Well, more along the line of the Midwest ... I would hope they have the Chicago market secure. The idea is to expand from that market into neighboring markets in concentric rings so that distribution is organized and cost effective/efficient.
Not Chicago, Tokyo and Guatamala City!!

Garden is in a perfect location. They are 4 blocks off of I-55 10 miles from downtown Chicago. Their building is a block off Pulaski on Springfield rd. They are also just minutes from I-57, I-294, I-94 and I-355. Those intersect with I-55 within a 10 mile stretch.
Alex told me Ozzy is doing well canvassing the areeas larger chain stores. I dont know if it is just Arizona tea he is having success with but it really doesnt matter to me. So long as Garden is getting their foot in the door at these stores is all that matters right now. One step at a time!

Ya know RSHN DID in fact sell out their first 3 days production to a dist. and thats not the half of it.......they ran an extra shift each day to meet demand from other dist.
Now that may seem like something to release numbers about, but if they are on a net 30,60, or 90 billing cycle, there may not be anything really to be talking about. I know for FACT that they are trying to be as frugal right now as possible. That is the word and i believe it.

Chris, you're doing a GREAT job of DD and promoting RSHN!!!
The concerns and frustrations that I have are not with you, but are as follows:
Probably the number one is the fact we ALL KNOW this could be / should be / can be a grand slam, BUT in my opinion we’re stuck in an endless game of going in circles, round and around, instead of consistently moving forward.
It’s Bob’s ADD management style that drives me crazy. There seems to be no sense of focus. IF we could review all the PR’s since the beginning of 2006 we would see the one thing that has been consistent is inconsistency. There’s been no follow up on most PR’s. So, a few of the MANY questions & concerns that I have are:
Why don’t we have access to all previous PR’s?
What ever happened to the E-Water coolers that were going to be distributed to Fitness Centers?
What ever happened to the Apple Rush Company / dividends?
The company Website and Can designs must have been redesigned ten times over and still, there is NOTHING to show for it except expenses. What’s up with that?
What ever happened to the Chicago campaign to market and promote Rush Beverages in their own area? No Company follow up, except what you just posted.
What ever happened to that one niche market Distributor of all natural sodas for RSHN? I can’t remember their name, but I think they were based in CA. Again, no follow up.
What’s been going on with the Garden Beverage Co. since the buyout? Surely there is a lot to talk about since RSHN owns it!
The list goes on and on. In fact there have been so many PR’s about truck loads of this and potential buyers of that, it’s all become one big blur.
Why is it that Bob just can’t seem to stay focused long enough to succeed at any one endeavor, before we’re off and chasing the next big potential maybe?
I say "ENOUGH, no more Can re-designs and new product introductions. Let’s SELL, SELL, SELL what we’ve already got and make $$$"
So, to sum it up, we NEED to see a plan, a course of action, organization, follow through, transparency, access to all prior PR’s for accountability and how about some NUMBERS! I know, it’s a pinkie, but isn’t the goal here to rise above the rest?
So again, Chris, you’re doing a GREAT job keeping us informed! Sure would be nice to see our company do the same.

Time2Drum...First off to let ya all know, I pride myself on being accurate and truthful so heres the answers I know to be true to date.....
I know the west coast thing with the health clubs didnt come off as planned. I heard the reason but I dont remember what it was now that im thinking about it.
The dividends plan is far from dead.
Cans design are finished and are going into production (released by July I was told)
Website now offers all 6 flavors of AR and is working
Chicagoland sales are supposedly gaining. (Not sure if its only Arizona Tea or a combinationof all products)
I will check the store on Walbash myself the night I stay in town for the Cubs game. We stay at the Palmer House Hilton on Monroe and Walbash. Its only a block from the store that carries it. I will get photos!
I will find out about Garden and do a little bit of I-Spy and do another drive by and if anyone is there I will stop in there too.
Products are all developed now and in production. The only organic product still happening is with Organic Cola and the reason for the delay is because of getting it in 16oz. plastic bottles in order to be competitive with other drinks. ( these are all byproducts of the dilution that occured over the last year)
Well thats what I do know that you asked about. i take notes when Im talking to them most of the time unless Im in my truck but usually I converse with them from home.
Hope that helps satisfy your wonders.

Lastly.....please keep in mind that these are ALL things I was told by either Bob Corr or Alex. I have made nothing up nor have I embellished (sp?).
To date everything these men have said would happen ... HAS happened within the timeframe they quoted. Therefore I have NO reason to disbelieve anything either of them have said to me to date.
I say that because I am sure someone out there is doubtful as heck that they tell the truth. I have heard it across this board for a long time, but what I am telling you is the absolute truth as told to me.

Well said.
It has been a nice add campaign for the company, but most investors would like to see some facts in a PR and possibly move the stock in a direction other than the one it has moved in the last year. Un gagging the TA would be nice, but we all might choke if we see the O/S. Why not if you are not going to dilute anymore? Oh that's right, don't want to many calls to the T/A. Again the company doing well is not an indication that the investors will do good, especially those that are holding now, we sure hope so. This is a penny stock so we do know the risks, but there are new investors that check this board from time to time and it is good to understand the whole picture, the negitives and what real positives we really know, we hope this stock takes off.

Chris, I would be very careful as alot of what is being said and not being sent in a PR is over stepping the bounds of Insider Trading. That being any information used in making a decision on a stock before it is general knowledge. Alot of what you have not said puts you in that position, also if you are being compensated or not compensated you need to say so publicly and devulge any position you may be holding or have been offered with RSHN. This is just for your benefit so as not to be belittled by the masses.

My position in this stock is just what I have purchased with what I made last year during that run and what I have taken from my own savings account and placed in stock to average down my pps. If I hadnt gotten greedy then and sold at .01 or in the 9's Id have even more, but I held til .0081 and lost $$$$ like alot of folks did.
I own 10 mil. shares now which isnt alot but its good enough for me. Hell I may buy more if it were to hit .0004 just because it is so cheap.
I have been doing what I am doing (calling and going to shows) for my own personal DD and then I share what I find out. I dont keep much to myself other than things that are nothing but pure speculation and have only a small chance of becomming reality.
I appreciate your concerns Rob but in reality I am doing what ANYONE could be doing if they would be civilized with their posts. Too many have proven themselves to be negative with what they say after talking to RSHN that they remain tight lipped to many and thats too bad, because these are really some nice and decient folks there.
Thanks again and GO RSHN!!$$$!!!

I'm losing patients with this. The Garden deal has gone through, we got the Organic Certification, we have a whole new beautiful product line with Apple Rush, some new e-water products. These are all very real, verifiable events, not BS. Why does the PPS continue to go down?
IP: Logged |
quote:Originally posted by mad tony: new e-water products...why??
I don't mean that we need more, I mean that we have gotten more e-water products this year, but still no possitive movement with PPS. Japan doesn't seem to be buying anything from us at this point, doesn't seem that anyone is buying anything except for a few people on this board.
