I'm not hating this PR at all. I think they'll hit a home run with Apple Rush after swinging and missing with the Colas.

Apple Rush Finds Juicy Success at ExpoWest

PrintE-mailDisable live quotesRSSDigg itDel.icio.us

Last Update: 2:52 PM ET Mar 21, 2007

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Mar 21, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RSHN) is pleased to inform it's stockholders that the Organic 100% Juice Apple Rush line was a sparkling success at the Expo West in Anaheim, CA. Attendance at the Expo, the world's largest natural food show, was up 10% to over 47,000 trade personnel. Their response to the six flavor line was overwhelming; Buyers from Distributors and Retail Chains immediately authorized the line.
Attendees widely praised the company's Organic 100% Juice beverages. Many people who sampled them stated that the Original Apple was better than Martenelli's(R), and taste testers were openly smitten with both the Pomegranate Apple and Strawberry Apple flavors, in addition to the appealing look of the products. Frequently heard was the comment that IZZE(R) and Knudsens(R) do not hold any comparison to the taste of the Apple Rush line.
A Company spokesman stated, "We're bottling 5 truckloads of the 6 Apple Rush beverages soon, and have great expectations for the line. The company has orders from coast to coast as well as Canada and Puerto Rico, and we firmly believe it is because of three basic yet important things; our product is Organic, has broad consumer appeal due to superior packaging, and tastes great, better than the competition."
Robert Corr, RushNet CEO further stated, "Organic foods and beverages are a $5 Billion category, with growth of 20% in the last year(a). RushNet's timing on this product couldn't be better. We're shipping samples daily to the many distributors and retailers who showed interest at the most recent trade shows. ExpoWest was a fabulous event for RushNet, and I believe it to be the best response so far for a new product introduction."
Additionally, the Company is in discussions with two regional bottlers, who now hold Organic Certification, in order to expand its production across the U.S. for the Apple Rush line. More capital will be needed for new production locations and the Company is seeking private placement capital at this time.
The e-water(TM) label redesign and new carton design are progressing, as is the government approval in Japan for marketing the product there. The Company received notification this week from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that e-water(R) is now a Registered Trademark (Reg. No. 3,218,693), owned by RushNet, Inc.
Martenelli's(R), IZZE(R) and Knudsens(R) are Registered Trademarks of each of their respective companies.

Let us hope this brings in some new money and gets it moving a little bit. I agree there are a few things here that could pan out, but would love to hear about some of the things we have been waiting on. Like why does Garden say the deal is done when you call them and then they refer you to Bob... then RSHN refers you to the new IR company. Something is going on there...

Better than nothing, but not very inspirational. May keep us from hitting .0004 for a few days, but sure won't take us to .002.

Corr, we need more!!! Oof, an unintentional rhyme.

I'd vote for you Robbie. Corr needs to stay in the beverage laboratory, cranking out the goods. He doesn't seem to care about the PPS, we need someone running this thing who does.

I would love to see someone like Robbie take over the buisness end of RSHN. We would vault to a nickle quickly, even with the massive float. Keep Corr where he belongs, designing new drinks, he really is good at that.

I ordered Applerush, Apple Rasberry Rush and some Rush Cola. They were just delivered to the house by DHL. So far, my orders have taken 3 day to get to me. They were also going to slip in a couple of apple cherry for me to sample.

I guess DHL is who they used to send it.

Held on for a slight gain today, not much volume though. Hopefully we'll get a PR of substance pretty soon.

Greetings to all who are still waiting for this cow to come home like myself. Many of you have read my posts throughout the last 13 months through the run up last year and then after, know that I dont spout off to often nor do I post all that often, but I do read these threads everyday and hear everyones opinions and remember who said what.

Well throughout the last year and all the various threads, I remember the very first thread and the person who brought this stock to me. His name was JoeMillion and through his DD I made quite a bit of money and then let a good portion of it slip away because I fell in love with a stock. I was new to this and it was my very first venture into Pennyland. Back then there were posters like LilPennyPincher, Jelly, Matto, JimSC, and various others but ya know something kind of strange. There are quite a few folks posting here now that were not a part of the thread 13 months ago but make believe that they were. They speak as if they are the chairman of a Fortune 500 company today yet are banking their entire futures on the Pennys.

Now I am not saying I know for fact that they are FOS, but what 43 years of working for a living and being a business owner myself has taught me is that if it looks like a turd, and it smells like a turd, then 99% of the time it is a turd.

Well I am going to step out and say there are a few turds floating around in the ole' RSHN toliet bowl and I along with others am tired of hearing them say with one breath how they arent worried about this stock and then the next preaching as if they feel they should be the CEO of RSHN. Now if this is an insult to anyone in particular than to damn bad because this is my opinion and I for one am tired of you acting like you are the Chairman of the AllStocks RSHN board. You never said a word last year until long after JoeMillion, jelly, Lil, and others left, and then at that time you became a Cheerleader.

Now if you are the CEO of some highly profitable company in Europe then you must be the most bored CEO on the face of Gods Green Earth. Every business person who I know that is in a position of responsiblity and authotiry over/with their company would NEVER spend a minute of their time on Penny Stocks, let alone LIVE here on a daily basis complaining about one CEOs decisions versus their own opinions. I am sorry for being so vocal with this post but I have sat back and taken what you have said in with each day that has passed and kept quiet and laughed at you with your comments, but enough is enough and I just wanted to speak my piece.

I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE THE LAST RUN UP and I am not making anything up. I wish we could go back in time and get the first thread that locked up and I would prove it to anyone who doesnt know what I am saying to be the truth.

Now after reading your own post ........practice what you preach!

I do apologize to those who find my post offensive to their friend which I am leaving nameless. I havekept quiet for a very long time and will do so again but enough is enough.

I still believe in RSHN and will continue to do so even if it does take the 18 months Bob said it would in his last webcast interview.

To those of you who are going to lash out at me for saying what many have been thinking like myself.....Well to you, all I have to say is I am sorry if I hurt youre feelings or offended you, but I HAVE been reading and posting in these threads for over a year and many here can verify I am telling the truth.

GO RSHN and Go Strong.

As always GLTA and have a wonderful weekend!

Chklingon I believe what ACKCANE was referring to was..... Is it a common practice for DHL, FedEx, or any other carrier in this counrty, to call their customers when they deliver a package to their house? I know I receive quite a few packages on a weekly basis containing repair parts for machinery I am working on and I NEVER get a call when they leave me a package.

If you do in fact get this kind of treatment, is it an additional cost or are you just using the "Hold for PickUp" option on the AirBill because that is the only way I am aware of that they will phone you to pick something up? That is the method I use when I get shipments with Laser optics or control boards. I believe this is what ACKCANE meant and is the way I took it myeslf when I read your post.

Hey, regardless.....You have a great weekend and let everyone know if you like the Raspberry flavored Apple Rush drink. I am thinking of ordering some for myself!

GO RSHN!!!

Hi Chrispy, good to hear from ya. Just honest opinions and not mindless bashing like we have endured for months. Good to know you are still in the background and waiting quietly for anaother run and perhaps one day even more.

Sorry for the confusion about DHL, I went back and reread and agree. HOWEVER, I live in the country and have a gate on the drive. The guy called to see how to get past the gate and where to leave it at the house

Drank an RC tonight, God I love those things. They also slipped me one each of Strawberry, Pomegranet, Black Cherry, and Cranberry. I will let you know as we try them this weekend what I think.

Of important note is that the cap has the USDA mark as does the label. It looks like they got approval (I hope) from the USDA. The other two marks are there also. Need to find out what PARVE is.

Edited: I have already tried the raspberry. Wife made me order a dozen more and me and daughter are under penalty of death if we touch them. lol Yeah, they are good. I would encourage everyone to try the apple thingys, so far I am very impressed with them. I think the "fluff" comments are for real about everyone loved them.

Going to dig a fox hole and watch.... sorry Chrispy. If I have offended you Chris, send me a PM and let me know. I hate open warfare but can always use constructive criticism.

chklingon-

Parve means that it does not contain any meat or dairy ingredients.
All fruits, grains and vegetables in their natural state are Kosher and Parve.

In other words, it's Kosher.

Chklingon, my friend I am in no way upset with you or Wit or any other person who posts on this site and act in a positive non-manipulative way. Others who speak one way out of one side of their face and then when they forget what they said the day before and start to speak out the other side of their mouth, they contradict themselves for all to see. Personally I would call these kind of folks bi-polar or dip****s.

Folks like yourself and Wit as well as many others have been nothing but supportive and positive folks to have around this site. I enjoy your vacation tidbits, reviews of flavors, and the general sharing you do with everyone here. Heck I dont even mind the occasional basher who pops in because they bring in their view so that we can see this from all sides and views.

I think it was perfectly clear where my gripe was focused and I stand behind my coments. I do not try to be grandious and try to make my comments useful and well thought out. As I said before I could be wrong but I am no fool. I am just very tired of reading the rantings of someone who claims to be a successful businessman/owner, yet finds countless hours in his busy business filled day to be so deeply engrained in a single bomb of the SubPenny Stock Market. He then follows with daily rantings about how much better he is than the CEO himself. He is believing in his own BS and that is ashame....hell it makes me feel extremely sorry for the sorry bloak.

I dont doubt for a moment that he will continue on with his BS, but I will offer this last thing and then I will put myself on mute...... Dont believe everything you hear from ANYONE on message boards.

I have met some folks at a convention a few years back and you would be surprised how many of them had blown themselves up to be grander than thou kind of folks. Yet when you met them in person you see someone completely different and full of BS. Anyone can claim to be this or that and they are nothing but full of BS in the end.

I could be all wrong but as I said b4......I dont think I am and I stand behind my statements earlier.

To all of my fellow RSHN shareholders...I wish you all a great springtime weekend!

GO RSHN!

Chris

Hmmm, the only thing I see as being grandiose around here is your huge posts. [Smile]

Why would you question someone's honesty that you have never really dealt with. Or have you?

I don't see it as being a contradiction to be excited about the possibilities of this company, but to be disappointed in the management at times. I think this board is also a place to commiserate. Are we all suppose to be dishonest about the way we feel whenever crap PR's are released time and time again, with virtually no new sales. And who's to say that Robbie, or someone else couldn't be a better CEO than Corr. After all, we know what Corr has done and I don't think many people would do much worse.

Hey one last post before I shut up.

LeeRoyboy....I said it before and i will say it again....I did not mean to step on anyones toes but the one and only who knows who he is. That is all. If I offended you I do apologize but not for speaking my mind but for stepping on your poster boy and inadvertantly hurting your feelings. Sorry dewd but live with my long posts.......they are few and far between.

To all the rest..... Im not seeking any kudos for being ballsy enough to come out and speak the truth. Theres only so much any one person can take and I have had my fill of the so called businessman from Europe. This dewd speaks better slang than I do and I am a corn fed midwesterner who would like to meet this podunk face to face. I hate liars and cheats. But ya know something I do NOT hate Bob Corr and ya know why? The guy has stuck it out through thick and thin over many years trying to get this to fruition and he will do it. He may not do it in the time frame that makes everyone here happy but I doubt seriously if he is doing this on any of our behalfs (sp?). He is a midwestener himself and he obviously has the gumption to accept the lows and keep on plugging away until he hits pay dirt! GO BOB!!!

Look I have just gotten home from working a 13 hour shift after being called in to work in the middle of the night but ya know something? Through 6 or 7 beers and reading LeeRoys slams against me........I still hold true to what I said before and I call out the one who thinks hes all that. I am from Illinois just like RSHN is and I will tell ya what.......we arent quitters here no matter what some schmucks say. This is a state where unions are still strong, military folks are held in high esteem, and the working man can drink as many beers as he damn so chooses and still have the clarity to see through the BS that some try to sling at him.

Im proud to ba an American, a RSHN shareholder, and an ex-serviceman from Illinois.

GO RSHN!!!!

I have been into this since it was invented and I drove to Wyoming to meet the man with the vision. Its now in the charge of a man named Kenneth LeSure who happens to be the retired Vice President of Halliburton. It is the real deal because I witnessed it myself and I have photos to prove it. I dont bullsheet anyone and I dont lead my friends astray. These guys are happening this year finally after 5 long azz years but watch what happens.

AR I hope hits the bigtime but PDRT will make you wealthy beyond your wildest dreams when its finished.

Watch and you shall see...........

AckCane....man, one can only stand to smell a dirty diaper for so long before ya rip it off the kid and wash his ass with bleach.....lol

In this case 10 months of braggin himself up and acting like he is the RSHN overlord was enough. Ive had enough and I want to see these posts go back to what they should be....talking up RSHN and keeping opinions of how this company should be run to yourself. Negativity never has fostered the growth of anything. A real team mate will not talk badly about their coach but rather stand behindhim through thick and thin if that is what you believe in and not sway your post one way or the other.

Hold your ground people and do not let the nay sayers get the better of you!

This IS a real company with REAL products that are actually improving rather than going the opposite direction. If you must cut your losses please do so without slamming anyone and watch from the sidelines. Personally I am in for the long haul because deep inside I truely believe Corr will finally come through.

These are only my personal opinions and I have a buzz so do whatever makes ya feel good!

Oh yeah...have a wonderful weekend everyone!!!

GO RSHN...!!!

I assure you that my feelings aren't hurt, but it seems clear that your's might be. I did not mean to slam anyone. On the contrary, I mearly wanted to point out that just because people talk up the company, and admit frustration with the management doesn't mean that they are manipulators, or pumpers or dumpers, or bashers. Your comments about Robbie on the other hand are near slanderous, perhaps that is why you are careful not to mention his name.

My comment about your long posts was meant as a joke, but dang, they are all long, sorry "dewd".

O.K. tried the new Black Cherry Apple Rush tonight. It has a kind of wine taste and the black cherry closes strong in a lingering taste. Wife, Teenage daughter and myself gave it three very enthusiastic thumbs up. Another winner drink. I have three more to go, will let you know as I taste them.

Trying to pick more up. Triple 0 six seems to be a magic number for many stocks to turn around imo.

Unfortunately, looks like lots of sellling. However 6 is still the going number as it has been for a while. CLYP seems to be gone, so Bob may truely be done with dilution for now. (As he told someone he was) Also lots of new MM's showing up.

Volume is nice to see though, but lots of 5's waiting to jump in.

Forgive my inexperience, but what is CLYP? I'm new to the game and keep seeing this term. I've been long in RUSH as well. Hoping for that great day to make a few bucks.

CLYP is a Market Maker. They are really CARLIN EQUITIES. They appear to have been selling 1B (yup with a B) over the past several months for the company. (Dilution) It appears for now that they are finally done and now we can see what the next run will bring.
