Some more stuff about merger from another board:

talked to the company again just now. the guy said all the company and their partners shares will be restricted for one year. that means no dilution, which was my biggest fear. he said the float IS extremely low, and it has traded like it. he also said paperwork almost done, any day on merger completion. this one's gonna be HUGE!

Thank you for your interest. All though we have many items I would love to discuss we are just finishing the merger we have talked about for months and I am not at liberty to discuss until we have it wrapped up.
