I called the TA to try and get the exact share structure but did not have any luck...According to the lady I talked to, due to company policy (First American Stock Transfer Inc.) she is not permitted to give out information on SPNI or any other security her company represents...Regardless, judging by the volume and how quick this moves, imo the float is probably close to what JimSC posted earlier...Imo with a merger PR this will fly ...What's that saying again???To the moon!!!lol

Happy is telling the truth. I had a chance to call late today and that was what I was told also TEX. I asked the same questions what was the OS AS etc. The guy told me that he wouldnt divulge the information on spni or any other security since it was the policy of the agency. That was as far as I got with it. TMAN...

just wanna a crack at this TA--for one, I've had 'em trot that line out before...only to find out they were lying to protect a few clients...
For two: The bottom line is such a stance is bad for business...

Screw the IRS. I have a footlocker almost full of 1 oz. ingots and 10 oz. silver bars that my uncle left me when he passed away. I'm not even sure of it's full value yet. He grew up in the depression years and he never trusted banks, the govt., IRS, etc. I'll never put that anywhere that the IRS, a lawyer, the market, or anyone else can put a lien against it and get their greedy little hands on it. I can cash them in a few at a time without the govt. any the wiser.

Hey, Tman, looks like you will be a big winner. Last time, it took 30 mm shares to get to 0.001. This time it takes only 9 mm shares. The float is gone, this will be very good -- it could easily get to 0.004 when the real PR comes out within one week.

Hey Jim. It's a gamble. Please don't listen to anybody to play your game. My original suggestion was to get in at 0.0004 and hold it until the PR comes out, regardless of the swings.

Sherri, I agree with selling when you make money. My only question is why does leaving money on the table hurt so much? LOL. I left 35 large on the table with usxp last year. I am just now getting over that. And to top it off I made a nice chunk on top of that. LOL. TMAN...
