Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

price is very low.. I don't think it's late at all. If we hit 0.30, I wouldn't be suprised.

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

Bid 0.19 x Ask 0.20

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

Here goes 0.20 and 0.21

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

Ok. We're moving back up now..Get ready.

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

We could hop to 0.20 anytime.

Posted by lostone on :

but if they are buying back, they will keep it down for a while wouldn't they? at least until they finish ..but at this level it's pretty good

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

It was 1.70 just a month ago..Pretty good price to buyback, don't you think

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

My guess for closing price is near 0.28

I got kicked in the balls too. Thought .20 was a good price to get in.

Patience is not one of my virtues, so I am therefore a prime target for these MM's.

If I don't get at least 75% of my investment back on Monday then the kids' college will be ITT, not MIT.

Just last week I was laughing at some poor dude on the street corner waving one of those "open house" real estate arrows because he looked pissed.

Next week I'll be applying for his job.

Posted by lostone on :

wow.. how much did u put in there.. i guess if it doesn't go up, try to salvage what u can, there will be other opportunities.. just diversify next time, i know i will.. man.. i'm all in this one..

Well lostone, I'm down enough I could have flown the family to Las Vegas, stayed in Michael Jackson's suite at the Bellagio for a week, ate steak and lobster every night, and wagered $4k at the craps table.

Instead, my family and I will be driving to Arby's every night using coupons and stealing Arby sauce like the homeless people do.

I was/am diversified, just got caught in the emotional tornado and put too much into this. Phuck.

Hey guys,

well this is my first post here,

U can tell from my ujser name that i am a noob till now

i have entered into this stock (falled in love with it) 3 times....i was up like 70% the first time i entered..didnt get out....i went down to +1. which means i hit the stop loss...couldnt beleive it. Re-entered when stock was down again....it even went down further and hit my stop loss again....

anyways not trying to make your day worse...i just feel i should have accepted the loss the first time.

Posted by jon clogger on :

Thanks for the consolation lostone. I hope this weeks performance will change our dialog on this board... and our bank balances!

Posted by jon clogger on :

No worries Noobtrader, nothing that is said on these message boards really make us feel better or worse- simply because there is nothing worse than losing enough money to buy a car, or better than making enough to do the same.

You played it right, considering your optimism that this would be profitable. Good luck.

un-fkingbelievable! last week we were over .6 .. and been dropping non-stop.. even if we go back up to .12 like last friday, that would be 50% gain right now at this level.. geez.. i'm starting to doubt that i'll see my money again from this..

so much for the $2.15 pps buyout offer.. they had to "reject" and submit a counteroffer...

Posted by dtrader on :

This f-ing sucks I am down $5100 This is BS. I will never buy another Pink sheet stock. They just want to steal your money with their BS and lies. I don't know how a stock can go down with good news. Every stock that I know of immediately goes up on news of a stock buy back program, not hmit it goes in the ****er.

Posted by hedfe on :

bouncing now guess I should of put my order for 10k at .075 but it will probably soon go down there again anyways [Big Grin]

Posted by lostone on :

well, there are a lot of other pinks you can make money off of.. just gotta stay away from something that has already been recently pumped.. man, i knew better than this.. the thing is i thought it was at bottom.. lol..

I'm curious what prompted some of you holders to get in. I saw this thread the first day and didn't see one thing that would even make me consider this one. I didn't read it thoroughly, but was wondering what some of you saw that was appealing. At least we can use the pain as a learning experience.

I got in because I want a mansion, jet, 5 luxury cars, lots of ladies, and own a music label. And I want it right now please...

Posted by thefenway on :

My watch list is just about completely RED. bad day today. thank god i am just watching or have already gotten out of them... I too want to know why you guys like this one. This thing is getting pretty low..

Posted by PCola77 on :

Sounds about right.

But really, there had to be something that made you think this was a better opportunity than anything else out there to dump a huge chunk into it, I just wonder what that was.

Hidalgo Mining (HMIT) Announces: Consolidated Mining and Mineral Group Submits Offer to Purchase HMIT for $2.15 Per Share
4:43p ET May 30, 2007 (Business Wire)
Hidalgo Mining International (PINK SHEETS: HMIT), an innovative coal mining company headquartered in New York with coal properties located in Northern Mexico, announced today that it has received a formal offer from Consolidated Mining and Mineral (CMM), an international mining company, to purchase all the outstanding and issued stock of HMIT for a consolidated purchase price of $2.15 per share. The HMIT Board of Directors has entered negotiations with CMM to discuss the finalization of its offer.

In the event that the HMIT Board of Directors accept the described offer, CMM will immediately own the mining rights to the Northern Mexico Coal Property which encompasses nearly 300M tons of discovered and tested coal. At the time of writing coal is valued at $55.00 per ton. The offer submitted by CMM will provide tremendous cash purchasing ability as the offer is based on the total value of the existing mining rights which presently encompasses over 300 million tons of coal.

"Seeking out organizations like Hidalgo is exactly what we are in business to do. Its Northern Mexico property is currently sitting on over 300M tons of coal assets. We are in the business to acquire organizations that hold rights to or own large properties with minable minerals such as coal. With our expertise and wherewithal to immediately institute mining which will produce large amounts of coal production, we are able to re-capture our costs in an expedited time frame. We are excited about the possibility of acquiring Hidalgo and hope that our negotiations will result in a satisfactory conclusion for both companies," stated Mark Klok, CEO of Consolidated Mining and Minerals.

Learn more about Consolidated Mining and Minerals by visiting: www.consolidatedmining.com.

"HMIT has convened its board to discuss all the appropriate details of the CMM offer. Through our vast knowledge about the industry and that of our coal property, we feel that we can reach a conclusion in a timely matter. HMIT will release additional news updating our shareholders of the progress in this proposed acquisition," stated Jeff Bootes, CEO of Hidalgo Mining International.

f-this! i thought it over.. after that 4:1 forward split, the O/S is close to 1 billion.. and it looks like they're diluting.. even with the past week, it's prolly insignificant after that forward split.. so i suspect there's more where all those shares are coming from.. so i'm out at a major loss hoping to fight another day guys..
and if i'm right, this should go up right after i've sold out, but i don't know how long it will hold.. glta

it may go a bit lower.. i don't think it will go up til the next PR or even til the buyback/buyout news out.. the cheaper the price, the better for the buyback.. *sigh*

Well Mrinos we dont know what to think right now!!!

I do not believe this company owns the rights to 15 billion dollars worth of coal deposits as they claim and niether do most others judging by the stock price! this is a non filing pinksheet, 50 for 1 R/S less than two months ago then a 4 for 1 F/S 3 weeks later!!! smells fishy!!!!

I'm trying to get back in Lucky, I sold for a big loss at $.10 and decided to sideline it. Bought back in at .06, and am thinking of averaging down some. I'm going to try to make some of my money back.

I'm like the abused spouse that just can't pull myself together enough to leave...

I know, I'm always a little humiliated when those guys post on the thread how the CEO was in prison for 50 years for fraud and just got out a month ago when the stock went up.

And all this info on a simple google search... results on the first page.

Posted by dtrader on :

I haven't lost yet but I have a feeling I will in the end. I am new to this and it shows. I bought in at .30 5000 shares and like a dumb ass didn't sell when it hit .72 I thought it would hit 1.00, when it went below .30 I continued to buy to average down, because I still thought it would go to a buck. Now here I am at a huge loss when I should of sold at .70 for a 2000 profit on 1500 investment. I guess I learned an expensive lesson. I think I will stick with large caps that are actual companies. and hold them for a 10-12 % gain. Much safer bet

I honestly thought this would bounce a little. I've seen some bad plays, but not as bad as this.

Lesson learned, if there's no support tomorrow morning at .04, I'm out.

understand that, I do.

I guess what I'm asking, *what* indicated a bounce? Seriously...am not trying to "bust" anyone, which I trust you know. Lottsa stuff I don't understand...Shoot, I played WFTV when Nemo was pumping... comprende?

The little voice inside of me indicated it would bounce.

I was planning on dumping this somewhere between now and the next PR in 30 days, hoping there would be a little momentum in the anticipation of a buyout. That's all I had in my bag of tricks.

I suppose my thought process is what was in everyone elses' bag of tricks.

Posted by jon clogger on :

I think it's one of two things: Either folks who have been killed on this are averaging down, so there seems to be bottom support, or this POS is worth hanging on to at .04 for the next PR.

Posted by dtrader on :

I am still hanging and hoping for something to happen. I lost so much now there is no reason for me to sell. Whats another 1200 bucks

I think they are holding the price down. I see 200000 share blocks being bought and it doesnt move the pps, when it was in the .50 -.72 any small buy would move the price. I don't know if I should cost average down some more or if that is a waste? What to do. I don't want to give them any more of my money though

Posted by jon clogger on :

I wouldn't average down simply because this looks like it could get even more ugly. Price may have leveled because the greedy insiders who shorted this have to cover millions of shares.

Wow, I read from the first to last post in this thread thinking, maybe I shouldn't mess with the market. I know i'll be very fast to sell a stock once I see it going just a lighty bit down. I'm really sorry about you guy's losses on this stock, hopefully it turns around.

well someone would have to be beyond dumb to risk everything into this kind of stock.
How could someone be down so much as to not cut their losses at somepoint? This stock went down over a 5 day period or so, its not like it gapped down overnight 90%

Posted by PCola77 on :

Geez man, good sensitive response. I can bet you that 90% of the people who trade have risked more than they could afford to lose and were lucky to not have lost it. In fact, I'd bet you personally have had more on the table than you could afford to lose at some point in your life. Just because you may have come away unscathed does not make you smart and them stupid.

Have a little compassion.

Posted by IMAKEMONEY on :

compassion. IN PENNYLAND, LOL

Posted by hedfe on :

what im saying is that if they had their life savings risked into it and they lost everything that means they've been in it for 5 days, they had 5 days to bail, if it gapped down 90% overnight that would be different

Posted by PCola77 on :

No, not necessarily. The could have tried to get in for a bounce just 2 days ago at close to .20 and lost 90% since then. And life savings is VASTLY different for different people. One guy said he put $7,000 into it and is now down over $6,000 of that. Has to drop out of school (Of course all of this is just message board postings, so he could be totally full of sh*t).

If some of us lost $7,000 it would suck but really not make any impact on our lives, but for others, that seems like all the money in the world.

Posted by hedfe on :

yeah but who would risk their life savings into a stock that had plummeted 50% the day prior, thats ridiculous, especially in a stock with .01 spread if you risk 7,000 thats about 350 bucks difference per tick

no one paid .32 and no one sold at that price, it was an error and would have been corrected by the broker within a few minutes. you see them go through once in a while no big deal, it happens! ( it happened to me a couple of times over the years )

I agree 100 percent, especialy your last point, watch who starts these threads, some posters have a good track record of picking winners some dont, when i saw who started this thread i knew i would NOT buy any without doing SERIOUS DD first. after doing that i stayed out! glad i did, I saw this comming. play the hype, take your profits and move on. dont get suckered into holding out for the BIG payday that never comes. any profit is good, set your loss level and bail when you reach it, too many traders hang on to a losing position waiting for the bounce that never comes, cut your losses early and try again.

heard the recent drop in price is actually been due to naked shorting recently (according to ihub)

Anyway to know whether its dilution or mm's shorting?

Posted by hedfe on :

Ive been watching L2 on ask side recently, often there will be an mm sitting on the ask alone and the ask will be thin so tons of buys will go through, but the mm on the ask will never move, then a couple sells goes through and it continues to tank

It sounds like dilution to me, but who's to know [Big Grin]

I was hopping for a good bounce last week and man was I wrong ,, I had flipped a few times for some profit when it was running then added a little more cash thinking it would run again crap Im down about 1200 now on this but 600 was flip profit so Im out 600 more than profit man this sucks .....

This is one crazy stock. I've sold it at 0.12 took a little loss and bought it back at 0.025 today. Lucky I was away yesterday.

Posted by PCola77 on :

Okay, here's the deal, as far as I can tell.

They did a 1:50 REVERSE split on April 12.

http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi/ubb/get_topic/ f/10/t/000684.html?#000000

There was no 4:1 split, I don't think. Not sure why that info is out there. If they HAD done a 4:1 split, the symbol would not still be HMIT, it would have had to change.

So my guess is they did a RS, and have since diluted back almost the entire way to the A/S count. Pre-split price was .022, which would have put their market cap at about $5million. If they have since diluted back up to like 220million shares outstanding, the PPS would be at the .02-.025 range that it's at now. May go higher from here based on people looking for a bounce, or lower if enough people want to get whatever they can for their shares. But my guess is that it won't move too much from here in either direction.

Good luck if you're in it though.

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

I think we would reach 100 million total in last 6 days including today's possible 40-50 million volume.. That represents that buyback amount.

If we get 40-50 million volume today.. we could hit 0.10 or more.

Posted by Mo_Money on :

.043 I liked men!!!

Posted by PCola77 on :

RCA, what buyback amount? If the O/S is almost 220million, that means they dumped 215million+ onto the market since April 12. Why would they dump and then buyback?

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

I don't think they're dumping shares.. This is insider trading or private funding under the table.. Somebody's getting shares for a lower price..Whoever gets all these shares, will expect it to go up 10 or 20 times.. It's part of the deal.

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

We should be 0.05 soon.

Posted by PCola77 on :

Regardless of who sold the shares, there are now 220million O/S and unless something big happened recently, the company is not worth any more than it was previously. In other words, if the company is worth $5million, it's worth 5million, it's not suddenly worth $50 million because some people got cheap shares that they want to go up tenfold.

Yeah, you can get a bounce from the chart or rumor/hype, but unless somethign fundamental changed, the new shares have diluted regular holders to about 1/50th of the previous value.

Posted by RCAnalyst2007 on :

I will agree with you on the fundamentals. The think is, we don't know why this is happening but some people do. They will not tell you, until they're done with their portion.

Posted by Mo_Money on :

Im with you RC!!! This guys are triying to get all the shares they can at the lowest price and then, BOOM!!!!

Posted by PCola77 on :

OKay. Good luck. Just don't want to see more people get caught up in hype and get smoked. This one already has a high enough body count.

It's interesting how you describe your pain. I did lose money on Monday.. About %20.. But today I got in and realized 11k profit overall.

I know stocks are unpredictable sometimes but it's a stratedy game not a blood sport. Timing is very important. Waiting for the trend is depressing and can cause great loss if you don't act on time. You just gotta know when to get in and when to get out.

Hidalgo Mining (HMIT) Increases Potential Asset Value as it Acquires Subury Resources, Inc. with Anticipated Values Over $400 Million Projected Over The Next 10 years
Wednesday June 13, 6:40 pm ET

NEW YORK, June 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hidalgo Mining International (PINK SHEETS: HMIT - News), an innovative coal mining company headquartered in New York with coal properties located in Northern Mexico, announced today that it has substantially increased the potential acquisition value of its organization as it has recently acquired Subury Resources, Inc. as a subsidiary.

Subury Resources, Inc. (SRI), a Nevada corporation, presently holds rights to accumulative assets in gold reserves of over 1.3 million troy ounces with an estimated market value $845 million, netting Subury as much as $400 million in gross production profits over the next ten years.

HMIT has purchased SRI by issuing Ten Million shares of restricted stock. All stock issued will be restricted for a two-year period from the date of issuance.

John Darrah, President of HMIT stated:

"This opportunity will open the doors to a new area of business activity for the corporation. We expect it to benefit our shareholders, and greatly enhance the value of the company. This opportunity is both unique and timely for HMIT. This venture into the precious metals market is taking place in the context of a newly emerging economic climate in the precious metal natural resources industry.

Although not originally contemplated as a business direction by the board of directors, it does follow the present intent of providing further financial enhancement and access to capital for new strategic partners and joint ventures.

Our objective in this area of activity is to capitalize on these emerging opportunities to acquire qualified companies with substantial assets for stock while enhancing shareholder values. The acquisition of Subury Resources and its rights to such metals deposits is its next step towards achieving this goal."

ABOUT SUBURY RESOURCES, INC.

According to Subury geologists, the Tudor Gold Property encompasses 50 units by 20 contiguous unpatented mining claims to cover a total area of 1,000 hectares The Property is situated in Ontario, Canada at the intersection of the north trending Moira River Fault Zone and the northeast trending Gilmour Shear Zone. The Tudor Property hosts several gold occurrences with grades of +1 g/t Au. The potential size of the Main deposit based on geological projections should exceed 22.7 million tonnes * 2 g/t Au and contain a resource of 7.3 million tonnes * 5.5 g/t or approximately 1.28 million oz of gold.

In addition, the entire 7 km strike length of the felsite unit hosting the Main Prospect is mostly gold bearing and has excellent down-dip potential to host additional gold deposits comparable to the Main Prospect. For instance, the Polar Zone is situated through a gold occurrence located parallel to Homestake Mineral's Middle and North Zone.

there's bad stuff going on with every penny lol, but this will bounce imo. most recently i called for a bounce on cbel when it was at .002 and it hit .003 today 50% gain.

Appreciate your enthusiasm, but according to:

http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi/ubb/get_topic/ f/8/t/027715.html?#000000

You "called it" at .0025 not .002 and the highest bid was .0028

Makes for a nice trade, to be sure, but just over 10% is hardly the 50% that you claimed.

HERE'S THE NEWSHidalgo Mining International (Pink Sheets: HMIT) Announces Exploration of Tudor Gold Project in Conjunction With Subury Resources Inc.
Tuesday July 17, 2:38 pm ET

PAHRUMP, Nev., July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- John Darrah, President and Majority shareholder announced today that the Company will be assisting it's subsidiary, Subury Resources, Inc., in their exploration endeavor located in Ontario, Canada.

Robert Silverman, President of Subury Resources Inc. announced plans to undertake Exploration of the Tudor Gold Project, Ontario, Canada. Geologist Robert Dillman has laid out a four phase program that will be implemented over four years to explore the extent of gold mineralization contained in the Main Zone and Vardy-Homestake Zone on the Tudor Property. The total cost of the program over the four years is estimated at CDN$5,000,000.

The bulk of the program will focus on defining the extent of gold mineralization in the Main Zone which forms the largest gold deposit on the property. Gold mineralization in the Main Zone has been traced over 3 km's by surface trenching and drilling. The goal of exploration of the Main Zone will be to determine tonnage and grade of the gold deposit by definition drilling and bulk sampling.

Exploration of the Vardy Zone-Homestake Zone will focus on definition of several high-grade gold occurrences using surface trenching and exploratory drilling. The First Stage of the program will include surface trenching and a 13 hole - 1600 metre drill program.

Selected sites of gold mineralization in both gold zones will be stripped of overburden and systematically sampled using a rock saw, to get more information on the nature of and continuity of the gold mineralization. The drill program will test continuity of gold mineralization under trenches and adjacent to historic drill holes in a 1.2 kilometre section of the Main Zone.

Funding has been made available for reservation of drilling equipment and for stripping of overburden and systematical sampling. Activity will commence this summer, and extend thorough the fall.
