Holy crap, two separate guys on IHUB are talking about suicide over this. Hope they're just venting but, damn, should be a lesson to everyone to not trade what you can't afford to lose so you never even have something like this enter your mind.

well someone would have to be beyond dumb to risk everything into this kind of stock. How could someone be down so much as to not cut their losses at somepoint? This stock went down over a 5 day period or so, its not like it gapped down overnight 90%

Geez man, good sensitive response. I can bet you that 90% of the people who trade have risked more than they could afford to lose and were lucky to not have lost it. In fact, I'd bet you personally have had more on the table than you could afford to lose at some point in your life. Just because you may have come away unscathed does not make you smart and them stupid.

what im saying is that if they had their life savings risked into it and they lost everything that means they've been in it for 5 days, they had 5 days to bail, if it gapped down 90% overnight that would be different

No, not necessarily. The could have tried to get in for a bounce just 2 days ago at close to .20 and lost 90% since then. And life savings is VASTLY different for different people. One guy said he put $7,000 into it and is now down over $6,000 of that. Has to drop out of school (Of course all of this is just message board postings, so he could be totally full of sh*t).
If some of us lost $7,000 it would suck but really not make any impact on our lives, but for others, that seems like all the money in the world.

yeah but who would risk their life savings into a stock that had plummeted 50% the day prior, thats ridiculous, especially in a stock with .01 spread if you risk 7,000 thats about 350 bucks difference per tick

I'm new to trading, could you tell me where you go to see the sales of a stock? How did you find out that someone paid .32?
no one paid .32 and no one sold at that price, it was an error and would have been corrected by the broker within a few minutes. you see them go through once in a while no big deal, it happens! ( it happened to me a couple of times over the years )

I agree 100 percent, especialy your last point, watch who starts these threads, some posters have a good track record of picking winners some dont, when i saw who started this thread i knew i would NOT buy any without doing SERIOUS DD first. after doing that i stayed out! glad i did, I saw this comming. play the hype, take your profits and move on. dont get suckered into holding out for the BIG payday that never comes. any profit is good, set your loss level and bail when you reach it, too many traders hang on to a losing position waiting for the bounce that never comes, cut your losses early and try again.

Ive been watching L2 on ask side recently, often there will be an mm sitting on the ask alone and the ask will be thin so tons of buys will go through, but the mm on the ask will never move, then a couple sells goes through and it continues to tank
It sounds like dilution to me, but who's to know

According to the nevada SOS there is only 250mm authorized shares. Jelly at IHUB contacted the TA and supposedly there were I think 217mm outstanding as of yesterday. Has anyone called to check today? TMAN...

The splits Ive seen have only applied to the outstanding shares. The pinksheet website isnt updated as the info doesnt coincide with the Nevada SOS website. TMAN...

There was no 4:1 split, I don't think. Not sure why that info is out there. If they HAD done a 4:1 split, the symbol would not still be HMIT, it would have had to change.
So my guess is they did a RS, and have since diluted back almost the entire way to the A/S count. Pre-split price was .022, which would have put their market cap at about $5million. If they have since diluted back up to like 220million shares outstanding, the PPS would be at the .02-.025 range that it's at now. May go higher from here based on people looking for a bounce, or lower if enough people want to get whatever they can for their shares. But my guess is that it won't move too much from here in either direction.

RCA, what buyback amount? If the O/S is almost 220million, that means they dumped 215million+ onto the market since April 12. Why would they dump and then buyback?

I don't think they're dumping shares.. This is insider trading or private funding under the table.. Somebody's getting shares for a lower price..Whoever gets all these shares, will expect it to go up 10 or 20 times.. It's part of the deal.

Regardless of who sold the shares, there are now 220million O/S and unless something big happened recently, the company is not worth any more than it was previously. In other words, if the company is worth $5million, it's worth 5million, it's not suddenly worth $50 million because some people got cheap shares that they want to go up tenfold.
Yeah, you can get a bounce from the chart or rumor/hype, but unless somethign fundamental changed, the new shares have diluted regular holders to about 1/50th of the previous value.

I will agree with you on the fundamentals. The think is, we don't know why this is happening but some people do. They will not tell you, until they're done with their portion.

OKay. Good luck. Just don't want to see more people get caught up in hype and get smoked. This one already has a high enough body count.
