MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/23/07 -- Atlantis Business Development Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB: ABSD) is pleased to announce that the company has executed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Nettel Holdings, Inc. to sell the rapidly growing Atlantis wholly owned subsidiary, EFTAS Employment Program.
The letter of intent calls for Nettel to obtain a majority ownership of EFTAS in exchange for completing the design and development, as well as providing ongoing technical support for the operation of the website. The site will be a job posting website, designed for the exclusive use of military personnel in their job search, as they return to the civilian job market, in their local communities.-------------- this statement indicates the web site is under developement? is it up? I honestly dont know! maybe assumed too much there? but the fact remains NO CASH appears to be changing hands here, basicaly gave away this " rapidly growing subsidiary " for nothing! ( my nephew could build a kick azz web site after school o in a couple of weekends! LOL! )

yeah so nothing about EFTAS is doing anything right now in the hands of ABSD...
Its like you have a car that doesnt work, you give it to a mechanic to fix it and keep it running but you still get to drive it now and then. If you didnt make the deal it would be a heap in the backyard.

I can only laugh at you, please come to me and rubbe me your profits in my face :-)) ABSD is for 0.019 now. I tried to warn people, when it was for 0.05, that its POS. What a stupid Pump Thread you created here. Why it should rebound its beyond sense. See next week how much is ABSD worth.

I hhould have sole at .027 my break even point. Well I just averaged down again to .024, so I'm in too deep now. I still say it's going to pick up, just not sure how long that will take. It seem that the CEO may still be dumping. He must have had a boatload.

Yah, I'm getting the crap beat out of me on this one, so I averaged down today as well. Last year was so.....good and this year (so far) has been so......bad. Is it me or is it slim pickings this year for runners? Would like to see green for a change.

If correct I do not see this going very much lower. When I saw the chart I could not resist. I snagged 95k at .0165 Thats all they gave me. Had a 200k order in.
Would like to see this one bounce hard.
Time and sales after lunch today. I see my .0165 gave them to me in five partials.

Moving now, but someone is still playing with it. At .019 someone sold 100*.017 that's $1.70.
