Intelligent Sports Signs LOI to Purchase 21-Acre Property forSports/Wellness Complex Designed to Combat Childhood Obesity

(PINKSHEETS: IGTP) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with a Vermont landowner for the development of a 21-acre, year-round sports, fitness, wellness and education complex. The new complex will feature Intelligent Sports' brand of youth programming. This facility will broaden Intelligent Sports' efforts to fight the childhood obesity epidemic and expand its programs across the United States.

Intelligent Sports believes that the best strategy to combat childhood obesity is to improve the diet and exercise habits of the entire family. The core concept will be to have scheduled programming on a personalized basis by Intelligent Sports health coordinators who work with guests prior to, during, and after their visits. The concept will be designed for children and families to eat, exercise, play sports and have fun together.

The summer and winter offerings will include hiking, white water rafting, kayaking, swimming, tennis, basketball, baseball, soccer, track, skiing, tobogganing, skating and snow boarding, all of which will take place on the property or nearby. In addition, a fitness/spa/wellness pavilion, featuring indoor sports, a training/testing center, health/nutrition offices, classrooms and more, is envisioned for year-round operation on the property. Sessions up to three weeks in length will be offered.

Intelligent Sports Announces 7th Annual NBN Fall Basketball League

(PINKSHEETS: IGTP) is pleased to announce that its Nothin' But Net (NBN) Basketball program has opened registration for its 7th Annual Fall Basketball League. League competition starts on September 29 and ends with a single elimination playoff on November 3 and 4. The league is open to boys and girls from the third grade through high school.

In three seasonal leagues and one tournament this year, NBN Basketball has drawn more than 2,000 boys and girls. Last year, 53 teams registered for the NBN Fall Basketball League, which was a 20 percent increase from the previous high. During the inaugural year of 2001, the NBN fall league sold out, featuring 44 teams from 28 different communities. League fees are charged by the team and young athletes are exposed to all of the programs offered by Intelligent Sports, Inc., including fitness, nutrition, trained coaching and a safe environment.

CSFE will target high-end retail chains such as Bloomingdale's, Macy's and Nordstrom, and the campaign will coincide with the launch of its kiosks in "Big Box" retail chains in the Northwestern U.S. and Canada planned for later this year.

The CSFE kiosk platform features high-end, state-of-the-art fitness equipment for use in the home. (PINKSHEETS: IGTP) is focusing the re-launch of its Create Space for Exercise program, and its planned facilities for youth wellness and education, on the rising obesity rates in the United States. The Company is in negotiations with several equipment manufacturers and plans to have an agreement in place in the coming weeks to market the Create Space for Exercise program at retailers throughout North America.

In a recent study by the Trust for America's Health, a research group dedicated to disease prevention, obesity rates increased in 31 states last year. Rates of adult obesity now exceed 25 percent in 19 states, up from 14 states last year and 9 in 2005. In 1991, no states exceeded 20 percent. Also in the study, 22 percent of American adults reported that they do not engage in any physical activity. Concerning children, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 16 percent of children in the United States (over 9 million) from 6-19 years old are overweight or obese, a number that has tripled since 1980.

Earlier this year the two companies agreed to combine their programs in an effort to bolster membership and to improve and increase the programs offered to young athletes in Southern California.

Intelligent Sports hosts its Nothin' But Net (NBN) sports leagues and tournaments at the Arena, and the companies have put their collective resources together to broaden the Arena's programs and build the Intelligent Sports brand of youth fitness and education.
