Recently Sports Alumni had completed a joint marketing arrangement with Diversified Entertainment (DEP) to jointly create sports related entertainment assets for distribution to the mass retail markets and members of Sports Alumni's American Football Alumni.

The final terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The parties have agreed to structure the transaction to qualify as a tax free share exchange. Extensive review of the transaction has already been completed and the final closing is subject to approval of the final definitive agreements by both Boards of Directors. Additionally, all other required approvals must be obtained as needed and the transaction is subject the approval of a majority of the shareholders from both companies. There is no guarantee that the parties will reach a final agreement or that the transaction will close on the terms set forth as agreed in the letter of intent.

I caught Scotturd in midstream...had an order in for .0005 when it was 4x6. The order was accepted and didn't execute on the bid, then after it ran up to 10 I cancelled the order. It tells me it's pending cancellation and therefore has not released the funds back into the account yet, So I moved out of ST Elite to the website to cancel the order and now it says BUYS are not allowed on this security....so ST changed mid-day on this one because they are caught short again and too boot my "trade" is in limbo and sinced the original buy order hasn't been cancelled yet, funds are tied up. I called the TA to try and get the exact share structure but did not have any luck...According to the lady I talked to, due to company policy (First American Stock Transfer Inc.) she is not permitted to give out information on SPNI or any other security her company represents...Regardless, judging by the volume and how quick this moves, imo the float is probably close to what JimSC posted earlier...Imo with a merger PR this will fly ...What's that saying again???To the moon!!!lol

Happy is telling the truth. I had a chance to call late today and that was what I was told also TEX. I asked the same questions what was the OS AS etc. The guy told me that he wouldnt divulge the information on spni or any other security since it was the policy of the agency. That was as far as I got with it. TMAN...

Screw the IRS. I have a footlocker almost full of 1 oz. ingots and 10 oz. silver bars that my uncle left me when he passed away. I'm not even sure of it's full value yet. He grew up in the depression years and he never trusted banks, the govt., IRS, etc. I'll never put that anywhere that the IRS, a lawyer, the market, or anyone else can put a lien against it and get their greedy little hands on it. Looks like 0.0007 has become the new base. Some consolidation between 0.0007 and 0.001 is needed before a major jump. Just hold your shares tight and wait for the merger news.

well everyone, i spent the first 5 minutes after reading that pr panic selling 3 million shares (which i highly regret) with everyone else. still holding 7 million. r/s doesn't scare me, but restricted stock does. i spent the next 30 minutes trying to contact the company and have just spoken with the same source i have received all of my other information. he did clarify that ONLY the NEW stock issued to the company will be restricted for one year. OUR stock will continue to be free trading. he did tell me in the past that they planned on moving to a higher exchange, and it should have been apparent that they would not get there with such a large share structure. he said the new share structure will have 1.2 million o/s, which insiders own about half. that leaves a float of approx. 600k shares!!!! he said it would be difficult, if not impossible, for them to get institutional investors as things currently are. with the new share structure, and the move to higher exchange, they already have some institutions that are interested in buying once this all is complete. he said they have already applied to nasd and are just waiting on the new symbol to complete the transaction. i plan on adding to my current position and holding through the r/s. when this opens with 600k float, and all the attention it has already received, we should fly from here imo.

Thanks for the post....well, I dumped very low, and just bought back a few...basically what I dumped for, and got some BHUB, so hopefully between the two, I can get back where I was yesterday, SELL, that is, SELL, and be happy.
I appreciate all of the encouragement from everyone here! (If I hadn't wasted a day's vacation yesterday watching and trying to prevent just this kind of thing from happening, I probably wouldn't be quite so worked up)

I say we get back into the .002's before it drops! There was a couple of buys at the last second which could not paint the close at .002
People are going to see the value of the R/S once it has absorbed a little more. Yes, I was floored when it came out! Although I was away from the puter most of the day.
