This stock has tried my patience for the last 8 months. LOL. If it goes back to .001 I will load back up. If it gets a run, I will be happy. TMAN...

You have to remember, they've been going through Management, and directional changes. These things take time, and now that it is complete, it will start to pay off. This is a new company now. I would defiantly hold on to this one.

I received an email from Mr. Mohammed and was told to share with you all here. I asked for an explanation on just how FGFC will make it's money. Here's his response,
Under my stewardship going forward, FGFC generate Revenues and makes money by:
1) Being a Financial Services Firm do Deals in the Capital Markets for Clients to generate Fees. These Deals include, but are not limited to: Investment Banking Services, Capital Funding, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) etc. For example, FGFC has access to Capital Targeted for the Building of New Power Plants or the Upgrade of existing Power Plants, Nuclear, Hydrogen, Coal, Traditional etc.. Average Deal size is $500 Million and up. We make fees when we bring in the Deal.
2) FGFC in it's Incubation Capital Model going forward will participate in Joint Venture with proven New Technologies in the Energy Sector and the Environment.. These Sectors have huge upside for FGFC and it's Investors. The Major Funding for these Projects is as was presented in the recent JV Press Release with REMCO EU, Grants and Guaranteed Loans, USA Export Import (EXIM) Bank Loans etc..
3) FGFC is seeking M&A for it's own Portfolio M&A Platforms to give Operating Companies in its Fold opportunities for growth going forward. We have access to Acquisition Capital for Companies/Projects that meet specific Criteria.
4) Through FGFC Subsidiary of WINDSOR Capital Ltd. we are pursuing Financing and Leasing Opportunities.
In summary going forward, we will build the Value of FGFC to benefit the Shareholders including the Executive Team creating a Positive Cash Flow, participate in Ownership of Companies we develop in their Growth by bring in Capital and Business Development Opportunities through our well established Network of Contacts in the Capital Markets and various Business Sectors.

First Guardian Financial Corporation Announces Joint Venture With European Union Company
First Guardian Financial Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FGFC) announces a Joint Venture with REMCO EU, a European Union (EU) Company poised to benefit from Environmental Cleanup and Green Energy Opportunities in Bulgaria, which recently became a Full Member of the European Union (EU). The opportunities for this Bulgarian Company (BC), REMCO EU, a Subsidiary of REMCO B, are huge in the form of leverage from EU Grants for Bulgaria and USA EXIM Bank with an 85% Loan for USA Technology Environment Cleanup Plant making for Ecology (Eco) Friendly Environment with Green Energy by Products. The remaining 15% will be funded by a US Technology Company with its Financial Backers.

Total Incubation Funds over a one year period from FGFC/REMCO EU Launch date of May 1, 2007, which is the expected date of first installment of Incubation Capital of $300,000.00 to $335,000.00, and is expected not to exceed $1 Million Dollars.
All use of Incubation Capital Funds will be audited by an Internationally Recognized Accounting Firm. In exchange for the Incubation Capital by FGFC a Joint Venture Agreement has been negotiated with REMCO EU whereby FGFC will participate in Joint Ownership of REMCO EU by having Shares in the REMCO EU Company. FGFC Shares will grow as the Services provided to REMCO EU develop going forward, by bringing FGFC in the Capital Markets and other opportunities to develop Business for REMCO EU. FGFC and its Shareholders will enjoy a significant ROI on this Investment during the Incubation period Capital with Minimal Risks.
