With Apple Rush Company's beverages now fully credentialed, all doors are open to the expanding product line. The company's personnel saw that full potential at the ATO Show with buyers from large and smaller regional grocery, natural and specialty food chains agreeing to take the line on now. The company also received unexpected interest from foodservice buyers, both in the U.S. and overseas.

There was much foreign interest in the Organic Apple Rush line. A South Korean foodservice company, who servers one million meals a day, said they wanted the line as well as a major Japanese beverage distributor is looking to make a commitment to import the line. A key distributor with strong ties to a major food & beverage company who covers all the Caribbean and Central America was clearly interested developing its Organic program with Apple Rush as its centerpiece. Yes, I did see RBCM has backed off of the ask. They usually do that when they are expecting news. Unfortunately earlier this week, they were at .03. It did not take them long to jump back in Tuesday. Lets hope this time they stay out of the way long enough to print some 9's or dare we hope.... 10's? GLTA.

Well there are alot of Jews that eat organic and kosher foods so I would suspect it could be quite a big market. Especially when you start dealing with geographical locations and demographic.

I just reorderd some ARR and RC online. I called and checked with the company to make sure it went thru and also asked when the new flavors might be available online. The lady went and asked and was told, they hope next week. That would be great as some of the new flavors are really great. I hope to see that next week then.

Hmm, I've been unable to find a trace of Gen 2 International on the web. The PR mentions that RushNet already had a relationship with Gen 2. This is the first time I've ever heard of Gen 2, perhaps I've missed it in previous PR's. I'm not sure that we've seen anything out of Gen 2 yet, why would we want an "exclusive" sales agreement with them??? Doesn't seem that good to me, but maybe they are promissing deals, but only if they have exclusivity. I would feel much better about it if I could find some information on them.

The key words about the Hawaiian Deep Ocean announcement(Yahoo Finance) is "TO DEVELOP!" With RSHN history of development which is filled with promises and short of delivery we may never see oceanic water used in the RSHN e-water.

How in the world is RSHN going to be able to deliver products overseas when it can't deliver product domestically?

Ackcane whats up? If you dont like a certain company then why come into their forum and disrupt it with your pissy attitude? Just stay away and fogettaboutit.

I know alot of folks dont like Corr or his company and thats their opinion. There are many others who DO believe in this company and products, therefore, wish to speak freely about it and share their thoughts.

If someone is going to atempt to start rumors or speculate all day without doing any DD then they need to be shut up but other than that anyone with a positive outlook or call it wishful thinking should be able to come in here and post without the smartazzes of AllStocks coming in and ruining the conversation.

This is my opinion and one reason I think this board isnt nearly as good as it was a year ago when it used to be a good place to hang out and share thoughts. Now theres people who are ruining it with attitude towards anyone who actually own the stock and want to carry on a conversation like this forum was meant to do.

Any sarcastic posters should get banned from this site IMO. Your running off the owner of the sites business. This stock is dropping bigtime, Corr might still be diluting and he is probably using Chrispy to keep interest in Rushnet so he can dilute billions more in shares.

Chrispy does nothing but pump RSHN, my guess is that Corr is using him so he doesnt have to answer to other people. Plus he is using him so he can dilute more shares.

Math.....you numb nutz...this play isnt about XXX or Ginseng anything if ya knew anything. Those were years gone by and as everyone knows they tanked. There IS some interest in XXX and Cola but overall those are NOTHING compared to AR or E-Water.

IMO this is about AR and if you cant figure that out then youde better go back and read up. E-Water will be a part of it all when its said and done but my money is on AR.

As far as Skull accusing me of being a paid pumper.....lol youre a complate fool. If you think you know me and what Im doin in this stock so well, you obviousley havent read my posts at all.

All I report IS the truth so if you dont like what I say in my posts, then quit reading them because all I write is what I find out. news to me:

i rarely posted but when i went to the store tonight....well thats it. i just found normal and XXX varieties of ginseng rush in my local grocery store. (BUFFALO NY)and i never even performed any action to get it there. Now, this store is the best store in town. i dont mean that just because its my favorite. It genuinely isthe best in town. literally. Wegman's has been continuiously rated one of the best companies to work for in the whole country...nevermind that it's just in the western NY area. if they're carrying it. then the whole town will know about it. their stores cover all of buffalo and its suburbs, rochester and areas spreading eastern/southeastern from there.

so i tasted it for the first time. impressions? well for me, it's like a light rootbeer in a way and you can taste the organic-ness in the light rootbeer. i did like it but i did'nt do backflips over the taste. I let my wife try it...."it's Okay" she said. "it tastes kind of medicinal to me. it's alright but i don't see myself really drinking alot of it". Now what I realize here is that anything organic really is an aquired taste. Snickers vs. Cliff....know what I mean?

The big impression this makes to me is this. If Wegman's is carrying this and it's hit widespread in Buffalo NY....then something going right. this is a town that loves it's food and drink no matter what it is. I honestly think something positive will happen with it. To what end I have no idea. But positive nonetheless. I have also the XXX variety and will try that tomorrow. since it has 3 times the natural ingredient i dunno if that means itll taste more like dirt or something better than the origional one....well see. im optomistic about more than the taste

also....is it me or are the moving averages getting closer again

Nice find Bling......but just to let ya know, Rush or XXX Rush are NOT organic products. Rush Cola will be offered in an Organic version by summers end but for now they are NOT organic.

Apple Rush proudcts are ALL Organic though and they taste GREAT which is unusual for Organic drinks Ive tried so far. Usually they have an after taste or kind of a bland flavor. Apple Rush on the other hand really is flavorful and very much like a soda because of its carbonation, fizz and flavor.

I would advise anyone who wants to buy into RSHN to do some extensive DD and not listen to Chrispy or anyone else at that matter.

This stock has plumetted from over 0.01 down to 0.0005, in the meantime we have pumpers like Chrispy trying to sucker newbies and new money in. Meanwhile Bob Corr has quietly diluted the hell outta this pig and misled and lied to shareholders who have phoned in to talk to him. It is my opinion that Chrispy is being compensated to pump up RSHN, there might be billions more shares to dilute. This guy Chrispy knows nothing.

The CEO is not trustworthy, he likes to tell little fibs so that people continue to buy his shares. An Example of this is he wanted to keep his pps from falling, while he was diluting.... near the end of 2006 and start of 2007. So he purposely lied and told people he would give a 10% applerush dividend (to shareholders), to which anyone could freely trade and sell for $$$. He lied to the world, then retracted his offer and in the end gave no 10% dividend that was freely tradeable for cash. He even called this dividend a gift to loyal shareholder's, this CEO is a scumbag. He lied just to keep diluting this pig.

Skull, just stop ... yes most pinks are scams, and this one may be, but that doesn't mean you can't make money. You just have to buy when it is making its run and sell before the ride is over. Most of us did that last year. Some of us believe it will do it again. Sounds like you got caught holding the bag. Sorry. Chalk it up to a life lesson and move on. No one should buy or sell based on anything talked about on a message board. If you do, let me know as I have some great beach front property to sell you.

With that said, I agree that I doubt they will answer any hard line questions.

The pumpers and the bashers should just shut up (won't happen) ... the only real thing to talk about with this stock is what they put in the PR's ... everything else is just speculation and misrepresentaion, IMO.

Here's a good joke I read this morning. Hopefully it'll lighten this thread up a bit :-)

A few days ago I was having some work done at my local garage. A blonde came in and asked for a seven-hundred-ten.

We all looked at each other and another customer asked, 'What is a seven-hundred-ten?'

She replied, 'You know, the little piece in the middle of the engine, I have lost it and need a new one..'

She replied that she did not know exactly what it was, but this piece had always been there.

The mechanic gave her a piece of paper and a pen and asked her to draw what the piece looked like.

She drew a circle and in the middle of it wrote 710. He then took her over to another car which had its hood up and asked 'is there a 710 on this car?'

She pointed and said, 'Of course, it's right there.'

Then the market *****ed slapped me for it . I learned a lot . I am no longer snott nosed { like Skulls } . He sounds like a obvious paid basher to me . Does he own shares ? I think everyone needs to lighten up, lay off of Chris and mind their own business. This thread is not for talking down to people or bashing the stock. It is a way to discuss the pros and cons in a constructive manner. There is no need for personal attacks or outrageous accusations.

For those in the stock long or looking to get in, continue to do your own DD and not rely on anyone so that you never have anyone but yourself to blame. Yes, this is a pink sheet so do not expect too much and you won't be let down. On the upside, it is a pink sheet and returns can be well worth taking a few personal attacks and risks when the bull runs and we all cash out.

Folks,

Im going to get bashed for this for sure but thats alright.....I will have answers for you this week.

I didnt get to Blue Island, Friday like I promised. We got stuck in construction traffic Friday morning just south of the I-80 intersection with I-55 for just over an hour. The others in the van refused to let me make my detour to Blue Island. They were partying all the way up and wanted to get to Wrigley in time for the game so I lost the vote 1-4.

The upside is I am going to make a special trip up this week on my bike and meet them for lunch and get ALL the questions youve asked.... answered. I have a pretty long list but will do everythig possible to get your answers like I promised.

Once again I apologize for the delay but it was out of my control. I will fulfill my promise to you though! You have my word.

What is wrong is that this stock has no buisness being at this level. Y, the float is now much larger, but so much has finally been accomplished and so much more is comming. Sentiment has be badly damaged by lack of news and so many useless bashers. Only time will heal this deep wound. (and some news of how sales are going.)

Apple Rush is moving nicely, but with so small a company and so few employees, it takes a lot of time to make it work. Where will we all be when they get there. Most will be long gone. Each of us must find our own exit, but with this much time in for me, what is more? (days or months)

Better than nothing I suppose, but the usual drivel... Did well at the show, lots of interest, blah..., blah..., blah...

The restaraunt chain sounds interesting, but not as good as confirmed orders would be.

They probably released this meatless PR late on purpose. Otherwise, the PPS would have confirmed the ineffectiveness of it.

I guess, but what does numerous locations mean? Could just mean some local chain with a few locations. They are obviously not talking about Pizza Hut or Dominos, or some other national Pizza chain, or they would have said hundreds of locations.

I know one of the names, but due to people calling the places and checking up on them, RSHN chose to keep it to themselves for now.

We shareholders have a tendency to check up on these pinks,...that's our nature, and what we're supposed to do, but sometimes in the process, it borders 'harassment', and I've seen more than one stock lose a deal because of constant calls & emails to prospective clients, or at least that's what they claimed.

Schools looking at Cans. That is indeed a great hint at what may be comming.

Distribution is slowly expanding on AR.

I wish Corr would release 'news' like this in, say, a newsletter on his web site or directly to shareholders via e-mail. That would be far more appropriate, given the lack of any real substance.

It's really not that great of a PR- no solid deals, no figures and wrought with vagaries and speculation. 'News' like that has no business in a PR. It's also written too colloquially.

IMO PR's are released, in part, to offer existing shareholders encouragement and to try and entice new shareholders. This does neither.

Corr is supposed to be a business man; he should know better than that.

The other weird thing about the PR- the title. Before I read it, I thought that RSHN was selling beverages to the National Rifle Association. I mean yeah after you think about a second, you realize it's foolish, but again, Corr oughtta know better.

I have no problem with the the update; I think they're great- I just don't care for the lack of a professional style and the lack of any substance. It's not worthy of a PR IMO. As I said, more of a newsletter quality.

On an unrelated noted, I heard that 50 cent made anywhere between 100 to 400 million on the sale of Vitamin Water to Coca Cola (that number is beong contested in the public sphere). Granted, Vitamin Water is NOT Rush by any stretch of the inmagination, but it proves that image, connections and marketing is a tremendous part of beverage sales and distribution. Through 50 cent, Vitamin Water was able to attract athletes (e.g. Donovan Mcnabb- who was a very active spokesman), musicians (e.g. Kelly Clarkson) and you even saw that tramp Paris Hilton hauling around a bottle every now and again. IMO, Vitamin Water is nothing special, insofar as taste and what it offers to the market. Rush beverages are very unique and have every opportunity to create some buzz, provided it gets some exposure, and Corr makes some sales.

I wrote Rush and asked them if they could at least consider the possibility of getting a celebrty involved to increase exposure. Heck he could offer 'em 200 million shares (5% of the o/s). That's nothing. Anyway, here's their response.

I would agree that this is more of a newsletter.... however seems the easiest way to get it out for now. Would perhaps be better served on the website, but wont' reach new people that way.

Well I will agree with you in part; Corr DOES need to reach new people, but delivering a vague and colluqial newsletter-toned PR won't do it. As a shareholder, I was slightly embarassed by its non professional tone. The new people who read it won't be enticed by it. I think they'd be rather dimissive of it.

Here's my take on it- Rush has a unique all natural product. In light of all the childhood obesity issues being bandied about in the media and the increased awareness of all-natural and organic products, Rush products, if Corr can meet market demand, has a real chance to fill a niche in the market place. The beverage industry is a multi-BILLION dollar industry.

But in order to take advantage of this unique market he HAS to increase product awareness. He has to make deals. He has to have solid facts out there. Otherwise, it's no better than a glorified lemonade stand- and that would be a shame.

Chicago is a very friendly beverage town and has lots of colleges in a tight radius- 2 very good things going for it. For very little money, say $75 to $100K Corr could go out and blitz the market and increase the buzz. Show up at the U of Chicago campus and give out free bottles; go to the Chicago Marathon health expo; set up a booth outside Soldier Field. And then PR THAT!

Small beverage firms are a dime a dozen. The ones that seize or create opportunities are the ones that make it. I watched a special on food network a few months ago. It was 2 brothers who started a fruit soda business literally out of their kitchen in Georgia; a year later and almost going into debt, they were distributing across 6 or 7 states.

That's my take on it, I know it's sorta pointless, but that's my take.

Bilgert, If it takes more dilution to raise the 75k - 100k that you state, then I'm against it.

The recent dilution was said to be done to increase production to meet demand. If this is true, then it's a good sign... slow, steady growth.

I'm hoping the printing press has been retired.

IMO 75 to 100k is chump change. Get another loan or a warrant or something. The PPS is .0004; what's the worst that could happen? The recent dilution accomplished nothing, so just go for it boys...

Bilgert it is not chump change to this company.

Within the last year they have diluted to the tune of a couple of million dollars with the entire shareholder base screaming to high heaven about it. That was done in order to develope and begin production of AR and all of its differing flavors.

Now they are running this on a shoe string budget to get it up and running under its own power and you are suggesting getting out and paying 1/10th of our cash resetrves on advertising a product that is in its infancy.

Now if they had 4 production plants and the cash on hand to make it possible to produce 24/7 at each of these plants like a Coke or Pepsi based product can........well that would be great but you are comparing apples to apples here.

Youre expecting an company the size of an acorn to have the strength of a 20 year old success, and it cant and wont happen unless we were to get outside investors who could and would care less of the long term investors who have been waiting for years in many cases for this to transpire into a prosperous company.

Patience is a SOB when folks have waited years already but this is finally moving forward under its own power so give it a chance. Corr said last summer in a interview that it woudl take 12-18 months for this to begin to get going. I for one am willing to wait it out 6 more months like he told us.

Well, I applaud your enthusiasm, Crispy and you are certainly entitled to your opinion. However, if they diluted to raise 2 million dollars (I'm not sure if that is true- certainly they have diluted, but to what extent they did, I am unsure- it is a pink sheet after all), then it most certainly is NOT a shoestring budget. They may be leveraged to the hilt, but 2 million dollars is a lot of money to a fledgling beverage company.

I'm not asking for immediate success; what I'm asking for is transparent evidence of progress and a definitive business plan. That is what attracts shareholders and that is what encourages existing shareholders. If I didn't already own shares of RSHN now, I would certainly not be buying any of it.

Look at Snapple and Hansen's history- very similar beginnings, but clear evidence if a vision from the on-set.

Bilgert, Id like to tell you what I saw when I first met Corr and Alex 3 months ago... I saw 2 men who were working their butts off trying to get business done and make a name for this company.

The wife and I watched for over an hour at one show before I ever introduced myself and what we witnessed were 2 guys and a lady running back and forth consistantly refilling displays and sample beverages without a break. It was not a show being put on for us to witness nor did they even know what I looked like at that point in time.

When I did come forward and told them who I was they welcomed me and shared various things I hadnt heard of before that were in the making.

Since that day many of those things have come to fruition and happened just the way they told the wife and myself. Also since then I have been back various times to see how other aspects of this business are handled and the input from the business sector since I had already witnessed the consumer side of things the first time I met them.

Now if they just hold true to what they have displayed to me in the short time I have known them, then you, I, and everyone else here can finally relax because things are going to be coming that will make us all happy.

This company IS finally moving forward. I know in the past they have stagnated and stood motionless as far as business goes, or so it seemed from an investors standpoint. But while we all thought they were doing nothing and sitting on their asses, they were in fact developing new beverages (AR) along with all the flavors, cans, working on getting Garden, and lining up botteling plants to produce and package our drinks. Now we HAVE all the pieces in place and the puzzle is coming together.

Sure there are many who probably think Im FOS and that is your perrogative to do so. I tell you though as truthfully as I can that there is good reason to give these guys another chance and they will show you that your time spent was not wasted. I truely believe this and hope you will think it over! Give Corr the remaining 6 months to prove what he said will happen can and will.

You said you wanted a plan, well he isnt able to tell the story before its written correct? So why give him the time (remaining 6 months) to let him write it. The previous 12 months are done........now let him have the next 6 months to finish the story and we can judge him then.

Ive only been in this 18 months and I am by far more deeply invested (long) into this than any other pinky Ive played. Maybe its that reason I am being this way or it could be I am right in my judgement of what I saw in the work ethic displayed before me, each and every time I have witnessed these men and women at work trying to make this company grow. Also remember EVERY one of the employees at RSHN have their OWN money in this company the same as you and I do. They are ALL investors (long) the same way we are and want the same results!

These are my opinions as well as the facts as I have witnessed in the past 3 months.

another supposed purchase of a manufacturing facility. what about greys and garden, what happened to them, are they rolling out millions of bottles.

And to respond to clingon....I have called grocery stores and convenience stores, going as far as asking them to special order. They can't even find the skus in their list of items to order. These are major chains and small stores alike. Not saying it is false, but I wouldn't go talking about distribution in Canada unless it was something a regular joe could find.

This is just another fluff PR. Six months from now after nothing has happened they will release a great PR that these restricted shares are going to be retired hoping to ingnite a run...maybe then they can PR a share buyback from the company....and dump a few of their personal shares to line their pockets some more.

Garden is a dist plant. They load trucks with product and drive around Chicago delivering it to this store and that.

Greys was a 100yr old POS that needed $1 mil plus in renovation to bring it up to spec for botteling Organic beverages. The bottling plant has to be certified as well as the products.

Greys does however STILL produce our Ginseng drinks and Cola.

You COULD find out these things with a phone call.

As I said Cougar, call the company and ASK! Don't *****, go find out. If it is false, let me know. I DO know what you are talking about, as I also had that experience at first. Slowly though it changed. This may be the case in Canada for now.

Bilgert.... They did indeed dilute. As all of us will testify to. However it was a gamble on their part in order to get AR up and running. Our gamble was to hold through it and see. (Some even bought a LOT more shares) Time will tell as Chrispy said.

This is brutal! We get two consecutive PR's and the PPS goes down... What the crap???

This sounds like their just trying to buy a normal water well. Doesn't any farm over that Crystalline Aquifer have access to that water? It sounds like we are literally getting the shaft! Come on Corr, stop trying to buy water wells and spend some of our hard earned money on freaking advertisement. Buying a well shaft isn't going to help the PPS.

Following are a couple of posibilities. I don't know anything about either, just that they are small northern Georgia bottlers with a single well in the crystalline rock aquifer. Amicalola claims 85 ppm of total dissolved solids, so that is very close to the 90 that Corr claims and has a shaft very close to the 650 feet claimed. Could be anything though, perhaps even an old barn on a farm somewhere.

They need more water and closer to the bigger market of the east coast. It is better to find a good well and existing bottler on the east coast than to truck it from the west coast.

The water can be bought wholesale anywhere to avoid shipment, given that it meets the technical requirements. I'm all for vertical production, but we need sales more than we need our own well.

Leeroy, I used to work in advertising. Marketing can wait, sales need to move forward. RSHN has a LOT of orders right now and more moving that way. They also hired a person (just one for now) to work non stop on sales. Sell, Sell, Sell, the time to broaden the market will come.

One step at a time.

Advertising is VERY expensive. If done right, it works very well. HOWEVER, we have distribution, and production still working. Lets get these in line before we try to bust over the top. Having millions in sales and thousands in production will create a massive problem. People who do not get timely delivery will be very upset.

That is my thinking for now on holding off on the expense of advertising. Lets get production rolling and controll the growth for now. Don't outstrip production.

Nope, I am currently in Vancouver B.C. Tomorrow we board a cruise ship to Alaska. (Radience of the Seas) Then we will spend 3 weeks in a rented car and head to the Kenai Peninsula and Kodiak Island. Finally we head back to Vancouver on yet another cruise ship. (Diamond Princess) Ah.... the life of a teacher.

I was able last time to get GR's in Juneau and Anchorage.

While 150 is very good volume lately, it's nothing compared to the runs last spring. We need volume like that again. If we had it, I think we would see movement even with the increased OS (JMO). This is after all a real product, as demonstrated to a fairly large audience today.

Allright alopex63 allowed me to utilize his pass to the tradeshow so I went over there yesterday to check out the Booth for Rush and AppleRush and ask Mr. Corr some questions.

Questions for the Show

1. There’s been rumor that shareholders may still receive a dividend of some sort from AppleRush Inc. although it was believed that these plans were scrapped. Is this true?

Yes. The dividend plan is ongoing and the paperwork concerning it is near completion. All RSHN shareholders will be receiving shares in AppleRush when it is IPO'd. He didn't specify whether or not the dividend would be performed along the same ratio as the previous dividend announcement had stated.


2. Are there any thoughts of merging Applerush and Rush into one company and/or uplisting to the OTC:BB stock exchange?

Absolutely! His major goal is to have both companies operating under the same roof and eventually move into the major stock exchanges. He's already in talks with major companies with stocks trading on the Nasdaq and NYSE in efforts to form partnerships or merge with some sort of shell or OTC:BB traded company to slowly climb the ladder.


3. I know that the transfer agent covering RSHN is First American Stock Transfer, Inc. but they tell us to go to company officials for the proper share count. Can you please tell me what the current numbers are for the outstanding shares and the current authorized share count? How many shares are held by the company itself? I know you're asked this a lot but there's still a lot of speculation going on about that.

4. A lot of investors have been under the impression that the number of outstanding shares was much greater than that. Does this mean you've been doing a silent buyback or retirement? Corr said that he has not been buying back shares as of yet, but he does plan to do so when there's more revenue coming through as a means of rewarding current share holders.


5. How’s the plan to purchase the bottled water plant in Northern Georgia coming along?

It's coming along nicely. The main thing that is slowing down the acquisition is that the plant needs a blending tank for the production of the e-water. RushNet is budgeting to purchase the plant along with needed equipment and the equipment costing is being done now.


6. Since you decided not to go through with the purchase of Gray’s brewery, do you have your eyes set on any other brewery and or breweries?

No, he isn't looking into brewery purchases for the time being.


7. How did the Deep Ocean E-water version do at the tradeshow in Japan?

The design for the new e-water label gained a lot of attention from consumers but that was all that was displayed at the show in Japan by way of the new e-water bottles. In other words it was just a showcasing of the concept for the bottle design. There will be a production run for the new e-water bottles next month.


8. Has AppleRush made a presentation for the Restaurant Chain that showed interest in the Apple Rush line at its home office in Minnesota?

No, but they will be going to in the very near future. The reasoning for their not presenting as of yet is because the chain wanted them to have an l.e.d (neon) sign that would be put out in the front of all 450 locations showing that they had the AppleRush products (sounds like it's pretty much decided already. The signs have already gone into production).


9. What’s up with the whole approval in Japan process?

The reasoning for it taking so long was that they were having trouble finding a bottler that would be able to take all of the ozone out of the e-water. We're gonna be in Japan strong though. Gen 2 international who we all know (well most anyway) has Japanese 7-11's under it's belt is doing big things for Rush. Speculating on whether or not 7-11 Japan might want Rush products is over, because Mr. Corr has been contacted by 7-11 Japan and they want e-water in their stores.

Yes. As with the dividend process the paperwork is being worked on right now. He said that by the end of this month AppleRush will be pulling at least $100,000 in revenue per month

looks like the ducks are starting to line up. I believe that the e-water and the Apple Rush are exactly what is needed and will cause this company to take off. great product - great packaging - all together - has great counter appeal. I really don't believe Ginseng Rush has that potential. Buckle you seat belts. You are in for a wild ride. You will be hearing about this "overnight success" soon.

Rush has enormous potential but it's in an industry that's very saturated, if you visit any major supermarket or drug store chains, you will see recognized & unrcognized beverage drinks including water. This is what Rush is up against, they're basically a small fish in a raging river, trying to swim upstream & did you know with some of the major chains, you have to pay them to place your product on their shelves ( rent space ) if you don't have a contract with them. ( GLTA )

I agree . I have several million shares of rush and need to keep them . I like the products .

What about DCBI . I made profit on selling most of my shares but it is still moving up . Slowing & strangly though . Someone has pushed end of day price up each day last week with tiny fake trades . And they are doing a reverse split . I don't know why the price has moved up . Just because of a meeting in Vegas coming up ....? I expect it could take another big dip soon . What do you think ?

I need to decide wheather to sell my remaning dcbi shares monday or tuesday or take a chance and keep them for higher price before split announcement comes .

Ive been in touch with Tom Swan, Alex, and Bob within the last few weeks and everything they have told me was coming has happened and if everything keeps going that way.....telling the truth that is. We shall see numbers in the very near future if all goes well.

They have an accountant full time on staff now which is an asset and they ARE preparing to publish financials as we speak. As to the timing of those publications......all I kow is that they are hoping to post for the 3rd Quarter and if for some reason they can not meet that time frame I was told for sure by years end. It sounded like they were fairly optimistic about the third quarter though.

With their combined creative talents and Larry's business drive and distribution channels already established and expanding, they would make a much more powerful combined force to be reckoned with. I Agree, RSHN needs a partner with greater resources and fresher ideas on how to move this company, there is no growth at all, under current management. IMO Bob needs to give up the helm and bring someone in that has more experience in the industry, until that happens RSHN is dead in the water. I don't know whats in the pipeline of pr's but it will have to be something major ( BIG ) to get this stock moving and if the pps drops any lower, it will have to be an r/s to reduce the amount of shares held by stockholders. JMO.(GLTA)

.0002 x .0003 Sad indeed. GREAT products, but TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Ihippuck posts claim O/S just went from 6B to 12B.

As soon as (if) my sell at .0003 order goes through, I'm out and moving balance to HKBV = Hat Trick Beverages. Currently at .0022 up 41% on heavy volume. Great products like RSHN, but much better management, expanding distibution, fraction of the O/S here, making a profit AND buying back shares.

It would be hard to interpret the increase in a/s as anything but a bad thing- especially if you couple it with the fierce decline in PPS over the last few weeks.

I hope Bob has something nice planned with his money. As of now, over 99 million sold- about $20K. That's a nice trip, a couple nice meals, maybe he could lease a Hummer for a couple years.

In all seriousness, it's just sort of sad.

These pennies will always have their seasons of dillution . Part of the game . So watch what happens when here .. it slides back up .

Then as news starts it wil tick back up further in weeks . I have watched rshn now for many years . Now I am finnaly taking a possition . And the product is excelent .

12 B shares, not much you can do with that one. We can only hope they are as stated, collateral. Only time will tell if that is the case. No way to try to sell them, they are basically worthless at this point.

On the other hand.... They continue to march forward. There are many things to come before Xmas, (my timeline for quite a while) and I guess we will see. However I do think only Names of buyers, financials will get any movement.

K. I now some of you think I am a pumper. However, I am just hopeing like the rest of you that my DD proves to be a winner. Soooo... here is some NEGITIVE dd.

First: I have been drinking my lastest batch of AR and there is a problem. They changed the formula and it is all apple and almost no other flavors. Wife and daughter also agree. I do remember that someone went to the plant as they were not pleased with one of the runs and were adjusting the mix. I hope so, the "new" AR is NOT as good as the old. These have Dec 08 on the bottles. I hope we run through this batch and get back to the original flavores.

Second: My last two orders have included broken bottles. I think the gorillas at DHL need some retraining. OR..... a new shipper. The boxes are really well build and the products wrapped. Clearly marked as glass.

Third: All the bottles of GR I got in ARaska, were July 07. I see others have had the same problem.

O.K. there, chew away. Suggestions would be nice.

I think all is ok .

Yes dillution Accured . However .

It did happen for a practical reason as I see it . And the pps did ballance small bit down to accomidate traders " temparary fears . I have not been able to buy at .0002 so that tells me it basically shifted to .0003 with resistance .

Days to weeks ahead I think it recovers a slow and steady move to higher pps . I don't think there is a any need for a R/S and price did not hit lowest level . And even if it did it would most likely have to remain there a while . Don't think thats going to happen .

To me the dip is nice . The lowest price I ever bought befor was .0004 { and that was hard } . Now I have shares bought at .0003 . But none of my .0002 oders are filling . So atleast I have my .0003 shares .

The further I study the product the more I like it . I will let the company have time to work itself out . I am firmly in this stock .

FYI- This is my first post in over a year and only time here. I posted in 2005 as Reddragon. I play the sub-penny's like I would a slot machine in Vagus, with the clear understanding that the "big pay off" is just one pull away. I don't use the button, my $$$ goes to fast.

I own this stock and have in an order for more at a set price (just one more pull)but this stock is a dog and will continue to be a dog until there are SALES, SALES, SALES- they don't need more press releases on what they are going to do, they need press releases about contracts signed and shipments made...until then, not much is going to happen.

I will leave you with these famous last words from the QBID forum "All we have to do is launch." and I'm still 5 MM shares and holding hehehehehehe...

Well all you have to do is look at my other posts. I try to be unbiased but as I am a shareholder I have an interest here.

I said that they would increase the AS and do a dump and I was attacked big time. To no surprise look what happened.

July 07 is when the GR was bottled, ouch....that is rough.

However, it is just all another piece of the puzzle that is RSHN.

It seems that unfortunately all this company does is make money for the owners. They try to run the stock once a year, if they do great....they sell into it and make their money. However, this year it didn't work....so nothing left to do but increase OS bringing them the money they need to fill their pockets.

To much resistance at current pps . The price would have to drop to lowest level and maintain there for a while with no volume to speak of . Can't see that happening . We all knew that they are financing what they are doing . Let some scare cats run ...

They have real drinks and they are better marketability wise for health .

Two things scare me, one is that they're changing their formula (as chklingon said earlier), and the other is constant dilution.

Changing the formula isn’t a good sign, they must have a good reason to do it. But wouldn’t changing it mean that they’re violating their certifications? It could be just a bad batch; an error in the mix. Then again it might be done intentionally for a more serious reason… I wish they would inform us about changes like that.

I guess I understand the dilution, even thou as a shareholder it scares me and puts a fat red chart all over my account... the fact is that a company needs money in order to make money. I think they're positioning themselves to push the products and get the sales we've all been expecting. I guess I'm just a hopeless believer. In the end we'll see what happens, I've already made up my mind. I'm keeping the shares I have for a long long time.

Some jokester probably peed in that batch is all . Or other factors just on that batch .

The big bad news of dillution did not even have the impact talked about . The price was already sitting at .0003 and .0004 . I know as I was flipping and building up free shares .

Now the only change is that we can seem to finally buy at .0003 . But not .0002 . To much resistance . I have been trying hard for weeks . So dillution only caused it to go from .0003/.0004 to a confermed .0003 .

That is barely any change at all . So in other words ...... there is no way they are going to do R/S and the .0003 price shows to be a buying op .

Now we can see the price lower level for a bit then a slow climb up . Except .... with any news what so ever this will make upticks in price . If the news happens to be about buyout , merger or buyback then watch out . That will cause price to increase rappidly . Better to play it safe and get my shares now .

The news of the 'big bad dilution' didn't hurt the share price because the dilution itself had already driven the price pretty much as far down as it is possible to go. What do you imagine all the trading activity was while the stock was plunging? They pumped as many shares as they could out while the share price wasn't entirely laughable, and now they're supposedly holding some in "escrow." The dilution drove the price down; the 'big bad news' couldn't possibly have driven it down farther, because there just aren't that many effective shares held by privates. Further, with 12 billion shares out there, the company will pretty much have to pump the Atlantic dry and sell it off for top dollar to move the share price by good sales alone.

Anyone who claims they've been "flipping and building up free shares" has an incredible imagination, since the declining bid and ask spread for the past few weeks simply wouldn't have allowed that, especially given the steady downward pressure of the dilution selling into it. You can flip for profit when it's a bumpy ride, but not when it's tied to an anvil and falling off a cliff. Not even if you have second sight.

I don't think Corr is a crook, but I do think he's a very poor businessman with no legs and facing an uphill climb. If he's telling the truth about escrowed stock, he has in effect given the future of the stock price over to the mercy of a financier, which means he's given away tens of thousands for pennies. If Corr really believes he'll pull the price out of the dumper by issuing billions of shares for credit, then he's too stupid to run a company, and if he's lying, then he's too dishonest to run a company. Unfortunately some of the folks on this board got caught up in this game to boot. At this point, realistically, with 12 billion essentially worthless shares floating around and 2-5 billion or so "held in escrow," this company will never come back.

The good news is that the stock won't fall much lower than .0003 or .0002 unless Corr gets the bright idea to borrow another ten bucks by authorising another trillion or so shares, or unless the company just packs it in. I suppose if God is good another fool may come along and merge or buyout this thing, although how or why they'd round up several billion shares without a reverse split is anyone's guess.

The bad news is that the stock has become a p&d. It'll run again, but never with enough power to actually go anywhere, and unless there is a magically abrupt leap in sales, the company will never be able to buy back any real numbers of shares.

Make no mistake, with this degree of dilution the material sales and success of this company are for all intents and purposes entirely divorced from the stock price. Unless this becomes the next Pepsi or Coke, and it won't, it really doesn't matter how much interest is generated in this company...the stock will barely reflect it. Again, I sympathise with the longs, but at least there's a lesson to learn here: Don't fall in love with stocks. Not ever. And never go long in a pink...it's like playing Russian roulette with a .50 cal machinegun with one bullet missing from the belt.

Just to be clear, I own none of this stock, but I do have a buy order in. But that's not why I'm posting...bashing this thing on this board is like peeing in the ocean if I were trying to bash 12 billion shares and make any kind of difference. I'm only posting because I see so many of the faithful longs...and I sympathize with you...desperately waiting for the magic bullet that will never come. If you bought high, your money is pretty much gone. If you bought in the last run up, you might as well hold, because when the alleged "escrow" is released, a p&d will suddenly materialise so they can sell the escrowed shares into it, so you might get some part of your investment back.

But ironically it's precisely BECAUSE of the escrowed shares that a p&d is virtually inevitable, so buying at this level and hanging around for the run is probably worthwhile. That's why I'm buying.

Oh, and one other thing...From reading this thread I believe ChrisPy meant well with all the contacts and DD he's done, but some of the newer folks on this thread who claim to be flipping this and flipping that and winning at every turn really don't have the slightest idea of what they are talking about. No doubt they'll keep up a steady drumbeat of meaningless advice to folks only slightly less knowledgeable than them, and try to influence you, but learn to ignore them. Ignore me too, for that matter...what do I know?

Pretty cool . I agree in part with most of that .

Except I think the price will move up steady if we see no more dilution . The product stands out and still has a very good health advantage to the public .

And yes I have made a we bit of cash by my flipping this one . But my real plan is to hold shares .

Why would the price move up steadily? The indication that a P&D is coming is here in the a/d: http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui , but it could come in the next few days or in a month or two...depends on what the volume is and how many shares, if any, are really held in escrow. At least they are accumulating now instead of dumping. But with 12 billion shares, it could take a long time to consolidate.

Unlikely to move down { we both seem to agree on that } . And if does I'll be buying . Thats two directions left . Stagnate at exactly the same price and never move or tiny move up . And thats all I need is a tiny move .

And it's clear that any news that comes ... and backs up the rumors .... will obviously move this stock . And not a mere tiny move .

Yet I only need to see a tiny move . Risk against gain this is a clean investment .

Well, according to your previous posts you bought when it was significantly higher and you've been pumping it ever since, so I'm not sure what you mean by "tiny move," since you'll need a move of several hundred percent to recapture your initial and subsequent buys. But anyway, that's your business.

All I can say is that the a/d is in an upturn, the cmf is green again, and Corr can't possibly be diluting anymore, so that means we're possibly at the bottom. That's not rocket science anyway, since it's only .0002 points from disappearing entirely. Whether it sits here for a while before the escrow gets p&ded or whether it goes right out of the barrel is a matter of opinion, but at the very least it'll be a weak p&d.

There's another possibility too...and that's that the non-escrowed shares are not finished dumping, and the pause and accumulation is just an effort to drive the price up a bit first before the dumping resumes. Remember, it's billions of shares we're talking about, not just a a few million. In that case buying at anything higher than .0003 is playing right into their hands.

Like everyone has said before, ameritrade is messing up the volume. If you look up RSHN it says 123 mil, but in the balances and positions it's reporting total volume at 116 mil.

I have not posted for sometime now. But, I have held 10,000,000 shares of RSHN for over a year and a half. Yes, I even held through the period which the stock was at .009. Call it greedy, I know. But, I totally believe in RSHN. This stock has its ups and downs like most pink sheets. I would buy now and hold for the longterm. Eventually, this stock is going to explode!
I live in suburban Phoenix, I have noticed RUSH and the e-water popping up in the local grocery stores over the past 6 - 8 mos. Right now, It is available at Safeway, just down the street from my home and has been flying off the shelves. Now, they don't stock it like Coke . . . But, it is selling.
My point? Hold em long . . . you're going to be rich!

The only thing I can think of is that people are scared and selling their shares before this thing hits 0.0001 and then goes to no bid. I wish I sold my shares a few months ago. Why won't this company do anything positive for the shareowners? It's very disappointing, I feel all the company does is use and abuse the shareholders. Are they going to dilute again just for good measure?

I am trying to build up shares again as I sold most of the ones I had ... made money .... I don't want to keep flippng it right now ... I want to own shares and keep them for bit a longer now . I think waiting weeks & few months will be very good .

I don't know if any of my orders at .0001 will ever get filled but I am certainly very pleased that I have some .0002 shares now .

Personally I think people who bought recently tiny bit higher are panincking and getting out at a loss . Foolish I think .

I just made more gain on " Juni " { now JUNIE } and NFI and NDN .

Bought Juni .0014 sold today .0025

Bought nfi 4.40 sold today 9.20

Bought ndn days ago when it slumped from panic to 9.75 and sold yesterday over 11.00 .

I'm still keeping a batch of Junie as I am sure it will go up from here easily .

Also I have another that should be selling either tomorrow or sometime next week where I will double my money .

And I think DCBI is to low right now ... Think I'll pick more of that up . But I know I need more rshn . Risk against gain it's a great bet .

No trio...what you "state" is a lot of crap. You're no different from a lot of tail wagging newbs who come in flashing an ever-diminished wad looking for bigger and better ways to lose it.

It's odd, for instance, that the only stocks you ever talk about are the crap stocks you lose at (even though you claim to have somehow magically and impossibly "flipped" the crap stock for profit as it's in a straight trajectory downwards). You never seem to talk about investing in the stocks that actually go up until after they have done so and you can go back and parse through them to retroactively find winners.

But here's a chance to prove me wrong. Post here what stocks you think are going to pop next week. That's easy enough...according to your retrospective announcements you've done nothing but make cash hand over fist since you got here, so your "spidey sense" must have a pretty fair lock on which stocks are good to buy on Monday. And don't tell me it's some kind of secret, because this thread is testimony to the fact that you aren't shy to talk about what you're in.

I guess we'll have to wait till next Friday's close to hear all about how you made several fortunes by buying at the exact lowest point and selling at the exact highest point of all the stocks that shot up...the week before.

And we'll get to spend the week listening instead to you pontificating over "risk/reward" and telling everyone how thrilling the treasure is that's buried in various shipwrecks, once these sunken ships magically dislodge from the slime at the bottom and float free, depositing untold wealth at the feet of all the wise folk who bought while they were rotting at the bottom of the lake. Oh goody.

But really...can you pick just one stock that's gonna pop next week? You don't have to reveal the numerous winners that'll be giving you 100 - 150%...all I'm asking for is one that will give a minor pop...not even a pop...just a polite belch, of say...30%? Can you do that?

- Just one caveat; I mean a stock that you can actually sell...not one that goes from .0001 to .0002 for a second, with you making the impossible claim that you somehow sold at the ask after buying at the bid, for 100% profit.

I haven't found one yet. But just this once, if I do, I'll post it for you.

When I find one, I usually go into it big. Sometimes I get stuck for a while, like DVLN, which I still think will pop in the next few weeks, and sometimes I pick up a quick winner. When there's a market meltdown I daytrade on the way down. I don't often lose much, because it makes more sense to run away with a 10% stop loss than to hang around and take a whaling. Nor do I make huge gains, because it makes more sense to take a 20% profit than to wait around for massive gains...the only exception to that rule is with subpennies.

What I rarely do is crazy glue my money to the bottom of a hole and spend the week dreaming loudly about how nice it'll be when it levitates out of the hole.

What I NEVER do is boast about all the winners I bet on last week, because I can't think of anything lamer and more ridiculous than that.

52 week low is .95 52 week hi is 1.23

Volume was 600k + on friday ..... This seems to be a more stable price range with conservative profit potential .

How many shares do you have of this one ? Whats your average share price ? How long have you been watching it .

Looks like heavy resistance at the 1.20 level to move down . So unless I'm mising something ... it looks more likely to move up from here .

The BRK.A shares are 100 K . Most expensive stock in the world . But I did buy a couple more BRK.B shares within the last three weeks when I saw them at 3,600 dolars a share . Their about 3.950 at the moment . I will sell them tomorrow I think .

Have you even tried Rush drinks yet ? They taste great . But more than that .. I love that they are healthy . I think that is a big plus on long term marketing side .

And I really don't care if you bash the stock . I want to see the price go down . Good luck Scotty and don't let me down .

Not much to tell really... It was back in February and the most anoying thing was Chili's did not have southwest egg rolls.

On a serious note... Chris has been keeping up where I left off and there is not much more to tell. There is alot going on behind the scenes and alot of news to come. We will all be pleasently surprised for hanging in there long and strong. Just think of it this way... if you thought the last run was anything, you have not seen anything yet!!
