Moon- Please read the 8k. I have 15 times and conferred my conclusions with Andrew twice. GGI cannot dilute. It is counter productive to them. The shares that were issued to them are in escrow. If they pull down those shares, the proceeds of sale must be applied to paying down the CD of 220k .If they sell 10,000,000 shares at .02 for $200,000, they would have put that money towards knocking down the C/D to zero but in turn they would have to buy 2,00,000 shares for a $1 per share or 2 million dollars. Why would they do this?
They would not. It makes no sense. The financing agreement is made to prevent them from diluting and make them a financing partner. Read the 8k PR. It only makes sense for them to sell shares if the price of the stock is over a buck.

The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.

This is why I continue to add at this price. The risk vs reward is a no brain-er in my mind.

I do not see why everyone is so worried about the numbers. Lets say AERO's sales are 100,000,000. 6 x 100,000,000= 600,000,000
6 x sales on a growth company is pretty standard. For all you nay sayers out there, every bit of the A/S has been issued (all 5,000,000,000 shares). This complete worse case scenario is .12. That is far above where we are trading now. This is for illustration purposes only. These are Katy bar the door worst case. The real deal will be much better.

The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.

Just a little FYI on Aero. I have two guy's I work with that own shares of FCCN. I have been trying to confirm the rumors I was told yesterday, so I had one of my friends contact Aero in SLC. He asked them about being a dealer and asked them if Checker or Autozone would be carrying their product. The guy on the phone said, "that they were working on it". He's also going to call them back and ask more about the increase in production. TIFWIW

The people you originally had seen on these boards, sold when they thought that FCCN was going to go lower. They are now accumulating 2 to 3 times there positions. I know this as fact. Just because people don't post on the boards, doesn't mean they have lost interest. Like I said, if they drop it lower, I have money waiting. GLTY

The reason the stock price is where it is:
An initial group of investors owned around 50% of the float at .002. 20-30 million shares. The definitive merger was anounced and the stock did not pop. At .06, They started selling shares. Do you blame them? Huge profit. The stock started dropping in price. Everybody was expecting a big increase in share price but the price is falling. The large block of 20 million drops the price to .035. People are panicking and continue to sell. turns into panic selling. the price drops to where it is now. All the people who were in the stock from 4-6.5 cents sold at a loss. They are not going to buy in now. There is a limited amount of new blood. The flippers who bought in the 1.0 to 1.5 range have been selling over the past 3 days. Has anything changed to cause this drop? NO Has management issued more filings? YES. The financing deal 8k is awesome. I have talked to Andrew twice and the way I read it is correct. We will have some excellent PR-s coming up. I continue to add at these ridiculously low prices. Hey, I bought at 5.9 cents why would I not buy at .017. Management is not hiding anything as bashers would have you believe. There is no pumping press releases. There is no spam pumping of the stock. There are no paid promoters. All we have are SEC filings and a PR-s about the filings. People who say this is a pump and dump should be shot.
Where is the pump? People who question the 8K and say it is dilution, do not know how to read. I hope this clarifies why we are at PPS wise. Go FCCN longs.

The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results

Are you serious? This guy post on the IHUB FCCN board 24/7 and pumps likes nobodies business. I would take what he is saying with a grain of salt.

Actually, I spoke to Andrew about the people on the boards and whether they were accurate in relaying the info told to them. I spoke to him about psy, and he was familiar with him. He said he's done a good job thus far. Also, I have a friend that speaks to psy on the phone and if you knew him then you would watch what you say. I don't care if you read what he says, or agree with my opinion. Do what you want. GLTA

Franchise Capital Corporation Announces Aero Exhaust Filming for "Two Guys Garage" and Upcoming Airing Schedule on SPEED Channel
Monday February 5, 9:16 am ET

TEMECULA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 5, 2007 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (Other OTC:FCCN.PK - News) today announced that Aero Exhaust, Inc., with which it has executed an acquisition agreement, has completed filming for an in-program full Product Expo feature on its performance exhaust product for "Two Guys Garage" on SPEED Channel and the feature has been scheduled for airing on February 18, 2007. The Product Expo features NASCAR legend Rusty Wallace, the official spokesperson for Aero Exhaust products.

Aero Exhaust mufflers are an exclusive National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) Performance product and carry the prestigious NASCAR brand on product, packaging and related media.

In addition to the full Product Expo features, the filming also included material for a 30-second commercial using the "Two Guys Garage" set and production equipment. A six-week Product Expo campaign has been scheduled to air on SPEED from April 1-May 11, 2007. All of the segments and commercials were produced by Brenton Productions, which produces "Two Guys Garage."

"The exposure for Aero's products through 'Two Guys Garage' is an important element in the growth strategy for the company," stated Bryan Hunsaker, CEO of Aero Exhaust, Inc. "'Two Guys Garage' attracts a large target audience for Aero Exhaust products -- racing fans and automotive enthusiasts. The tremendous following that SPEED has with this demographic will allow Aero to expand the awareness of its products to a large number of potential customers as more of these in-program features and commercials are aired.

"We want to make the stockholders of both Aero Exhaust and Franchise Capital Corporation aware of the airing, so they can gain an even better understanding of Aero's products as well as the type of media exposure that we are seeking," Mr. Hunsaker added.

In December 2006, Aero Exhaust signed a contract with Brenton Productions to have its performance exhaust product featured on episodes of "Two Guys Garage" on SPEED Channel. SPEED is available in over 71 million homes in North America and is considered among the fastest growing sports cable networks in the country. The agreement includes featuring the Aero Exhaust product in 54 separate airings of the show, including two separate runs in the "Two Guys Garage" "Parts Room" feature, a six-week Product Expo campaign and the 30-second commercials. As part of its association with the show, the Aero Exhaust product will also be included on the "Two Guys Garage" website at www.twoguysgarage.com.

"Two Guys Garage" is entering its fifth season on SPEED, and twenty-six original episodes are being produced for the current season. From pistons to painting, welding to wheel balancing, dyno and track testing, "Two Guys Garage" covers virtually every aspect of vehicle repairing, customizing and restoring. Hosts Sam Memmolo and Dave McBride perform product demonstrations and installations on a wide variety of import and domestic cars and light trucks, and they show viewers the right way to execute modifications with hands-on projects throughout the season. The show can bee seen on SPEED Channel Sundays at 10:30 AM EST, Wednesdays at 3:30 PM EST, and Thursdays at 8:00 AM EST. More information on the show and its hosts can be found at www.twoguysgarage.com/about and at www.brenton.org/home.

Ant thoughts on why we are still looking at red here? Is everyone just waiting for the merger to actually happen? Trying to decide to buy or not...

I actually think the chart looks pretty darn good. Pricei is hovering just below the 50 day moving average. Looks to be moving sideways, consolidatng for the next leg up. However, it better break the .021 barrier sooon

I have been watching this for months. Ususally it fluctuates greatly but as of late, since last news, it has been hovering just below the 50 day moving average (21) It seems like it wants to break above it. Well worth watching now.

I wondered about that myself...also noticed the last couple of days that they will NOT let it get above .02 it seems. All the buying pressure in the world, but they won't run it.
