so mutch B/S hype and speculation being thrown around!! the company PR says it all, they EXSPECT to recieve revenues for thier interest in this coal mine of 200K per month thats 1.4 million a year GROSS!! after cost,saleries and exspenese they will probably end up LOSING money!!! think it through people, this is a NON REPORTING pinksheet. NO FILINGS!!! NO FINANCIALS!!! NO KNOWING HOW DEEP IN DEBT THEY ARE!! NO COAL IS BEING MINED YET!!! it is VERY unlikely ANYONE would buy this company for ANY amount of money let alone 2.15 a share!!! they may have an OFFER but that does not mean it will happen!!. I have seen SO many buyout offers turn to NOTHING on these stinky pinkys it not funny!! use your heads! if you make a decent profit TAKE IT!!! GLTA - JMHO!!

Yeah, thanks. I saw that a little while ago. They did it as a dividend, so I missed it at first. THanks for the heads up.

I guessing it will start rally at 0.04 toward maximum 0.08 until then it's more like accumulation going on. 24 million volume
