:

Been in since April, 2006 and I'll be in at least until June, 2008 and maybe longer. It's been an interesting ride.
If they get their website distribution going... look out.
If they complete AF's by July 5th as their IR has said they are "trying" to do.... look out!
If things in Calgary go as planned... Look out!

PLEASE don't invest, sell for a loss and then come back to bash when the company looks like it's about to set things straight.
The company is consolidating in one market by using SAM's and expanding into a new market by opening a huge distribution point in Calgary.
We can all go back to 2006 PR's claiming AF's to be released "shortly". Nobody can deny AF's are needed for validation.
Trust but verify... Gotta have those AF's. Everyone knows it.

According to IR, the company fully intends to have the AFs available for the OSC hearing and want them to be released BEFORE the hearing. It's a matter of WHEN not IF. Because they are under investigation, any info they release right now has to be absolutely valid. While trading is halted by only the OSC, the SEC takes a back seat and is just watching right now, but there will be hell to pay if there are no financials. So there will be AFs. Turner Stone is doing the audit. PPS is low right now and not going lower. Better jump in.
I know you guys have a beef with it last year, but it's a new day for SLJB.
Do some DD and see what you come up with.

I had gotten my sister's boyfriend into this one last year, (they're now engaged),.... I think he bought at .14, when we were at the 'peak' of PV saying he 'had them in his hand' (rolling eyes),...I'm sure you all remember 'that one',...when he 'claimed' he actually was holding them,...and my sister's fiance has held all the way till this point,....this stock ruined my 'whole credibility' with him of showing that I know what I'm talking about when it comes to stocks. Lmao
He's still joking with me that I got him into this one because I wanted him to 'get lost',...LOL

There are lawyers involved to the hilt with SLJB right now. The AFs are being completed by Turner Stone. It is part of the deal to get out of hot water with the SEC. Seems to me that it would be a perfect time to average down. You guys can bash all you want, but there is real progress being made here.

Made my very first trade in April '06. I have about 5 useless worthless pos pinks and OBs still in my portfolio, 2 of which have no value at all because they were possibly scam spin offs, 1 that is on the greys and a few others that just aren't worth selling. As far as being enlightened imo if you hit your head enough times something is bound to sink in. Learning to do simple checks like Red did with this website above helps keep me straight. I personally doubt Sulja has anything to do with the above site. I will play any stock that's out there just about and we all know pinks are the bottoms. I continue to learn and read and still consider myself a beginner. And I said once a long time ago, if I put something out there that's totally bogus i would hope someone would step in. It is what it is.

SLJB IR is saying 8 employees from the closing Harrow location have volunteered/asked to move to the new location in Alberta. The new employees have been put up in housing areas.

Information from the company:
News from way up yonder from our Canadian sources in the field.
There will be a minor delay... the Sulja's arrorneys and the OSC will in fact broker an understanding between themselves... sufficient to avoid any court hearing.
They're laying their cards on the table. Both sides want to get this done and over with. Length of delay is expected to be very short.
Translation...it's all good!
Sulja Brothers is now turning it's main focus on ensuring their opening in Calgary now scheduled for the 15th is a glorious success. Employees that have accepted going with them to Calgary...most of 'em coming onboard on the 14th and the remainder on the 30th, depending on their position held in the shop or yard.
Trucks are still arriving. Office furnitures..etc etc..still on the road
Company is optimistic and cooperating fully with no desire to impede the OSC's investigation whatsoever. Sulja Brothers continues to move on with taking care of business and working overtime for the benefit of the shareholders and full redemption in the eyes of all.

The picture posted above is for the new location guys. Projected grand opening around July 15. Unlike other pinks, this is a real company which doesn't have an answering service. It isn't an empty shell. They made miskates, I think we all know that, but all in all, they are getting their ducks in a row. It won't be long now.....I predict AFs by the end of July (JMO).

Read all the PR's folks. Understand that SLJB is following through and being far more disiplined and responsible over the past 4 months than it was one year ago. You can hop in after the AF's but you'll miss out on this ridiculously low PPS.
Look at the PPS right now, you can buy in for .013. But I bet it will jump immediately to .015 under the slightest pressure and the bid will continue to sit at .01. Pretty obvious that at these levels flippers aren't really having fun and folks are just trying to make money off weak hands.
Grand opening is reportedly scheduled for July 15th at the new location in Calgary. Big difference in economy and market between Harrow and Calgary! You may have heard of Calgary before. That's the place they had the winter olympics and it's rumored that the olympics are coming back to Calgary...
There is risk involved here. Will Sulja's expansion pay off? In my opinion yes! This is one risk that I think is in the investors favor. Alberta is world renowned for its current economic growth. With that growth comes a demand for new dwellings and all sorts of new structures that will require lumber, drywall, concrete, and all the other things that Sulja will offer at very competitive rates.
Even riskier is trying to time a buy in... We are all awaiting AF's. There's no way in hell anyone will be able to buy in at current PPS once the AF's come out. This stock is a time bomb at the moment.

Okay. Think about this Grande, and Sally. This is my opinion. First Sulja may start to make progress with their new developments that have been stated in the recent PRs. There are some issues I have with their AF and it isn't even out yet, IF it covers from 2005 to present and includes what was stated in last years PR's great. We were told to disregard all of those PR's ~ and what of all the people that lost money on those deals gone astray? Should the SEC just look the other way? Another issue is Turner Stone who is supposedly doing the audit. How much research have you done on their audits? Have you heard of the Cole Letter with EYTC? Turner Stone may be a reputable agency. We'll just have to wait and see what is in the af if it ever does get filed. And will it be filed with the SEC? who knows. That is only my opinion. It may be a WAG but it's not a SWAG! And it's all IMO just like anything else out there about this stock. One thing that everyone fails to realize, IMO, is what this OSC investigation means to SLJB's credibility.
SLJB stands to gain a lot from an official investigation if the results are positive for SlJB. But no one is really talking about that and I don't really understand why especially given the continued success of recent initiatives and the fact that the OSC keeps asking for more time.
It could go either way, that's all I'm saying. Looking at the big picture, I think it'll go in SLJB's favor.

They are asking the court, as far as I know. If I remember correctly, that's how extensions are usually requested. According to SLJB IR it is the OSC requesting more time... I'm 99.9% certain the OSC is not asking SLJB for more time... it is the court that has to approve requests so it just makes sense to me that the request is made to the court which is usually presided over by a judge or magistrate... or however they do it there in Canada.

Yes, I think what you are alluding to is that the judge "might" think the OSC is establishing a good case against SLJB.
But if this is a no kidding FRAUD I think they would have stopped the bleeding a long time ago by showing the SEC anything obvious and pertinent. My opinion is that SLJB will hold up to their promises made to shareholders in recent PR's.

The fact is, we're mired in a ponderously slow system that often seems contradictory and is rooted in pre-online days. We online traders won't get "relief" until we band together as a voting force and can afford to hire lobbyists...

It was a strange find for me actually. Sometimes weird how some things are found and then I go look through some other boards and find that I was almost (thanks Red) THE LAST ONE to find it. lmao. I came across the website (suljabros...) much by accident. My bringing it to this board was only to share the consolidation of information ~ the whole site could be gone with a blink of an eye.
Grande, there is much more to the picture. Do you remember KPMG and the possible Sulja AF last year?? And the DD surrounding that? Turnerstone has a line of companies they do work for. As the order states Mr. Ed is barred. The company is still functioning and their stamp is still in force with their companies. Turner Stone is only censored. I have reviewed some of their work and I have my own opinions of what to expect if they actually put their name to an AF with Sulja.

So far from what I'm reading out of this, Ed Turner was lied to but the PCAOB believes that he should have known he was being lied to because he should have employed "tests of data" to reveal truth rather than taking word of "management".
Excerpt:

In lieu of sending a confirmation, Turner allowed a 21st Century executive to e-mail confirmation questions to an HCIA official. And then it goes on to say that Ed Turner should have followed up on the e-mail to get accurate data.
I'm almost to the end of it... And yeah to sum it up in my own terms the PCAOB is basically saying, "Ed Turner, you are a professional auditor... you got lied to... you should have known you were witnessing fraud and you should have acted on it to expose it".
Hopefully, the Turner LLC has learned from this investigation and that will help validate whatever they find in their SLJB audit... hopefully!

If there are any aspiring CPA's out there I just think this is interesting reading to put that FEAR factor in to you... Be a REALLY good CPA regarding Pink sheet companies or you might just get burned! It's just really interesting to see the pressure that is on CPA's... You basically have to CYA big time and if you are getting lied to you better expose it... Just imagine if the big business doesn't want to get exposed and I mean... they REALLY don't want to get exposed and they find out the CPA is on to them. Scary business there IMO.

I would hope you would find plenty of work produced by Turner, otherwise they wouldn't exist imo. The pcoab had their findings, and there is also a bunch of legal action going on within Energytec that may throw more in Turners direction which is why I posted the link above from the Cole letter. http://www.secinfo.com/dv4Y7.u5.a.htm That combined with the pcoab's findings tells me all i need to know for my opinion.
Sulja has yet to produce a audited financial let alone one filed with the SEC. If they do I'm sure plenty will be looking at it with a fine toothed comb. not really worth going back and forth over this issue until there is an AF to talk about. A little DD on who they have chosen in the past and who they have chosen now shows to me things haven't changed. In my opinion.

An 'engagement letter' is just that.
They were basically still saying that the audited's that all of you are waiting for or,...thought were coming a month ago,.. probably are no where's near to being done (that's IF they're going to be done at all),.....let's not forget the last time....
Not to mention,....no money has changed hands with them as of yet by that post. Don't expect Turner/Stone to start anything for them without any kind of deposit. That should have been the 'tip off' right there.

The otcqx has provided ample opportunity for many of the pinks to shine imo. Satisfying their requirements would be an easy stepping stone.

Any speculation about the 200,000,000 shares claimed to be the A/S of SLJB Nevada in the Michigan document? I'm thinking foreshadowing of R/S, Merger/Share restructuring, or... Type-O error??

I just got off the phone with the TA, talked to Diane (503-227-2950) and she told me she could not give me any information as to the A/S or the share structure at all. I explained to her that I'd received this information in the past and that what she was telling me made it sound like the TA had been gagged again. She told me that Aarron may have more information about this as he was primary point of contact on this account. I left a voicemail message with Aaron, included my phone number, and hope to get a call back on this.
I explained to Diana and Aaron about the reason for my question: A/S was reported as 725,000,000 and a Michigan document now claims A/S of 200,000,000.
Diana was nice enough to offer a number to SLJB but it was the same number we all have x2881.

I'm assuming you are talking about the 25 May date versus the 31 May date. 31 May must be a type-O or it was pre-filled and signed by Mr. Sulja and prepared by his laywers who ended up getting it in one day before the 31 May deadline set by??? whoever. The ONLY thing (AFAIK) the 4th page does is say that Nevada sees SLJB in good standing. The fourth page has little to do with claims made on the previous pages which are for the state of Michigan.

It wasn't a typo imo. The Nevada Sec of State certified that Sulja exists as a corp since April 19, of 2005 and signed the doc on 25 May 2007. The Michigan Bureau of Comm Serv. sealed it on the 30th. Sulja signed it on the 31st of May ~~ I would think sulja would be one of the first to sign. And it has the Michigan address instead of the Canadian address. So what am I missing? Add to that the fax date time stamp of 30 May 2007 at 12:22pm (missing fax page 1 and 4 btw). I guess - just like the 200mm shares were the initial shares such as is the initial address which is why it still says michigan. So Nevada and Michigan can both agree that back in 2005 Sulja existed as a corp and somehow still exists. And also still 725mm shares. Was this just a qualification / update that they are still in existance? That would make sense to me. And adding the "Type of Entity: Foreign Profit Corporation" (if this is different). Whoopdedoo. now what?
