Jimmy, no... These shares are restricted until a year from the end date. So the O/S is not going to be effected until they are tradeable. Now, if I'm wrong, let me know. But, that's what many have said elsewhere. I'm sure this can be figured out pretty easily.

Max, yep... He hasn't replied. I know a lot of people have. He did say let the PR's speak for themselves. Hopefully he'll put something else out sooner than later. Not really sure, but I do think we'll move in the not too distant future.
P.S. Friends don't let friends turn into losers that have nothing better to do with their freetime than post about a stock all day and argue with people about a stock they have no interest in. However PD... I must admit, I'm quite fond of your "burry your head like an ostrich" defense here. Ignoring what I'm saying and just continuing your little tantrum is working out just right for ya. For those who haven't read it on Ihub, somebody made a point that the TA is making the money off of the conversion and not Sandy, so it takes a little bit of the "scam" element out of the equation. We just have to convince Sandy that this move will hurt us, not help. If enough people email Sandy about the worries, he will have to PR some answers. I'm sure something is being crafted as we speak.

TA stands to make 20.4 million...hmmmmmm if all convert. I dont think so Sandy has found a way to pay for CDs and BKMPs share of a buyout if that is in the works after preferreds are gone. BKMP is of no further use to TFN owners Garrow and Winnick......so they turn it into cash and by letting it self-dilute.....then who cares? Do not have to share profits and shareholders have payed up to 20 mil for their share of a buyout down the road..... Kilerb......I don't care when they lose restricted status...if they existas common they dilute... restricted or not

First of all, not many people who are hip to the move are going to convert, and if you think about it, $150 to convert 1 billion shares is not a lot of money. If the TA is legit, it is a reasonable fee. Sandy would have made a lot more money diluting into a run on contract PRs, than he could make on this move. And a 13 billion share O/S doesn't indicate that he is ready to trash this symbol. It is far from a QBID situation. I predict some damage control PRs. BKMP has too much potential for at least one more big run, to trash it for .00015 per share. And he's still got over a year before he has to deal with the debs. Why not wait and see if the international contracts come in before tossing BKMP in the garbage.

I am not discounting your view of the situation. You are far from a basher. You have just lost your trust and are identifying a potential shady motivation behind this move. Who knows, you may be right. I just think it would be stupid on his part, because there is too much to be gained by doing it the "right" way. And I don't think Sandy is that short sighted. Judging by his past, he is definitely CAPABLE of doing something like you have laid out, but he has never had such a big opportunity to make MORE money by playing a longer term situation. There are too many exciting things that are going to happen this year that will benefit BKMP, for him to want to trash it now.

I think Sandy wanted to build BKMP without the danger of a hostile takeover.
So he put out the preferreds as a poison pill to stop it.
Then he works on BKMP.
Now there may be a buyer coming up and the preferreds are in the way. So Sandy decides to cancel the preferreds. Some of the preferred holders may not like it, so Sandy decided to give them a chance to get common stock at $.00015 which would be a good investment if BKMP gets sold or sells its stock in Blackout Communications.
I don't think many will take it because of the restrictions, so dilution won't matter much.
Soooo, I think converting can be a good deal if .... if..... if BKMP sells its stock in Blackout Communications and adds that money to the cash they will receive from those that will convert.
Same old thing, a shyster with the promise of a chance. Pooey!

I don't think BKMP has anything more to offer TFN which is co-owned by Sandy W He probably stands to make more from BKMP by selling the preferred (which are worthless and created out of thin air for this purpose) Has he done this before????????????? All buyers of restricted common are diluting their investment...up to tenfold...and paying for the privelege...thats arrogant to think your shareholders are so foolish.......especially after similar tact was allegedly done before. MAX,.......TFN will survive and still make SW rich!

How will TFN make Sandy rich if he loses his 20 percent by destroying BKMP? It would be much smarter to dilute by selling a few billion at .0015 in the middle of a run, than to sell a couple hundred MILLION for .00015 in a move that screws up the trust with the shareholders. Anyway... what will YOU do now? Are you gonna sell at a loss and run?... or ride out the rollercoaster?

Max, SW is a partner in TFN My guess is that there are good profits there...to 1. pay him well 2. He is a partner in the private co. When it sells he will share the bounty as a TFN partner. BKMP will take 20% no matter what so why not dilute the hell out of it get as much cash out as is possible... then let the swollen pig get its share to divide 100 billion ways..(just an example)... he will have extracted what is possible under this preferred crap guise. No,I'm not selling I only have 10 mil and much at.0003. I'm hoping for enough of a storm to can this plan I love the company!!! IT is a SW problem as I see it.

positivity breeds success. maybe hopefully im praying hehehe. just trying to lighten things up a bit everyone is all worked up about this divvy fiasco and rightfully so. on the other hand lets hope this turns out ok according to the sales and the pps performance not too many are selling at .0002 and not a whole lot of buyers at .0003 so for now we are at a stalling point where until we get further news that will either dump us down to .0001x.0002 or even worse no bidx.0001lets us try to focus on more digging for dd and discussions that can lead to a better pps. i would love to see an update with the tfn newsletter and hopefully we get some real big carrier news about s.america or even better the big great us of a. i dont want to take away from the frustration that so many are probably going through myself included but we should also keep in mind that we as shareholders need to be better informed but also we should not try to sabotage(hopefully spelled that right hehe) our investments. i personally have put in over 20k into this at a much higher pps so i am not happy either sitting at .0002x.0003 but as of now all i can do is wait and see how this develops. never underestimate the power for people to change. sandy's history is enough to make anyone freaked out but we or many knew this going into this so lets hope he has some tricks up his sleave and has taken a new aproach that includes one of a better moral jugdment towards his shareholders. i cant imagine it is easy being sandy right now being bombarded with emails probably some threatening too. i am not feeling bad for him but i hope he at some point realizes that he needs an advisor and that his old ways of dealing with things will catch up to him eventually if he doesnt change his ways. What was the float when the divi was given out? Wasn't it about 5 or 6 billion? If so, only about 60 trillion Preferred shares were given out at the MOST. so worst case scenario is a 60 billion share dilution. And a more realistic 10 percent conversion of about 6 billion. Still bad, but not AS bad.
