LMAO ! Very funny.
Well another day sails buy us in FGFC land... some of the longs on Ihub seem to think that we are being set up for a big run because insiders have restricted shares to sell in Feb. They surmise we will begin to see the PR campaign next week, and that they have held off so that the maximum run can be attained.
This ran from .005 to .03 on a lot more shares (supposibly) than are in the public float right now. If they can run her even to .025 from these levels I think most will be pleased.

I'm curious what the tradable float is right now. Didn't they say at one point they wanted that down to 30 - 50 million?
I'm starting to see perhaps a plan here... 270 million O/S, 50 million free trading. Pump the crap out of it in mid Jan - Feb, run her up into the pennies and then dump the 220 million now unrestricted shares on the new investors.
Maybe I'm way off here but that's the only logical play I can see.

You may be very well right Uncle Smelly BUT what restricted shares are they talking about at the hub. Where have they filed that their is xx amount of shares restricted and will be freed in Feb. Just curious. TMAN...

I like the CMF looking to finally go green. It is just a matter of time. A good PR and this one will fly. when everyone else is chasing it up, I will be selling making a nice profit.

Seems like the share count has gone down by 5 million or so.
I wouldn't even bother watching it this week, again my bet is the PR campaign will start next week. 3 days of trading with people still on holiday doesn't make for the optimal run conditions.
Don't forget - the company goal was to get the pps to .90 - $1, now they could do it the 'Rufus' way or maybe they are trying to do it the 'right' way so they don't end up delisted, lol.
If there really are restriced shares coming free in February I would assume they will do whatever they can to get the pps back to the penny's before the dump begins. What would be the point of selling shares at all time lows?
I would also like to know what that business was last week, all that buying... Someone was loading up.
I love to speculate on this one, remember she popped FAST back in June, .005 to .03 in two days.

Boys, I think we have a problem here. I just called the number on the BSM site. A man with an accent answered and I asked if this was BSM. He said 'no' rather abruptly and hung up on me.
I couldn't even get a question in edgewise, another poster on Ihub stated when he called the number he was told to call IR and given a number.
That number led to Ed Hayter's VM.
I know I flip flop more on this than a pancake at IHop, but I'm now fairly certain this has been either a failed scam or a failed business.
I feel like an idiot for buying this stock at .017, selling for a loss and buying it back. I really got bamboozled by these crooks.

Maybe they will hire Rufus Paul Harris to be the new CEO and he will promise us a stock reset of $15 ! Weeeeee...
What a joke, I can't believe I was suckered in by this nonsense. I would really like to know who this 'BOD' is, obviously a bunch of dirty criminals.

You were a smart man Abe, I was in at .017, this certainly has been the worst play of my trading life, lol. I sold at .004 and bought back at .003 thinking we would head north in Jan...
Well 2006 started off great for me in the market and ended crappy, maybe with 2007 starting off crappy I'm due for a reversal, lol. Once we dead cat bounce I'll sell for my first loss of '07, I'm looking at RSHN, a few others that I think will bounce in 2007.
See ya round the boards boys.

I'm out too of the pinkies, I put 25K of my portfolio into these pinks over the last year and now it's all gone. With the exception of the $1500 I managed to squeeze out of FGFC today.
Back to the NASDQ, AMEX for me. There is just too much BS in the PK's and OTCBB for me, lol. I'll take my paltry 10 - 15% gains over there than these %100 losses over here, lol.

this news isn't exactly what I was looking for.
I now wonder if it was ABE selling his personal holdings that caused the big drop before he announced his resignation.
I am still bullish on this though as, with most pinkies, the BOD will announce a new CEO probably within the next week, which should cause some excitement as CEO's bring new energy and ideas.

wish you guys the best. there are a lot of people fleeing the pink world (where's pink floyd? might see him tonight through my whiskey glass lol). all the scams unfolding has imo created a bear market on a lot of the pinks. good luck! i'm stickin to the micros!

It happens to the best even, sorry to hear that.. this penny trading is not for the faint of heart and you really need to know what you are doing, i almost got wiped out in the beginning, and gave up more than once. But, i picked myself up, maybe start out slow again and learn how to really read a chart.. and listen to people around here that know what they are doing.
good luck

What legal actions can one take? SEC , Attorney General, FBI , some one on I hub suggested small claims court for breach of fiduciary duty. This one just seems more criminal than your typical pink pump and dump scam
