It would be nice for them to publish some numbers regarding profits from their new lines of products. Then on top of that announce that they would buy some shares back... that would start the time machine and send the stock to the levels you're taling about.

MadTony made a good post earlier, when he said that RSHN is a pinkie, pinks do not have to publish numbers.

I've found his posts (about the company) to be useful and mostly accurate. The only suspicious poster around here would be one that signed up just a few days ago and started heavily bashing the stock and members of this board. [/QB][/QUOTE]

The pps is probably going nowhere because Corr has diluted and may still be diluting. Corr admitted to people that dilution did in fact occur, and might still be happening.

ChrisPY has been pumping for a while now, and the stock has continued to plummet. RSHN is sinking faster than the Titantic.

Sometimes the simplest answer is the correct answer. Why do you guys think Corr is not releasing numbers (pre-orders or whatever) ???

Ever think that the sales numbers suck badly?
Why would Corr hold back good numbers on sales/contracts???
He has more shares to dilute, it would make sense for him to dilute into the news... especially when volume is high.

My guess is, the sales orders are very bad, which is why Corr is chicken to release them.
This is the pinks, Corr doesn't have to release anything he doesn't want too..

Madtony, no I am not key. I am glad you see my point of view, and why many longs are frustrated with B. Corr.

Why can't Corr deliver ???

Japan, Kroger's, Asia, anything substantial???

The reason the pps is down, is because Corr dilutes RSHN shares plus Corr can't deliver on any big contracts.

Man just do us all a favor and go to another stock. You obviously dont own any of this stock, so just move on to something like JMCP, or even better to go another forum. No one likes you here or for that fact wants to hear what you have to say. Sorry to be rude, but I think you have overstayed your welcome on this thread.

Skulls, that's true, no one is disagreeing with you, at least not me. The track record in the last 9 or so months has been awful, but you started bashing ChrisPy. I don't think he is trying to do any of the negative things youíve stated. Heís informative and very hopeful of this stock, and I am sticking around to see how this chapter of RSHN will play out.

The dilution has hurt this stock, but I think Rush is now at a point where with a few good customers (contracts) it can start going green again.

We will see if Corr can deliver anything solid, remember his 12-18 month plan???? not looking too good.

Maybe he will tell of his 28-34 month plan in the next interview.

It's about 12 months now. 6 to go. The products that he referred to back then are now here. Now we await the distribution, which is key.

We'll see.

Corr is usually never good on his word, or promises. He will most likely fail. How many more 2 week promises will be broken??

Garden was super delayed, Brewery never even happened, AppleRush 10% divy never happened. Even the website was delayed along time.

12-18, 6 more months??? lol, give him 3 more years.

Just wanting this to turn around this year.

IMO the pps will see .003 by mid July. Why you ask? Well its my opinion that anything worth having takes time to get. Nothing good in life comes for free and usually takes work and effort to get. In the market it takes time and the work comes in forms of doing good DD and having a product line or service that is marketable and valued along with a management staff that is willing to work their azzes off.

We HAVE everything needed for this to fly and grow. All we need now is to be patient to let Corr, Tom, Alex, and Ozzy do thier jobs and get us rolling which they are all doing daily.

Skull and Bones can say whatever he, she, or it wants to say because I KNOW the TRUTH about these men and what they are doing. S&Bones is starting to throw a fit not to do anything but disrupt and try to pull your attention away from what is real. The only thing they said that IS the truth is that RSHN diluted over the last year to be able to make the Apple Rush line of beverages a reality along with the Garden Dist. Plant. I have spoken to Corr and Alex about this and they NEVER once tried to avoid the subject or lie about it. No more than I would lie about it.

So to ANY new investor or someone looking to make a QUICK flip of this stock Id tell you to do just what I have been doing. Go to Chicago if youre able to and visit them. Sit down like an adult and ask questions and write the answers down word for word just like I did. Then compare what S&B's is saying to what youve found out doing your homework.

I dont lie, NOR do I get any compensation other than a couple of bottles of AR I got for free a couple months ago at one of the consumer shows in Chicago.

I recommend you dont by, sell, or trade ANY stock based upon my DD.

DO YOUR OWN DD!!!

GO RSHN!!!$$$!!!

Chris

Questions ...

1) Contracts : details (CONTRACTS, not LOI's)
2) Revenue : audited numbers (gain or loss doesn't matter at this point, but we need some facts to sink our teeth into.)

Thanks ChrisPy..

I am not a new investor to RSHN and not trying to flip. Have been extremely patient just finding it harder watching the PPS decline for months now despite all the good news. I wish I did have the luxury of being local and talking to these guys myself. I don't recall in past posts if you already posed this question to them but is the dilution over for now? And how is this year shaping out for Rush? Many thanks...

Any more softball questions??? Why not just ask them if they like the product?

I posted two questions ... If he can't answer them or won't because there are no contracts or there isn't any revenue, then why buy this stock???

If you want to ask if dilution is over FOR NOW and how is this year shaping up for RSHN, I can answer those questions.

"Yes, dilution is over for now and it's going to be a great year for RSHN and things are falling into place."

What would you expect them to say with a line of questions like that. If you don't want to know anything factual or concrete then keep your head burried and go about your day. But the only questions worthwhile to ask, IMO, are those that have teeth and that can be followed up.

You asked for it ChrisPy:
1) Since their introduction of new products, have the earnings increased?
2) What is the growth in earnings compared to previous quarters or years?
3) Is there an estimate of the companyís earnings for the upcoming year?
4) Is the company currently making a profit from itís operations?
5) How do they plan to finance future growth without selling lots of new shares and further diluting the stock value?
6) Do they have any outstanding loans? If so, how long before these loans are settled?
7) Do they have any stock price versus earnings charts? If so can they provide some of these on their website?
8) Do they plan on ever purchasing back the stock they have sold this year (diluted)?
9) Finally, ask them to sum up the positives and negatives of this past year.

I know it's hard to ask a lot of questions when you meet with them, but anything you can do will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Whatever... We still need to ask him about dilution. I'd like to get him on record saying that it is over. Last I remember, it was suppose to be over after the certification. So a follow up to that statement would be nice. I'd also like to be assured that there is no R/S in the near future.

Newbies: Beware of this one.

Pumpers may tell you that it might run to 0.003, however look at the charts. This sucker has been sinking fast, all the way down to 0.01

The CEO loves to dilute this one, and it may sink to 0.0002

Newbies, go invest your money in bonds or mutual funds or something. Pinks is just dangerous, and many pinks are simply scams.

Buyer Beware.

Man move on, I personally am sick of reading your junk. You have NO information to actually back what you say up, so that would make you a BASHER! You keep saying that other people are paid pumpers, but what I am reading from your posts you are getting paid to bash, so move on. Everyone including newbies should do their own DD, and they should know that investing is risky, it seems to me that you got burned by this before because you were greedy, that doesnt mean that we have to listen to your junk, because you are a moron. No wonder why you are self - employeed.

Skull, just stop ... yes most pinks are scams, and this one may be, but that doesn't mean you can't make money. You just have to buy when it is making its run and sell before the ride is over. Most of us did that last year. Some of us believe it will do it again. Sounds like you got caught holding the bag. Sorry. Chalk it up to a life lesson and move on. No one should buy or sell based on anything talked about on a message board. If you do, let me know as I have some great beach front property to sell you.

With that said, I agree that I doubt they will answer any hard line questions.

The pumpers and the bashers should just shut up (won't happen) ... the only real thing to talk about with this stock is what they put in the PR's ... everything else is just speculation and misrepresentaion, IMO.

Here's a good joke I read this morning. Hopefully it'll lighten this thread up a bit :-)

A few days ago I was having some work done at my local garage. A blonde came in and asked for a seven-hundred-ten.

We all looked at each other and another customer asked, 'What is a seven-hundred-ten?'

She replied, 'You know, the little piece in the middle of the engine, I have lost it and need a new one..'

She replied that she did not know exactly what it was, but this piece had always been there.

The mechanic gave her a piece of paper and a pen and asked her to draw what the piece looked like.

She drew a circle and in the middle of it wrote 710. He then took her over to another car which had its hood up and asked 'is there a 710 on this car?'

She pointed and said, 'Of course, it's right there.'

If you're not sure what a 710 is Click Here

Skulls ...... I was like you as a newbie .

Then I out grew that basher-like attitude . And I decided to think carefully about everything I said . Your name calling does not help your basher sounding responses .

If your going to call others names for having this stock ....Then put TRIOVESTOR at the top of that list . I am accumulating more shares at these prices .

Ok you grasshopper ..... We ants are gathering for future . You are bashing and name calling and being foolish . [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]
