ABSD has been dropping every since the CEO resigned back on Feb 26/27, but it seems to be leveling off now around .02. I think once things stabilize in the company, it will start to climb again. When the details of the stock dividend is unveiled and the sale of its subsidiary EFTAS is complete, this thing will shoot back up into the .10's range again. $$$

Me too! Oddly enough, the lower this goes, the better the chart looks for a bounce. The entire float has changed hands this month or so it would seem. Daily volume keeps getting higher and higher while the PPS keeps getting lower and lower. To think that this was at a 52 Wk. high of $8.00 last April. What's changed other than the CEO? i know it looks like its doomed, but i have seen this before, look at wtro.. it did the same thing over .40 to .03 before rebounding to .07 plus..
i dont know if this will happen here, but there are more to the penny market than what it appears. remember that mm's have to make a market and have most likely absorbed a butt load of shares during this. They all have a bottom.. just very difficult to find them i still think it turns very soon. and it will breathe. risky play here.

My thought here...
Ex-CEO held 15mil of the 20mil o/s. My guess is he has been dumping since he resigned (this coincides with the start of the drop). Others that have the stock are dumping too due to panic selling. Question is, who the heck is buying all of these shares?
Well, if someone wants to sell, and there is no one that wants to buy, market makers (as a requisite of their position as a market maker) must buy when someone wants to sell, if there is no matching buy order from another trader. It's how they make the market. Otherwise, all this would come to a grinding halt, right?
Take "black monday" in the 80's, for instance. People were dumping everything they owned once the market started to crash. Who the heck was buying then? You guessed it, MM's. No one else was there to buy, so they had to, and you can bet that they were hocking everything they owned to keep the market from completely imploding. While that is an extreme example, it's true of any stock that is being dumped. Think about IGAI, PHEI, BANY, or any of the big diluters, who is buying those shares when they dump millions into the market? You know, the MM's...
It's the same premise when a stock is going crazy on a run. There are not always sellers to fill the orders when a stock runs on high volume and the price gets crazy. Sometimes, there just arent the shares in the float to purchase, yet, the stock keeps going. So, who is selling then? Do you really need to guess, yes, it's the MM's. And what are they doing in this case? Naked shorting. It's the only way the markets can work down here. They buy when the have to, and they sell when they have to. When they are loaded up, they run the stock to offload the inventory and make money. When they short a stock, they kill the price to buy back cheaper, and make money. Rinse, and repeat...
So, what does this have to do with ABSD, skip? Bring it back to the first paragraph... "If the CEO is dumping all of those shares, who is buying?" The MM's are buying, and at this point, they are loaded up. So, to me, that means that at some point here, they will run this up to offload the inventory...
All that said, I grabbed some today. Been watching since it started dropping. I missed bottom by a little, but I will average down if needed. As I sincerely think that the MM's are loaded up, and they are going to need to offload at some point. You can bet they won't do it at this level. I like it to bounce soon, and the above explanation, is why...

If the CEO is dumping like crazy, it would seem that there's just no logical reason for doing this unless he is trying to make the company look worst than it really is. If this is the case then once he is done dumping, thing will get back to normal very quickly and the PPS will climb to the moon. I would guess that it will top .10 before this week is over.

They had a R/S back in Aug 2006 where it then went down to .45 then topped 1.11 i Oct, then 1.15, and 1.60 until Feb 27 when the CED resigned. So why did it go up to $1.60 if it is not worth a dime.

Well boys, she popped a bit today (as predicted ) if you bought at .018 yesterday and sold at .027 today, you did good.
At this point, it either pops up big time, or they kill it again. Look at the chart, they have popped it up a bit every few days, then continue the slaughter, might get slaughtered, or run, but, watch for the pops either way, they'll be there. Or, they will run it hard, either way, MM's have shares, and they aren't selling without making money.

I don't believe it was all shorting, it just wouldn't drop that low so quickly day after day at what seem to be consistently for almost a month. I think it was part diluting and maybe the ex CEO or some major investor pulling out. Either way it has diluted the shares some. If it has stopped, then we will see a steady rise in the pps, but slowly. Another good PR would attract major investors and drive the pps up even faster and back to the .70+ level.

Just keeping it real here. I've been in since .052 and buying more every time the PPS has gone lower, which has been like almost every day it seems. With such a large early spike in the volume this morning I was hoping that the Nettal deal was finalized. I made some calls and sent some e-mails to Atlantis Business Development and Nettel. Didn't get warm fuzzies from the phone numbers listed in ABSD's PR's such as no answer, wrong companies, numbers transposed, answering machines that sounded like private residences, etc. Never actually spoke with a human. I did speak with a few folks at Nettal, but got the cold shoulder. No one seemed to know anything or wouldn't say. This is going to be huge. It appears that HDSN is intentionally driving the price down with 5-10k sells in timely bursts so that he can buy large quanties of 200-300k. He's loading up for the big run that's sure to come. Maybe the EFTAS/Nettel deal.

Just my own observation Abe. I could be wrong, but there seem to be a pattern. I have noticed that whenever HDSN bring the price down it is followed by a huge 200-300k buy. HDSN then disappears and the pps slowly rises until the cycle repeats.

IN MY OPINION; filing was received as intended (honest but negative) eftas in negotiations- per pr on Feb 23- 1 share eftas for every 1 share absd- as of today that would mean an eftas float of 5m- when transaction closes. Now, these 2 "employees" have money($4million loss? C'mon,where did the money come from?) and, they are going to make alot of money from eftas-inital and residual. Basically, they already know when eftas will close and haven't told us yet. First they want to buy as much if not all of the 5m o/s off the crappy filing. Now this WILL turn into a short squeeze when they pr the sale of eftas- there will be alot of FTD shares.
Sounds a little grassy knoll- but information manipulation is the key to penny stocks;"buy on rumor, sell on news"

Eftas will be a 1 for 1 split-- owned majority by Nettle o/s 37m float 16m (not confirmed).60 eod. good parallel play (have seen it .53 - .70 in last 10 days) so...5m ABSD to 5m Eftas- nettle is a holding co.-- holding shares of a subsidary just starting out is worth free money on the initial run-up. I do believe after the sale is completed- atlantis will be a shell awaiting buy out or r/m. I doubt atlantis left themselves exposed to the loss of minority shares in eftas- they could buy the o/s of absd in a month for less than $100k on open market. remember...these 2 "employees" shelled out over $4m loss last year. If this is the case, good strategy. I would want to own all absd shares of new co. too. Then have a recently outside audit for the last 2 yrs. leaving me with a clean shell I can make money off of, and chasing the next oppurtunity. either way, a good short squeese if you go for the meat of it

Same way as WGLT,soon toxic filling,dilution till 0,0001. if you watch its balance sheet they are air, just air. i was luky going out of this. and im here just for boredom i dont think in catch this,there are better plays imo this a EWDC right now are the worst.both have ups and downs but now people know what they are and the spikes doesnt come till very low levels from here under 0,10 of course

I think small flips- FTD's trying to cover from recent past, new interest buyer's, a little front loading before the squeeze. This is attractive on the eftas dividend alone. At both will happen roughly the same time.
terence I have to disagree w/you. WGLT is not really like ABSD at all. Atlantis is pretty close to being a shell. I believe after the eftas deal with nettle- it will be sold as a shell, or dissolved.imo The filing says it all. on the other hand- dilution would give them a little more money to blow- trying to find out about the the 2 "employees"- insights there I think.
