If you don't think Sandy isnot going to try to pump the pps between now and April then thats what you think I think he will and if it look good to me I am going to bail there I said it.
Can you stop this from happening the answer is no. It is going to happen as sure as the sun is going to come up. So it is tme to start thinking how you are going to get out of this.

I see 2 posiilities with BKMP vs. BKMPP:
a) No news and no rally in BKMP would lead BKMPP holders to not converting, as it only makes sense if BKMP is over 0.0015 to sell some or all BKMP to swap for the same or greater stake in BKMP through restricted shares.
b) News in BKMP during the next 2+ months, and a Rally in BKMP: Then BKMPP holders would be willing to accept converting some or all their BKMPP after selling some or all BKMP shares 0ver 0.0015 $.
In my case: I won't buy 1 single restricted share through conversion of my BKMPP shares, unless I see a 0.0025$ PPS or higher. In that case, I would sell enough BKMP shares to get the money needed to pay the conversion.
One that bought BKMP shares prior to the dividend, and held his BKMP shares, needs to sell *0.0015 or higher, to get enough money for the conversion, and he would then have the same stake in BKMP (if every BKMPP is converted), but through restricted shares. So, the PPS needs to go way enough over 0.0015 to encourage more people to convert their shares.

Sheeeeeesh.........Ya can't pump a stock that is being diluted to over 100 BILLION shares for a 20% stake in TFN................with no guarantee of shared revenues OR EARNINGS!!!!!!! BURN................no dilution,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....Creating new shares out of thin air (restricted preferred) IS DILUTION PERIOD!......up to 136 BILLION of them. IT bIS TIME TO STOP BEING TREATED LIKE SECOND CLASS DUMMIES by SW and TFN owners. Badmouthing may not get me anywhere but neither will bending over... I don't care what they PR .......149 BILLION shares for 20% of a holding co is WORTHLESS and TFN gets the $$$$$$$$$$$$ This is crap! IMO

Listen folks, I'm a strong supporter of this opportunity at 13.6 Billion shares..........I value our share at takeover at between 10 and 20 mil right now! With growth ...more. I like the Biz plan ..the BRAND growth...the revenue streams to TFN...the market niche....the affiliations and Biz partners the potential etc. ................BUT ............I see my BKMP being seriously compromised through HUGH POTENTIAL DILUTION....and all sale funds go to TFN (who?)Someone needs to be checked! Bond......... I would like to see SEC involved as with CKYS I mean how low can people go ... and how much lower can this go... I do not believe that Mgmt actions are in the best interest of shareholders and I believe there is a fiduciary responsibility there. Shareholders should demand explanations for such ridiculous and potentially devastating plans. I personally will not support TFN or its expansion to US markets..We do not need any more non-reporting, non-transparent, diluting, shareholder averse, companies in the USA. I'll stand corrected if someone can show me otherwise! How about you Sandy..By the way For the last year I have been a STRONG SUPPORTER of BKMP...not with recent silence and shareholder paid DILUTION.

I agree so if it must be we should file a complaint if there was a class action I would be happy to follow and sign a complaint and proceed with action.
We can demand all we want perhaps we should get a letter of demand to gether and email it to Sandy and wait and see how he responds

3. The preferred shares will have there own CUSIP number and trade separately under their own symbol as preferred shares -- different from the common shares.
4. NO, this is not an option; this is an outright grant to all shareholders. You have to do nothing, they will appear in your account a few weeks to a month after the 15th. I can't tell when they will appear; that is up the DTCC in New York and your brokerage firm.
5. The value of the shares is whatever the market assigns to the shares, it is a free market and they will assign a fair value to them. I can't tell you what it will be; that is not up to me.
6. A preferred shares is a non-voting stock that is similar to a debt instrument.
7. If you are a shareholder now you have common shares.
8. The preferred shares will be free trading shares.
9. A new symbol will be assigned by the NASD some time in the future; again I can't tell you when but we are anticipating some time this month.
10. The ex-dividend date will be set by the NASD, and as long as you own the common shares of BKMP on the ex-dividend date you will be a shareholder of record and you will be entitled to the dividend.
11. You will not be diluted by this dividend, because the preferred shares are non-convertible and non-voting; they do not affect the outstanding common shares of the company and as they will trade under a totally separate symbol your present common shares will continue to trade under the symbol of BKMP.

I e-mailed soon after this plan was announced with concerns and have heard NOTHING........so it appears that what I have been ranting about is on target...At least that is how I read it.. the BKMP silence and the no response to email.

Hey Bond... Look at the bright side, we're not on forum boards of stocks that we don't own, never will, and think are not good, wasting OUR time every single day. Talk about not having a life. I'm not upset with BKMP at all, I'd be debating the reason's your here, much like I was 3 weeks ago before this news came out that dropped us 1 tick. Really no big deal. No matter how low BKMP goes, I'll always know in my mind that I don't visit stock boards just to annoy my fellow man. Some people get off on other people being down. I don't.
I actually appreciate the people that are nice and give the negative sides of things with the company, but if you just go back and read all your postings, it's like a kid in 5th grade that gets off on picking on people and seeing them unhappy. Sure signs of major insecurity. Period. No other reason for you to be here. Sorry, man... You should probably see a shrink and find out what will make you happy because you spending your free time doing this just shows you like to see other people hurt. All joking aside, it's pretty F'd up man. I'd rather be broke than have that sort of attitude. Even if you just consider it a joke, you do it all the time and all it does is add unnecessary stress to people that are here looking for real info, good or bad. No one's here to be belittled.

i agree with you kilerb, and what i dont agree with you on is BKMP being desireable in the next few weeks. we have been told that fall 06 is "the time for BKMP" then it was TFN carrier news in USA by christmas, and then it was jan, then feb,
does anyone else see the pattern here? im sure sooner or later if someone keeps guessing they may get it right.
this stock is reminding me more and more of QBID...exact same promises of carriers, billions and billions of shares, and the slow death spiral of the stock price. how am i wrong on the QBID comparison?

Kilerb, Oh, I am bitter and negative! and I only hold 10 million shares many which I bought low...I stand to lose money on this investment and I cannot believe that SW would be so stupid as to try to kill BKMP for a few bucks ......and TARNISH the great things going on at TFN. TFN has a Sandy Winick/Mike Garrow identity and now appears no better than any other pink scam artist! Instead of taking the high road (becoming more transparent, fully reporting, share repurchase, etc) look what he did........IT's UNBELIEVABLE! If he pulled this scam off the board tomorrow I'd be back in the fold...love the old BKMP but SW>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>NO TRUST...NO RESPECT!!!

I think if we hit a big USA carrier, people will throw A LOT of money at this. It will be before the restriction is up I would bet. As a matter of fact, I did bet. So the O/S should be the same as it was a few months ago and today when that happens.
