If you look at the daily & weekly volume, it's gone through the roof since the beginning of the month and at this point I don't beleive the float is only 21M. Looks more like the company is diluting the piss out of this, maybe through HDSN or there is some serious shorting going on. Either way, I gotta say, I'm not a very happy camper here. It's just not looking good lately. HDSN is still dumping big time at below price. It driving the pps down like crazy. A buyers market though. A good PR will turn things around.

I believe she's getting ready to rise again. A huge 500k buy at .0153 and more huge buys in the queue, up to .0157 already. Maybe we have seen the last of the HDSN dumping, this thing may be headed for .10 today or at least .02

Abe, what's wrong with your eyes, you don't see the huge 500k buy? That's the largest single trade in over a week. Another 250K at .0155, something's up.

Wow, almost 3M traded already! Maybe the Nettel Holdings deal is coming through?!!! Their ticker symbol is NTTL.OB and their website is http://www.nettelholdings (dot com). They're doing well and if the deal goes through, it should be a VERY GOOD thing for us. Check out the PR below that gave the details back in February.
Atlantis Business Development Corporation Inc. Announces Signing of LOI to Sell Subsidiary, EFTAS to Nettel Holdings, Inc., and Issue Stock Dividend to Shareholders Upon Transaction Closing Friday February 23, 9:00 am ET MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 23, 2007 -- Atlantis Business Development Corporation, Inc. (OTC BB:ABSD.OB - News) is pleased to announce that the company has executed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Nettel Holdings, Inc. to sell the rapidly growing Atlantis wholly owned subsidiary, EFTAS Employment Program.
The letter of intent calls for Nettel to obtain a majority ownership of EFTAS in exchange for completing the design and development, as well as providing ongoing technical support for the operation of the website. The site will be a job posting website, designed for the exclusive use of military personnel in their job search, as they return to the civilian job market, in their local communities. Under the terms of the transaction, Atlantis shareholders will receive a stock dividend of 1 share of EFTAS, for every 1 share of Atlantis stock held. This dividend represents potential added value for Atlantis shareholders, as they will continue to participate in the upside growth and success of EFTAS. Nettel Holdings is a fast growing technology holding company, developing one-of-a-kind technology solutions, which are primarily focused on the VoIP Industry. Nettel Holdings is known for turning innovative ideas into thriving companies. A public company since 2003, it is only natural for such a forward-thinking technology innovator to want to help our soldiers. EFTAS (Employment for the Armed Services) supports our military men and women, seeking civilian employment, as they return to their local communities at the conclusion of their military service. EFTAS, with the help of the broad community and business partner support, will make a difference for our soldiers. Atlantis President Tim DeHerrera commented that, "We are truly glad and pleased to be able to place the future of EFTAS in the hands of such an extremely capable firm as Nettel Holdings, Inc. In addition, Atlantis is happy to be able to reward its shareholders with the potential for ongoing shareholder value, via the EFTAS stock dividend."

I don't believe it was all shorting, it just wouldn't drop that low so quickly day after day at what seem to be consistently for almost a month. I think it was part diluting and maybe the ex CEO or some major investor pulling out. Either way it has diluted the shares some. If it has stopped, then we will see a steady rise in the pps, but slowly. Another good PR would attract major investors and drive the pps up even faster and back to the .70+ level.
10 cents here we come!!

Just keeping it real here. I've been in since .052 and buying more every time the PPS has gone lower, which has been like almost every day it seems. With such a large early spike in the volume this morning I was hoping that the Nettal deal was finalized. I made some calls and sent some e-mails to Atlantis Business Development and Nettel. Didn't get warm fuzzies from the phone numbers listed in ABSD's PR's such as no answer, wrong companies, numbers transposed, answering machines that sounded like private residences, etc. Never actually spoke with a human. I did speak with a few folks at Nettal, but got the cold shoulder. No one seemed to know anything or wouldn't say. Anyway, with that said, I bailed at .0145 and immediately the price shot up, go figure. I'm still glad I got out though. Maybe my loss is your gain, but play it safe. GLTA
